Sriwijaya period ceramics found in the Musi River as a learning source for Palembang local history
This study addresses the limited understanding and integration of archeological findings, specifically the Srivijaya-period ceramics discovered in the Musi River in Palembang, Indonesia, into historical education. Although these findings hold significant historical importance, their incorporation into the historical education curriculum remains limited, thereby hindering the potential for enriching historical knowledge and fostering local cultural identity. Employing qualitative descriptive approach, this research aims to explore the historical value of Sriwijaya period ceramics from the Musi River and their integration as a source for learning local history in Palembang. Its data was collected through literature study, document analysis, and field observations. The literature study includes historical and archaeological references related to the Sriwijaya Kingdom and ceramics found in the Musi River, and the document analysis entails examining archaeological finds and previous research reports. The data were then analyzed to reveal the historical value of ceramics and their potential as a source of learning the history of Palembang. The identification of Chinese ceramic artifacts from the Sriwijaya era has yielded ceramics from the Tang (7th-9th century AD) and Sung (10th-13th century AD) dynasties. The discovery of these artifacts holds historical significance in the domains of foreign policy, economics, social, and cultural development during the flourishing of Sriwijaya in Palembang, and these can serve as a valuable resource for local history education in schools

From Environmental Destruction To Sustainability: A Systematic Review Of Green Human Resource Development In Manufacturing Companies
Environmental degradation caused by manufacturing activities has become a major global concern, driving the need for sustainable transformation within the industrial sector. This study aims to systematically review the role of Green Human Resource Development (GHRD) in facilitating the transition from environmental destruction to sustainability in manufacturing companies. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA framework, this research analyzed 1,670 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2020 and 2025, of which 15 met the inclusion criteria. The findings reveal that GHRD acts as a strategic mechanism that connects environmental management policies with employee behavior and organizational performance. Through green recruitment, training, and performance appraisal, GHRD develops employees’ environmental competencies, strengthens green leadership, and fosters sustainability-oriented organizational cultures. The synthesis of previous studies demonstrates that GHRD enhances sustainable performance by promoting innovation, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green technological adoption. Furthermore, the transformation from environmental degradation to sustainability is primarily driven by human capacity building and eco-conscious organizational culture rather than by technology alone. This review concludes that integrating GHRD into manufacturing management systems is essential to achieving a balanced alignment between economic growth, social responsibility, and environmental preservation, positioning human resources as the key catalyst for sustainable industrial transformation
Monitoring Fenomena Urban Sprawl dan Prediksi Perubahan Tutupan Lahan Menggunakan Citra Landsat 8 di Kota Jambi
Urban sprawl is a consequence of rapid and expansive urban growth, which has a significant impact on the environment and land use in suburban areas. This research aims to monitor urban sprawl phenomena and predict land cover changes in Jambi City using Landsat 8 satellite image data from 2016 to 2021. The results show an increase in the extent of built-up areas in Jambi City, especially in the districts of Kota Baru and Alam Barajo, in line with population growth in these areas. Predictions using the Molusce plugin indicate that built-up land will continue to increase, while non-built-up land will decrease over the next five to ten years. Furthermore, using a Directional Distribution approach, this research predicts that Jambi City's growth direction in 2026 and 2031 will be towards the southwest. Urbanization and the association between Muaro Jambi Regency and Jambi City play a role in the expansion of urban sprawl to the southwest
