The results are the e-office at UM has a main function and a secondary function. The main function of the e-office is to write letters and send mail. The secondary function is media filing management, where users can search for certain letters by typing certain words in the Search menu. The obstacle is there are still many academicians, especially students who do not know the existence, even the function of e-office. The solution is socialization and workshops on the use of e-office applications. Maximization that can be done to improve the application in terms of correspondence is a variation of sentence templates and types of letters. The next optimization in filing management is the addition of the feature of scanning a document using a laptop camera, web camera, or cellphone, so the users can easily enter digital files into the e-office database. The second feature to improve records management is setting a record retention schedule

A secretary is responsible for coordinating and attending board and committee meetings, producing minutes, acting as a liaison between directors, officers, and shareholders, and directing activities related to the annual shareholders' meeting. The presence of sexual harassment or an intimate relationship with a married supervisor is one of the challenges a woman encounters at work. Consequently, the secretary role and the term secretary are frequently used negatively. This research seeks to do a Twitter-based sentiment analysis of the secretary's words and position. Using the Tweppy API, the sentiment analysis method was applied to the research by analyzing phrases on Twitter. This investigation makes use of five keyword instances. There are 31.73 percent favorable answers to scenarios involving the words "boss-secretary," 29.72 percent negative responses, and 38.55 percent neutral replies. There are 45.97% positive answers, 19.18% negative responses, and 34.85% neutral responses to scenarios containing the keyword "secretary position." 42.11 percent of answers to scenarios including the keyword "female secretary" are favorable, 17.22 percent are negative, and 40.67 percent are neutral. 35.44 percent of replies to scenarios including the keyword "office secretary" are positive, 17.84 percent are negative, and 46.72 percent are neutral. Responses to the fifth scenario were 36.60 percent positive, 19.35 percent negative, and 44.06 percent neutral. According to the results of the sentiment analysis of the five scenarios containing varied keywords, the negative connotations in each scenario never outweigh the positive ones. Each scenario indicates that the proportion of positive response values is consistently more significant than the proportion of negative response values. This implies that the word secretary and the office position of secretaries continue to trigger positive feelings from users

    Get PDF
There are 3 research objectives to determine whether adversity quotient affects entrepreneurial intentions, whether the locus of control affects entrepreneurial intentions, and whether adversity quotient and locus of control affect entrepreneurial intentions in Universitas Mulawarman students majoring in Economics Education. This study utilizes a quantitative method combined with descriptive research. Multiple regression analysis is used for data analysis. The findings indicate that adversity quotient and locus of control influence entrepreneurial intentions, as seen in the student's tendencies to act upon said intentions, such as attending seminars and doing research on the topics of entrepreneurship. This tendency to act arises when students don't let the difficult situation affect them too much because of their belief in their ability to control their situation, which often means that these students have higher confidence in their business pursuits. This shows that adversity quotient and locus of control can be seen in the sense of worth and the ability to identify the source of the financial problems that these students possess, even though they are often hampered by limited resources
