    Analisis respon mahasiswa terhadap video pembelajaran IPA prosedur pembuatan es krim sederhana

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respon mahasiswa Pendidikan IPA terhadap video pembelajaran IPA prosedur pembuatan es krim sederhana. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan IPA FMIPA UNY tahun 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan IPA kelas F FMIPA UNY tahun 2021. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket respon mahasiswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan angket google form. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penyajian data hasil respon mahasiswa menggunakan bentuk histogram. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran IPA memperoleh persentase nilai akhir dari segi audio sebesar 79,45% dengan kategori "Baik", segi visual sebesar 80,54% dengan kategori "Baik", segi bahasa sebesar 82,36% dengan kategori "Sangat Baik", dan segi materi sebesar 82,18% dengan kategori "Sangat Baik"

    Internalization of Ngaben ceremony values in history learning to enhance students' cultural literacy and social attitudes

    This study aims to analyze the impact of internalizing the values of the Ngaben ceremony in history learning on students' cultural literacy and social attitudes. The research employs a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design. The study adopts a posttest-only control group design and was conducted in senior high schools in Buleleng Regency, Bali Province, with a total population of 547 students. The sample was selected using a random sampling technique, resulting in 61 students divided into experimental and control groups. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method. Cultural literacy was measured using a cultural literacy questionnaire, while social attitudes were assessed through a social attitude questionnaire. The data were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Hypothesis testing was conducted using Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). The results indicate that the F-values for Pillai's Trace, Wilks' Lambda, Hotelling's Trace, and Roy's Largest Root were 12.710, with a significance value of 0.000 (lower than the significance threshold of 0.05). These findings suggest a significant simultaneous difference in cultural literacy and social attitudes between students who received history instruction incorporating the values of the Ngaben ceremony and those who did not. Various components supporting the Ngaben ceremony demonstrate its strong association with cultural activities, enhancing students' cultural literacy. The essence of the Ngaben ceremony lies in its educational values, which can be instilled in students to shape their social attitudes

    The impact of private school teachers' views of school climate on their perceptions of job security

    The current study examined the effects of private school teachers' views about school climate on their job security perceptions. The study was designed using the correlational model, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The study's sample group consists of 294 teachers working in private secondary schools located in the í‡ankaya district of Ankara. Data were collected through the "Job Security Perception Scale" and the "Organizational Climate Scale" and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient model, and multivariate linear regression analysis technique. The results obtained from the research indicate that private school teachers' job security perceptions are slightly below the moderate level, while their views on the dimensions of school climate are generally at the moderate level. There are statistically significant relationships between private school teachers' job security perceptions and their views on the school climate. According to the findings concerning the final sub-question of the research, the views of private school teachers on the school climate predict approximately 55% (R2=0.545) of their job security perceptions. When the dimensions of the school climate are examined separately, it is observed that a significant portion of this effect is attributed to supportive principal behavior, which positively influences job security perceptions. Based on the results obtained from the research, it is recommended that measures be taken to inspect the working conditions of private school teachers and enhance the administrative support provided to them

    Developing science inquiry skills in early childhood through coding games

    The 21st century requires education to equip students not only with academic knowledge but also with such as innovation, productivity, reasoning, programming, data literacy, problem-solving, and critical thinking, to face the rapid global changes. This study aims to develop science inquiry skills from early childhood to support children in mastering the competencies needed in the 21st century. The research employed a descriptive qualitative design. Data were collected from 16 preschools through observations, interviews, and documentation. NVivo was used for data management and analysis. NVivo is a software application that assist researchers in organizing, analyzing, and visualizing qualitative data. The results reveal that coding games can foster seven core science inquiry skills: arguing based on existing evidence, identifying problems, analyzing and interpreting data, evaluating and communicating, planning and conducting investigations, asking questions, and constructing explanations. This research recommends that more preschools integrate coding games into their learning activities, as they can effectively enhance children’s science inquiry skills, which are essential for their future academic and professional success

    Optimizing electronic archive management through information and communication technology for educational SDGs advancement

    The digital transformation in information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly influenced archive management in educational institutions. This study aims to explore how electronic archive systems are optimized to improve administrative efficiency and educational governance. Using a qualitative literature-based approach, the paper analyzes the concepts, systems, and legal aspects of electronic archive implementation. The findings reveal that institutions are shifting from manual to digital systems, leading to improved accessibility, transparency, and sustainability. This shift is crucial because effective electronic archive management enhances institutional responsiveness and aligns with the demands of modern education. The impact extends to strengthening digital literacy, ensuring long-term access to academic records, and supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). Therefore, educational organizations must adapt strategically to ICT to maintain relevance and institutional resilience

    Multicultural education through Pancasila-based visual learning media : A research and development study

