    Penilaian Risiko Ergonomi Pada Lingkungan Kerja Perkantoran Menggunakan Metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA)

    Computerization has entered almost all fields of work, one of which is the office workstations. The interaction of workers with computers in daily work activities cannot be avoided from various problems, one of which is the problem of employee occupational safety and health. Ergonomic hazards and risks that arise from work that requires interacting with computers are caused by workers doing repetitive work with high intensity with awkward postures and without being supported by an appropriate work environment. PT XYZ is a type of finance or financing company. All activities in the completion of work in the operational department use a computer. From the observation results, it was found that there was the use of office equipment that did not meet the rules and awkward posture of workers, and improper arrangement of the workplace. This study aims to assess the ergonomic risks that exist in the operational department with the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. The ROSA method is used to measure the interaction of workers on area workstations. The assessment is divided into three sections. Section A, the interaction of workers with chairs; section B, the interaction of workers with monitors and telephones; and section C, the interaction of workers with the mouse and keyboard. The final results of the measurement will be classified in four levels: low risk, medium risk, high risk, and very high risk. The results showed that the workplace in the operational section of PT XYZ was included in the high category. The high risk of ergonomics is due to the condition of the chair that does not meet the rules of ergonomic.   Keywords: Ergonomic; Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA); Office Work Station

    Pengembangan Instrumen Evaluasi Berbasis HOTS Mata Pelajaran OTK Humas Dan Keprotokolan di SMK IPIEMS Surabaya

    The purpose of this research is to develop an assessment instrument based on HOTS (higher-order thinking skills). The results of the development in this study were in the form of a test instrument packaged using a google form. The method used in this study is a research and development method with the development version of Sugiyono. The subjects in this study were all students of class XI majoring in Public Relations and Protocol OTK as many as 30 students. The research instruments include interview guidelines, expert validation sheets to determine the quality of the questions, and student response sheets that were tested for quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis was obtained from the results of item analysis consisting of validity, reliability, level of difficulty of questions, discriminating power of questions, distractors, analysis of higher-order thinking skills and student response sheets, in qualitative analysis of test data the average percentage was 87.7% including in the "Strong" category, quantitative testing of instrument development through multiple choice questions as many as 30 questions through google form obtained 22 questions in the "valid" category and 8 questions in the "invalid" category

    The number of unemployed is still high and the low ratio of entrepreneurship in Indonesia, encourages the government to increase the entrepreneurship ratio index by creating young entrepreneurs. This study was to determine the influence of financial literacy, self-efficacy, and love of money on entrepreneurial interests. This study is quantitative research. The research population was 180 students of the economic education study program of STKIP PGRI Jombang. The research sample was 66 students. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use t-tests, F-tests, and multiple linear regressions. The results showed that partially, financial literacy did not affect the interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, self-efficacy and love of money partially affect the interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, financial literacy, self-efficacy, and love of money affect the interest in entrepreneurship

    Archives are records of activities that serve as a source of information when making decisions. Over time, archive management in various agencies began to require electronics and advances in information technology. Likewise, with archives at the health center, their management already requires an electronic touch, so finding and utilizing them can be done quickly. Based on these needs, an archive storage system was designed for the Pauh Health Center, located in one of the sub-districts in the city of Padang. Archive storage system designed based on Microsoft Access; this application was chosen because it is relatively easy to learn and is an application that is included in Microsoft Office. The design of this system uses data from puskesmas archives from 2020 to 2022. The application design consists of: a login menu, incoming and outgoing mail tables, relations between tables, incoming and outgoing mail forms, incoming and outgoing mail reports, and switchboard menus. The weakness of this system design is that it has not been able to provide different access rights between admins and ordinary visitors. Another weakness is that the application can only be used internally at the health center and cannot be connected to the Padang City Health Office.

    Records management plays important roles in an agency or organization. Technology develops rapidly along with time. In terms of electronic-based management information systems, the researcher tries to innovate to improve the conventional archive management system using a Microsoft Access-based archive application system. This study aims to (1) determine the process of designing an Electronic Archive Management Information System (E-Archive) using Microsoft Access and (2) determine the effectiveness of the E-archive design using Microsoft Access for the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya. This Research & Development (R&D) used the ADDIE development model. The test subjects were 3 Administrative Archives of SMKN 4 Surabaya. Quantitative and qualitative data were obtained from validation sheets and questionnaires. The validators involved were Design Experts, Media Experts, and Practitioners. Data were analyzed using Accuracy Figures adapted from Liang Gie. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Microsoft Access-based archive applications get an average percentage of 92.8% with "Very Eligible" category to be applied to the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya. (2) The value of the accuracy to measure the effectiveness of the archive retrieval process at the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya is 1 with the criteria of quite effective

