Diplomatie culturelle française : ses perspectives et les acteurs d’influence en Grèce
No full textInfluence struggles are a major issue on the international stage. In a particularly unstable economic and social context, it is crucial for French cultural diplomacy to assume its historical responsibilities by strengthening one of the world’s densest global networks. Yet certain signs are becoming increasingly worrying. This article first addresses key questions surrounding French “soft power”: from the international presence of the French language to the hosting of Erasmus students, and including the dynamics of French tourism, the various facets of French cultural diplomacy are examined through a qualitative approach. It then considers the main actors of France’s cultural and diplomatic influence in Greece—a country where French cultural diplomacy has exerted its appeal for a century.Les luttes d’influence constituent un enjeu majeur sur le plan international. Dans une conjoncture économique et sociale particulièrement instable, il est capital que la diplomatie culturelle française assume ses responsabilités historiques en renforçant un réseau mondial parmi les plus denses. Pourtant, quelques signes paraissent de plus en plus préoccupants. Le présent article tente, dans un premier temps, d’aborder des questions cruciales autour de la « puissance douce » française : de la présence de la langue française à l’étranger à l’accueil des étudiants Erasmus, en passant par la dynamique du tourisme hexagonal, toutes les représentations de la diplomatie culturelle française feront l’objet d’une approche qualitative. Enfin, nous examinons les principaux acteurs d’influence culturelle et diplomatique de la France en Grèce, un pays dans lequel la diplomatie culturelle française exerce, depuis maintenant cent ans, sa séduction

No full textThe view that “language is a vehicle of culture” underscores its importance in the practice of cultural diplomacy. From this perspective, incorporating language into the education and training of diplomats—both as a distinct subject and as a tool for expressing and analyzing different cultural dimensions—is considered essential to developing genuine skill in building diplomatic relations and effectively carrying out the functions entrusted to diplomatic missions.
This article addresses:
the importance that Greece and France attach to enhancing, promoting, and disseminating their official language as a cultural vector;
the need to develop linguistic competencies among members of the diplomatic corps.La thèse selon laquelle « la langue est un véhicule de la culture » amène à souligner son importance dans l’exercice de la diplomatie culturelle. En ce sens, son inclusion dans les programmes d’éducation et de formation des diplomates – en tant que matière distincte mais également comme outil d’expression et d’analyse des divers aspects de la culture – est considérée comme essentielle pour le développement d’une véritable habileté dans l’établissement des relations diplomatiques et l’accomplissement efficace des fonctions des missions diplomatiques qui leur sont confiées.

No full textΗ παρούσα μελέτη εξετάζει το έργο του Γιάννη Κουνέλλη στο Ισραήλ και τη Γερμανία αναδεικνύοντας νέες πτυχές της δημιουργίας του. Εστιάζει στον τρόπο με τον οποίο ο καλλιτέχνης ενσωματώνει την ιστορία του τόπου και του χώρου και εξετάζει τα αντικείμενα ως φορείς ιστορικών και πολιτισμικών αφηγήσεων. Με τη χρήση μεθοδολογικών εργαλείων από την ποιοτική έρευνα αναλύεται πώς ο Κουνέλλης συλλέγει πληροφορίες και συνδυάζει υλικά και αντικείμενα με την ιστορία, την πολιτισμική μνήμη και την κοινωνική πραγματικότητα μέσα από συμβολισμούς εκφράζοντας συγχρόνως την οδύνη, την απώλεια και τον θάνατο. Ως εκ τούτου, καθημερινά αντικείμενα μετατρέπονται σε μεταφορές που συνδέουν ατομικές και συλλογικές εμπειρίες με ευρύτερες ιστορικές και πολιτισμικές αφηγήσεις με αποτέλεσμα η αρχική αφήγηση του έργου να αλλάζει ανάλογα με τη θέση του, τα βιώματα, τους συνειρμούς του κάθε θεατή.This study examines the work of Jannis Kounellis in Israel and Germany, highlighting new aspects of his artistic creation. It focuses on how the artist integrates the history of place and space, exploring objects as carriers of historical and cultural narratives. Using methodological tools from qualitative research, it analyzes how Kounellis gathers information and combines materials and objects with history, cultural memory, and social reality through symbolism, simultaneously expressing grief, loss, and death. Consequently, everyday objects transform into metaphors that connect individual and collective experiences with broader historical and cultural narratives, allowing the initial interpretation of the work to shift depending on the viewer’s position, experiences, and associations
The Impact of Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use of AI on AI Ethics Maturity Level: Evidence from Iran & Pakistan ICT Sector
No full textThis study investigates the relationships between Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), and AI Ethics Maturity (AIE) within the two groups selected from ICT sectors in emerging markets, specifically Pakistan and Iran. By utilizing a survey-based quantitative approach, the research explores how these factors influence the ethical adoption of AI technologies in the selected groups. A total of 206 respondents (103 from each group) participated, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression models. The findings reveal a statistically significant positive relationship between PEOU and AIE, suggesting that easier-to-use AI systems contribute to enhanced ethical maturity. However, AI's perceived usefulness (PU) was not significantly correlated with AIE, highlighting that perceived utility alone does not drive ethical AI adoption. Additionally, a strong positive correlation was found between PEOU and PU. These findings underline the importance of user-friendly AI systems in promoting ethical AI practices while indicating that organizational and cultural factors may also play a pivotal role in shaping AI ethics maturity. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on AI ethics in emerging markets and provides valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to enhance AI adoption and governance

