The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at The Cicantayan Sub-District Office
The aim of this study is to examine the impact of leadership style on employee performance in the Cicantayan sub-district office located in Sukabumi Regency. The research will utilize quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The target population consists of all employees working at the Cicantayan District Office, amounting to 22 individuals who will be included as the sample for this study. UTAUT Model Analysis on E-Wallet Usage of Vocational School Students
The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance and usage of E-Wallet Dana among vocational students. The research was conducted on 140 students from the 11th and 12th grades of SMKN 1 Lamongan, majoring in Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) and Office Automation and Management (OTKP) programs. The data analysis technique used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling-Generalized Structured Component Analysis (SEM-GSCA) using the GSCA Pro application. The results of this study indicate that Performance Expectancy and Social Influence have a significant positive impact on Behavioral Intention in the acceptance and usage of E-Wallet Dana. However, Effort Expectancy and Facilitating Condition has a non-significant negative impact on Behavioral Intention in the acceptance and usage of E-Wallet Dana. Additionally, Behavioral Intention also has a non-significant negative impact on Use Behavior in the acceptance and usage of E-Wallet Dana. This study provides insights for E-Wallet developers to provide systems that meet the criteria of Performance Expectancy and Social Influence, as these factors significantly influence students' acceptance and usage of the E-Wallet application
Penggunaan Learning Management System di Pendidikan Tinggi Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Model UTAUT
Technological advances in the last 10 (ten) years have increased the use of mobile devices, and the availability of the internet has made online learning a trend, especially during the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic where learning activities are centered in each other's homes, so it is necessary Learning Management System (LMS) supporting online learning. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with a total research sample of 165 respondents consisting of students from the S1 Office Administration Education study program who have used the Virtual Learning platform at the Universitas Negeri Surabaya (VINESA) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results obtained in this study are Performance Expectancy has a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic, Social Influence significantly positive effect on Behavioral Intention in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic, Facilitating Condition does not have a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic, Effort Expectancy has a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Behavioral Intention has a significant positive effect on Use Behavior in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic
Analisis Strategi Pengembangan UMKM Kabupaten Sidoarjo di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the sector that absorbs the largest workforce in Indonesia up to 97% and is the most important part of the country's economy. When Indonesia experienced the monetary crisis in 1998, MSMEs were able to restore the Indonesian economy. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently hitting Indonesia, it causes a decline in production for MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency and contributes to the country's weak economy. This study aims to analyze and identify the factors that cause the decline in the existence of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency using SWOT analysis and analysis of internal and external factors, as well as strategies for developing MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which uses literature in the form of journals, papers, or seminar proceedings, and reports from government or private institutions, as a reference in data collection. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the education sector. The implementation of distance learning (PJJ) has made students and parents worried about not getting a proper education. This is a separate obstacle for vocational schools that have to spend a lot of productive vocational learning with practice. In this case, Public Relations is required to create a new strategy to maintain its quality and competitiveness. This study aims to find out how the strategies and factors that support and hinder public relations in increasing a positive image and public trust during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the IPIEMS Vocational School's strategy in its success in increasing public image and trust during the COVID-19 pandemic is to meet all the needs and demands of the community for schools and actively publish through social media. The supporting factors are 1) harmonious and synergistic support from school principals and colleagues (wakasek and kaproli) in planning the implementation of public relations programs, 2) Loyalty of students and alumni in promoting schools, 3) Awareness of the important role of technology in education long before the COVID pandemic -19 . Company PT. Winaros Kawula Bahari is a Vaname quality frozen shrimp export company. The registered office is Jl Raya Cangkring Malang Km 39.4, Pasuruan, East Java. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of work motivation, remuneration and work environment on employee productivity. In this quantitative study, the population was selected from 50 employees of the raw shrimp department. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling which is a type of saturated sampling. Multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25 was used as a research analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis of work motivation, compensation, and work environment variables partially have no effect on the productivity of PT. Winaros Kawula Bahari. Keberhasilan Keberhasilan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbantuan Software Lectora Inspire dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa
This research aims to develop (1) Interactive learning media facilities and infrastructure based on lectora inspire software, (2) Know the feasibility of interactive learning media based on lectora inspire software, and (3) Know the difference in learning outcomes before and after using interactive learning media products based on lectora inspire software in students of class XII OTKP. The subjects in this study are media experts, material experts, and students of class XII OTKP SMK PGRI 6 Malang. Development in this research in the form of learning media products based on the Lectora Inspire Authoring Tool software using research & development (R&D) methods that adapt the development procedures of Borg & Gall which has ten steps of research. The acquisition of data is taken from quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the data analysis showed that 1) Interactive learning media based on lectora inspire software that has been developed showed results worth using based on the percentage of success of media experts, material experts, and users, 2) Interactive learning media on materials implementing security and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure can improve learners' learning outcomes. So the use of learning media based on lectora inspire software is worth and can improve learners' learning outcomes
Validitas dan Kepraktisan E-Modul berbasis Kontekstual Mata Pelajaran OTK Sarana dan Prasarana untuk Peserta Didik Program Keahlian Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran
This development research aims to develop contextual-based E-Module teaching materials for OTK sarana dan prasarana for class XI. In addition, this study aims to determine the feasibility of e-modules based on validation assessments and reviews by expert validators and to determine the level of practicality of e-modules developed based on teacher and student assessments after carrying out the trial phase. Thiagarajan's 4-D development model (Define-Design-Develop Disseminate) is used in the development of this e-module. This research was tested on 20 students of the OTKP expertise program class XI subjects OTK Sarana dan Prasarana. The data collection instrument used a material expert validation sheet, a linguist, a graphic expert, and a practicality questionnaire. Expert validation sheets and practicality questionnaires will be analyzed quantitatively using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, showed the feasibility of validating e-module teaching materials by expert validators categorized as very strong interpretation so that it was declared feasible to be used in learning activities, especially OTK Sarana dan Prasarana. Then based on the practicality assessment by teachers and students, the interpretation is categorized as very practical so that the e-module developed is stated to be very practical for use in OTK Sarana dan Prasarana
Pengaruh Mata Kuliah Kewirausahaan dan Motivasi Berwirausaha terhadap Pembentukan Jiwa Green Entrepreneur Mahasiswa
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation on the formation of the entrepreneurial spirit of green students. This is because movements in Indonesia are still a problem that needs attention. The government's effort to overcome this problem is by requiring every university in Indonesia to add a compulsory subject, namely entrepreneurship, one of which has been implemented in the Office Administration Education Study Program, State University of Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, then sampling using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with closed questions. As for the data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. After the observations were made, it turned out that only a few students had implemented the learning both theory and practice that they had acquired during the entrepreneurship course
Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa OTKP SMKN 1 Boyolangu
This study aims to determine the influence of teacher competence and learning motivation on student learning achievement. The population in this study were students of classes X and XI majoring in OTKP SMKN 1 Boyolangu with a sample of 165 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption test consisting of a normality test, a multicollinearity test, a heteroskedasticity test, a multiple linear regression test, and a coefficient of determination (R2). Furthermore, the last one is a hypothesis test consisting of the T-test and the F test. Results obtained in this study are that there is a significant and positive influence between teacher competence on student learning achievement, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement, and teacher competence and learning motivation have a simultaneous and positive impact on student learning achievement