    Efektivitas Bahan Ajar E-Modul Berbasis IT dengan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik di SMK Sunan Giri Menganti

    This study has the aim of testing the effectiveness of IT-based e-modules with Problem Based Learning (PBL) models in archiving subjects in order to improve student learning outcomes in class X OTKP SMK Sunan Giri Menganti. The approach used in this study is quantitative with experimental types of pretest-posttest control group. The research subjects include the experimental group namely X OTKP 1 and the control group namely X OTKP 2, totaling 20 students in each group. The data analysis technique used in this study is the N-Gain test to measure the effectiveness of learning outcomes. The results of this study are the average value of the experimental group, which is 0.84 or 84.12%, this shows that the value of the experimental group belongs to the high category and is effectively interpreted. While the average value of the control group is 0.41 or 40.70% is included in the medium category and is less effective. So learning to use IT-based e-modules with PBL models is more effective than conventional learning or lecture methods using Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp

    This study aims to examine the effect of Task Technology Fit (TTF) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on student attitudes in learning supported by Vinesa during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic demands various changes and innovations in the field of education and the implementation of the adaptive learning process continues to run well. The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed the world of education, especially universities, to change the learning process model from face-to-face learning in the classroom to online learning or distance learning. Vinesa is one of the applications used by the State University of Surabaya to support and manage online learning so that the teaching and learning process can still function properly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The sample size is 281 respondents from the Office Administration Education Study Program consisting of students in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 at the State University of Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that task-technology fit (TTF) is an important role that influences students' attitudes towards online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Assignment technology suitability is considered when students try to use Vinesa to complete assignments. This study also proved that students responded with positive perceptions about task-technology suitability and had positive perceptions about ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), and behavioral intentions (BI) towards the use of Vinesa

    Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkansebuah media pembelajaran visual berupa explosion box yang layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarpeserta didik pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi. Materi yang digunakan pada media adalah KD 3.6 Menerapkan Tata Cara Pembuatan Surat Pribadi. Jenispenelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan penelitianpengembangan dengan model Sugiyono. Penelitiandilakukan di SMKN 2 Blitar. Hasil penelitian ini adalahmedia yang dikembangkan dengan kualitas yang sangat layak dan dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaranKorespondensi, karena hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,81 dan 3,78 dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil angketpengguna pada uji coba produk dan uji coba pemakaianmemperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,82 dan 3,74 dengan kategori “sangat baik”

    The public relations course is a science and skill-based course in the Covid-19 pandemic, students are required to do independent learning at home. From this, preliminary research was conducted with the result that there was a high level of interest and perspective on achieving PR skills in attending public relations courses, but in this case, many students did not have books to support learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of developing a public relations pocketbook based on explicit instruction for Office Administration Education 2019 students who take public relations courses. The method used is the research and development method with five stages of research, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate. In conducting the research, the data collection instrument used a study sheet (material validation, graphic validation, and language validation) while the student assessment used a questionnaire with several assessment aspects, namely (content aspects, presentation aspects, and language aspects) and besides that, there was a questionnaire to measure skills. Public relations were formed as a result of the existence of a pocketbook. The results showed a positive response from expert lecturers and students with the "Very Good" category of eligibility be used as a learning medium for public relations courses. In addition, it was found that a pocketbook answered students' perspectives regarding the development of public relations skills (communication, managerial, social networking, honesty, and creativity) which were obtained in the "Very Good" category

    Libraries are one of the tools or facilities to support a student's learning process. Libraries provide information in books, articles, journals, educational reports and other documents. The information that can be obtained by library users can be text, books and online journals accessible through the Internet. Surabaya state university has provided facilities such as the library, in an effort to meet the needs of students in the academic field. However, the purpose of the study was to learn the student's satisfaction with service provided by the surabaya state university library. The study USES servqual methods to measure student satisfaction levels based on the quality of library services provided by analyzing expected performance/reality and expected value, and the quality of the surabaya state university library service. The population of this research is Office Administration Education students class of 2017, totaling 81 people. Testing instruments in this study consisted of validity testing and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used in this research is the servqual formula. The results of this study indicate that: the results of the average student satisfaction obtained from measuring the five dimensions of Servqual are still not satisfied with the quality of services provided, it is indicated by the average value of student satisfaction which is negativ