No full textΗ Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη(ΤΝ) είναι ο κλάδος της Επιστήμης της Πληροφορικής με την μεγαλύτερη εξέλιξη τα τελευταία χρόνια. Η επίδραση της σε όλες τις Επιστήμες, αλλά και στην καθημερινότητά μας είναι τόσο καθοριστική, γι’ αυτό και αναμένεται να παίξει κυρίαρχο ρόλο στις κοινωνίες του μέλλοντος. Η ΤΝ ασχολείται με τη σχεδίαση ευφυών υπολογιστικών συστημάτων, δηλαδή συστημάτων ικανών για λειτουργίες που αποδίδονται σε ανθρώπινη νοημοσύνη. Με την Μηχανική Μάθηση, κλάδο της ΤΝ και συγκεκριμένα με την Επιβλεπόμενη Μηχανική Μάθηση, το σύστημα καλείται να «µάθει» µια έννοια ή συνάρτηση από ένα σύνολο δεδοµένων, η οποία αποτελεί περιγραφή ενός μοντέλου. Στόχος της εργασία μας είναι να κατανοήσουμε πως χρησιμοποιείται η ΤΝ στον τομέα της Υγείας και συγκεκριμένα πώς η Επιβλεπόμενη Μηχανική Μάθηση βοηθάει στην διάγνωση ασθενειών μέσω ανάλυσης ιατρικών εικόνων. Για την εκπαίδευση του συστήματος, χρησιμοποιήσαμε το σύστημα μηχανικής μάθησης της Google, εισάγοντας πολλαπλά δεδομένα με τη μορφή εικόνων με σκοπό να τα αναλύσει-αναγνωρίσει και να τα κατατάσσει στην σωστή κατηγορία
Sonar Hat: Μια κατασκευή για άτομα με προβλήματα όρασης
No full textΗ τεχνολογική ανάπτυξη που χαρακτηρίζει την εποχή μας, παρέχει τα μέσα ώστε τόσο οι δημόσιοι όσο και οι ιδιωτικοί χώροι να είναι προσβάσιμοι στα Άτομα με Αναπηρίες (ΑμεΑ). Το σχολείο μας, εκπονεί προγράμματα για την προσβασιμότητα, με σκοπό την αποδοχή της διαφορετικότητας και την ευαισθητοποίηση σχετικά με τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν οι συνάνθρωποί μας με κάποιο είδος αναπηρίας. Αποφασίσαμε να ασχοληθούμε με τη σχεδίαση και υλοποίηση μιας κατασκευής, η οποία μπορεί να βοηθήσει άτομα με προβλήματα όρασης. Το σχέδιο που θα εκπονηθεί είναι μια κατασκευή με Arduino, που προσαρμόζεται σε καπέλο τύπου Jockey και δίνει σήμα δόνησης όταν υπάρχει κάποιο εμπόδιο στο πεδίο εμβέλειας των αισθητήρων απόστασης. Το κύκλωμα θα προσαρμοστεί σε θήκη τοποθετημένη επάνω σε στεφάνη που θα σχεδιαστεί στο πρόγραμμα τρισδιάστατης σχεδίασης TinkerCAD και θα εκτυπωθεί σε 3D εκτυπωτή. Στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζεται το πρώτο στάδιο του πονήματος, δηλαδή η σχεδίαση. Η κατασκευή έπεται και θα παρουσιαστεί μελλοντικά

No full textΗ παρούσα εργασία αφορά στην εφαρμογή πιθανοτήτων και στατιστικής για τη μελέτη του πληθυσμού συγκεκριμένου πτηνού του Αιγαίου. Η εργασία αποτελείται από δύο μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος συλλέγονται δεδομένα για τον πληθυσμό, κατασκευάζεται η συνάρτηση πιθανότητας και με χρήση τεχνολογίας (Python) γίνεται προσέγγιση της συνάρτησης κατανομής. Στο δεύτερο μέρος συλλέγονται δεδομένα σχετικά με την προσέλευση τουριστών και συγκρίνονται με τον πληθυσμό των πτηνών ώστε να υπολογιστεί ο συντελεστής συσχέτισης.
Για μεγαλύτερη ακρίβεια και εγκυρότητα, η μελέτη πρέπει να ενισχυθεί με περισσότερα δεδομένα από διαφορετικά νησιά και χρονικές περιόδους. Η παρούσα ανάλυση περιορίζεται από το μικρό μέγεθος δείγματος, γεγονός που πρέπει να αναφερθεί ως περιορισμός