    This study aims to develop educational media grounded in Pancasila values to enhance multicultural education in higher education. In a diverse society like Indonesia, education that promotes democracy, justice, and inclusivity is becoming increasingly vital. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) methodology based on the Borg & Gall model, this study includes stages of design, development, expert validation, limited user testing, and dissemination. The resulting product comprises five thematic educational media tools, each representing a dimension of multicultural education grounded in one or more principles of Pancasila. Validation was conducted by two civic education experts and five students who had previously taken a Multicultural Education course. Findings indicate that all media were deemed appropriate, with an average evaluation score exceeding 80. Expert feedback highlighted the need for improvements in visual aesthetics, image clarity, and the integration of the curriculum. The study demonstrates that Pancasila-based educational media not only enhance students’ cognitive understanding but also foster critical awareness and inclusive attitudes in civic life. The developed media show strong potential for integration into both Civic Education and Multicultural Education courses at the tertiary level

    Implementation of character education at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano

    Character education is a crucial element in the formation of students who are not only intellectually intelligent but also morally upright, empathetic, and socially responsible. This study aims to describe the character of students and the implementation of student character education at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and school staff. Three days of observation revealed that character values, such as discipline, responsibility, honesty, tolerance, and social care, have been fostered through daily habits, social interactions, extracurricular activities, and the school's management environment. The Smile, Greet, Salute (3S) culture and events such as National Education Day celebrations are effective means for character building. The interview results support these findings by emphasising the consistency with which character values are applied in both the school environment and students' daily lives. Teachers serve as role models and guide students in character development, while programs such as the Merdeka Curriculum and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) systematically strengthen the character learning process. This research suggests that character education at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano is implemented effectively, thanks to the school’s commitment, the support of its teachers, and the social environment. The findings are expected to serve as a reference in developing optimal character education strategies in senior high schools

    Kualitas hidup lansia diukur dalam bentuk kepuasan terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan lansia dengan berbagai macam faktor meliputi kesehatan fisik, hubungan sosisal, kesehatan lingkungan, psikologi, tempat tinggal, serta kualitas aktivitas lansia. Fase lansia ditandai dengan adanya proses degenerasi sel, jaringan, dan organ tubuh Penurunan fungsi tersebut menyebabkan gangguan pada sistem gerak motorik, homeostatis, massa otot berkurang, neurologis, imunitas tubuh, penurunan kognitif, dan perubahan sistem sensorik, seperti penglihatan dan pendengaran yang buruk. Pemberian sosialisasi program terapi latihan dan terapi relaksasi sebagai penerapan peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia Sasana Wredha Mulya sesuai dengan kondisi yang dibutuhkan. Diharapkan adanya acara tersebut dapat meningkatkan keeratan sosial maupun akitvitas fisik lansia yang secara tidak langsung dapat menjaga imunitas lansia.  Kegiatan PKM berupa penyelenggaraan Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Health-Related Quality of Life Dan Associated Factors In Functionally Melalui Self Exercise And Relaxation Bagi Lansia DIY di Panti Sasana Wredha Mulya, Sinduadi, Mlati, Yogyakarta telah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan yaitu pada tanggal 10 Mei 2025 survey dan obesrvasi, 17 mei 2025 sosialisasi penyakit degeneratif, 24 mei 2025 praktik self exercise and self relaxation, dan 31 Mei 2025 monitoring kegiatan aktivitas fisik.     Pengembangan LKPD Eco-enzyme Berbasis Project-based Learning untuk Melatih Sikap Peduli Lingkungan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) LKPD eco-enzyme berbasis (Project-based Learning) PjBL pada materi bioteknologi untuk melatih sikap peduli lingkungan siswa SMP kelas IX. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (RnD) dengan model 4-D yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, develop and disseminate. Hasil pengembangan LKPD berbasis PjBL dikatakan layak berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 91%, hasil validasi ahli media mendapatkan nilai persentase sebesar 89%, dan hasil validasi ahli bahasa mendapatkan nilai sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat layak. LKPD juga dinyatakan sangat praktis digunakan dengan hasil respon siswaan guru sebesar 88%. Hasil penerapan LKPD di lapangan berdasarkan penilaian sikap peduli lingkungan siswa dengan uji statistik menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD dan model PjBL yang diterapkan di kelas eksperimen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa. Oleh karena itu, LKPD dan model PjBL ini dapat dipertimbangkan untuk pembelajaran pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah

    Digital Augmented Reality Flipbook Based on Local Wisdom: An Instructional Innovation to Enhance Students' Mathematical Literacy

    This research aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a Flipbook Augmented Reality (AR) application based on local wisdom from Lampung in enhancing students' mathematical literacy in geometry topics. The method used is a developmental study with a design research approach, employing the 1993 Tessmer model, which consists of the preliminary, formative evaluation, and prototyping, including three parts: expert review, one-to-one, and small group, followed by the field test stage. The subject of the study was an eighth-grade student at Junior High School in Bandar Lampung. The instruments used were mathematical literacy tests and student response questionnaires. The results of expert validation indicate that the product falls into the excellent category, with a practicality level reaching 83.1%. The results of the binomial test show that more than 70% of students achieved learning mastery. The highest achievement in mathematical literacy was found in the communication indicator (88.15%). The research has proven effective in improving students’ mathematical literacy. Flipbook AR can serve as a contextual learning alternative that integrates technology and local culture to meaningfully reinforce students' understanding of mathematical concepts
