CLASSICAL THEORY TEST: ANALYSIS OF HIGH ORDER THINKING SKILLS INSTRUMENT TEST
Phenomenon/Issue: The issue addressed in the research is the need to add a bank of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) test instruments to the elements of simple financial management for the MPLB class XI SMK major.
Purpose: The purpose of the research is to develop a bank of HOTS test instruments to assess students' abilities in simple financial management for the MPLB class XI SMK major.
Novelty: The novelty of the research lies in the development of a test instrument that incorporates HOTS criteria, which aims to improve and familiarize students with higher-level thinking skills when solving tasks and problems, preparing them for both school and work in the industry.
Research Methods: The research uses the 4D development model (definition, design, development, and dissemination) and employs Classical Test Theory (CTT) for analysis, including validity, reliability, discriminating power, level of difficulty, and distractor effectiveness.
Results: The results showed that 30 out of 40 test items were valid, with a reliability of 0.805 (Cronbach's Alpha). Discriminating power was good for 22 items and fairly good for 8 items. All test items were effective in distracting students from the correct answers, meeting the criteria for validity, reliability, and effectiveness in assessing students' abilities.
Research Contributions: The research contributes by providing a set of HOTS test instruments that can measure students' abilities in learning outcomes. The instruments are designed to enhance students' higher-level thinking skills, which are beneficial for their studies in school and future work in the industry
Implementation of Canva Application as Digital Learning Media in Influencing Student Creativity Skills
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of using Canva application as a digital learning media on the creativity skills of students of Office Administration Education Study Program, Surabaya State University. This research is a type of quantitative research with a comparative causal method (ex-post facto). Determination of the number of research samples was carried out in accordance with the Slovin equation involving 95 students of the Office Administration Education Study Program Class of 2022. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 16 for windows software. The results showed that the simple regression coefficient was positive at 0.572. The higher the level of use of the Canva application as a digital learning media, the more student creativity skills increase. The R Square value of 0.406 means that the variable use of the Canva application affects the student's creativity skills by 40.6%
ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND CYBERLOAFING: ASSESSING THEIR IMPACT ON HOSPITAL EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION
Phenomenon/Issue: The study examines the effects of organizational culture and cyberloafing behavior on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan.
Purpose: The main objective of this research is to determine how organizational culture and cyberloafing behavior influence employee performance, considering job satisfaction as an intermediary factor.
Novelty: This research uniquely integrates the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational culture, cyberloafing behavior, and employee performance within a hospital setting.
Research Methods: A quantitative approach was employed, involving 216 employees of RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software.
Results: Organizational culture positively and significantly impacts employee performance and job satisfaction. Cyberloafing behavior negatively and significantly affects employee performance and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction positively and significantly influences employee performance. Organizational culture positively affects employee performance through job satisfaction. Cyberloafing behavior negatively impacts employee performance through job satisfaction.

Literature Review: Application of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education Business Education to Improve Students’ Computational Thinking
The phenomenon of technology integration in higher education is growing, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) being the main highlight in supporting the teaching and learning process. This research aims to develop a strategy for implementing AI in business education in higher education to improve students' computational thinking skills. The novelty of this research lies in the innovative approach that combines AI with interactive teaching methods and data analysis for learning personalization. The urgency of this research is driven by the pressing need for a computational thinking workforce in the digital era. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting relevant previous research through publish or perish then analyzing the articles and narrowing them down with keywords. The results showed that the effective use of AI can improve students' analytical and problem-solving skills. The implications of these findings include policy recommendations for universities to adopt AI as an educational tool, which is expected to better prepare students for the challenges of Industry 4.0
DETERMINANTS OF PUBLIC AWARENESS TO PAY TAXES THROUGH WORK EFFECTIVENESS AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE
Phenomenon/Issue: Local government and village head leadership play an important role in increasing public awareness of paying taxes, but work effectiveness as a mediating variable has not been widely explored.
Purpose: This research aims to analyze the influence of government policy and village head leadership on public awareness of paying taxes, with work effectiveness as a mediating variable.
Novelty: This research adds work effectiveness variables as mediators to deepen understanding of how government policy and village head leadership can influence people's awareness of paying taxes.
Research Methods: Quantitative research using a survey approach was carried out in Karangrejo Village, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency. Data was collected through questionnaires filled out by respondents who were residents of Karangrejo Village.
Results: The results of the study show that government policy and village head leadership have a significant effect on people's awareness of paying taxes. Work effectiveness was found as a mediating variable that strengthens this influence.
Research Contributions: This research provides insight into the importance of transparent government policies and responsive village head leadership to increase work effectiveness and public awareness in paying taxes, which will ultimately have a positive impact on increasing local tax revenue
DEVELOPING WORDWALL-BASED LEARNING MEDIA FOR ONLINE BUSINESS SUBJECTS FOR ELEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS AT SMKN 1 SOOKO MOJOKERTO
Phenomenon/Issue: The issue addressed in the study is the need for effective learning media for the Online Business subject for Eleventh-grade students at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto.
Purpose: The purpose of the study is to develop Wordwall-based learning media to enhance the learning process for Online Business subjects for Eleventh-grade students at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto.
Novelty: The novelty of the study lies in the development of Wordwall-based learning media, which integrates interactive and engaging tools to facilitate Online Business learning, specifically designed for SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto's eleventh-grade students..
Research Methods: This study used the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The study involved 34 students from the eleventh Online Business and Marketing class at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Validation of the media was conducted by three experts: a linguist, a media expert, and a material expert
Results: The validation results indicated that the Wordwall-based learning media is highly feasible, with language validation at 82%, media validation at 98%, and material validation at 100%. These findings suggest that the learning media is highly suitable for Online Business learning at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto.

DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCAPLAY-BASED LEARNING MEDIA IN THE ELEMENTS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CLASS XI OFFICE MANAGEMENT OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL
Phenomenon/Issue: There is a need to develop engaging and effective learning media for teaching Human Resource Management in class XI Office Management at Vocational School 4 Surabaya.
Purpose: This study aims to determine the development process, feasibility, student responses, and effectiveness of Educaplay-based learning media in supporting Human Resource Management learning.
Novelty: The study introduces the use of Educaplay-based learning media, an innovative approach combining interactive tools tailored to enhance student learning experiences in vocational education settings.
Research Methods: The study employs the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Research instruments consist of validation sheets (from material and media experts), student response questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test sheets to measure effectiveness.
Results: The validation results show that Educaplay-based learning media is highly feasible, receiving scores of 91% from material experts, 96.66% from media experts, and 92.33% from student responses. The effectiveness test using the n-gain score yielded 70%, categorized as "quite effective." These results indicate that the media is suitable and effective for use in the learning process.
Research Contributions: This study contributes by providing a validated, feasible, and moderately effective Educaplay-based learning media tailored for Human Resource Management learning. It offers a practical and engaging tool to improve vocational education outcomes, specifically for Office Management students at Vocational School 4 Surabaya
THE ROLE OF GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS IN ELEVATING EAST JAVA MSMES: COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDES AS INTERVENING
Phenomenon/Issue: Following the COVID-19 pandemic, SMEs in East Java have struggled due to limited external support, leading to business declines, increased unemployment, and rising poverty rates.
Purpose: This study examines how government and community support affect SME success in East Java, with entrepreneurial attitudes as a moderating factor.
Novelty: Applying Social Cognitive Theory, this research uniquely explores how entrepreneurial attitudes amplify the effects of external support on business success, offering fresh insights into the interplay of external and individual influences in driving business performance.
Research Methods: This quantitative study analyzes data from SME owners in East Java to assess the roles of government support, community involvement, and entrepreneurial attitudes in achieving business success.
Results: Both government and community support have significant, positive impacts on SME success, particularly in areas such as licensing ease and network access. Entrepreneurial attitudes further enhance these effects, fostering adaptability and innovation that strengthen SME competitiveness.

Bibliometric Analysis Of Artificial Intelligence In Education: Study From ScienceDirect Database
Phenomenon/Issue: The rapid development of technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), has transformed various sectors, including education. The increasing interest in AI in education has prompted further research to understand its impact and applications.
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the publication landscape of AI in education using bibliometric analysis, identifying key trends, influential authors, and frequently used keywords in the field.
Novelty: The study offers a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of publications on AI in education, providing a detailed mapping of authorship networks and keyword usage patterns from 2020 to 2024, a period marked by significant AI advancements.
Research Methods: The study employs bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer 1.6.20 software. Data were sourced from 50 publications on ScienceDirect, focusing on co-authorship and co-occurrence techniques. The analysis generated network, overlay, and density visualizations to illustrate key findings.
Results: The analysis reveals interconnected authors and identifies Hwan and Gwo Jen as the most cited contributors. The co-occurrence analysis highlights “artificial intelligence” as the most frequently used keyword, underscoring its centrality in discussions about AI in education.

IMPACT OF CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT ON SCIENCE ACHIEVEMENT IN INCLUSIVE PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN EAST JAVA: LEARNING MOTIVATION AS MEDIATOR
Phenomenon/Issue: The study explores the effectiveness of culture management curriculum grading in improving student performance in inclusive elementary schools, particularly in science classes.
Purpose: It aims to examine the impact of a multilevel culture management curriculum on student performance, with learning motivation as a mediating factor.
Novelty: The study uniquely incorporates learning motivation as a mediator within the curriculum culture management framework, offering new insights for inclusive elementary education.
Research Methods : Using a quantitative approach, data is collected from 314 inclusive elementary school students in East Java through questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and mediation analysis examine the relationships among curriculum management, motivation, and academic achievement.
Results: Expected findings should highlight the importance of a structured, multilevel curriculum in fostering academic success in inclusive settings, especially by boosting student motivation. SEM analysis will reveal the strength and nature of these relationships, with motivation likely playing a significant role in performance improvement.
