Keberhasilan Daerah Transmigrasi SP 2 Sumber Makmur: Antara Harapan dan Realita.: Assessing the success of the SP 2 Sumber Makmur transmigration area: between expectations and realities
Permasalahan ketimpangan kepadatan penduduk di Indonesia menjadi perhatian pemerintah sejak masa kolonial yang berlanjut sampai pemerintahan era Soeharto. Daerah transmigrasi Sumber Makmur di Lalubi Gane Timur Halmahera Selatan memberikan contoh gambaran kehidupan para transmigran di daerah baru yang mengalami berbagai kesulitan dan hambatan untuk meningkatkan perekonomiannya. Beberapa tahun belakangan, Sumber Makmur dicanangkan sebagai daerah lumbung padi karena berhasil melakukan panen raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi kehidupan ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat transmigran Sumber Makmur. Dari wawancara dan observasi ini diperoleh data-data tentang berbagai persoalan yang dialami masyarakat transmigran. Sebagai daerah lumbung padi nyatanya tidak seindah harapan masyarakat transmigran. Hasil panen yang melimpah tidak sepenuhnya terserap ke pasaran dan menumpuk di lumbung penyimpanan rumah masyarakat. Penyebab utama adalah infrastuktur jalan yang rusak parah menjadi kendala pemasaran hasil panen
Green waqf implementation strategy as an acceleration of green project funding: A case study of Rongkop Gunungkidul special region of Yogyakarta
Rongkop is a karst area that is prone to drought and difficult to access water. This causes a negative multiplier effect to various aspects, such as social, economic, and ecological. Several efforts have been planned but are constrained by the availability of funds. Therefore, there is a green waqf that focuses on financing environmentally friendly projects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation strategy of green waqf as an acceleration of environmentally friendly project funding by modifying the futuristic stages in the Green Waqf Framework book compiled by BWI and other institutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The data analysis procedure adopts the Miles and Huberman model which starts from collection, reduction, presentation, data as well as conclusion and verification. The findings of the study revealed that Rongkop has a population with most Muslims, but almost the entire community does not know about green waqf. Therefore, the stages are designed starting from the preconditional stage to build awareness of green waqf. Consolidation stage to strengthen the elements and stakeholders involved. Next, the project development stage is through pilot projects and periodic impact measurements. Also, mainstreaming the stage by disseminating the results of the pilot project to various regions and institutions. With the implementation of green waqf, it is hoped that environmental issues and climate change in various regions can be addressed inclusively
Enhancing Electric Motor Control of Electric Motor Installation in Indonesian Vocational Schools Using PLC and VSD Technology with HMI
Vocational education plays a crucial role in producing skilled labor that is prepared to meet industry demands. This research aims to develop a learning medium in the form of an Automated Sorting Conveyor System based on PLC, VSD, and HMI technology to enhance the competencies of vocational high school students in the subject of Electric Motor Installation. This study employs a Research and Development approach with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Feasibility testing was conducted by subject matter experts and media experts, while effectiveness testing was performed through pre-tests and post-tests with 33 eleventh-grade students at State Vocational High School 1 South Kuta. The validation results indicate that the media was rated highly feasible by experts (media: 84.17%, material: 95.17%). The use of Automated Sorting Conveyor System has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes, with an average gain score of 0.333 for theoretical aspects and 0.335 for practical aspects. This study recommends the use of Automated Sorting Conveyor System media in the practical learning of electric motor control in vocational schools, as well as training for teachers to optimize its use
Designing a Google Voice-Based Solar Panel Cleaner Control System
Current solar panel maintenance often involves manual, rooftop fieldwork, which introduces significant fall-from-height risks and occupational hazards. To address this, this research investigates the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) to streamline and enhance operational efficiency. The goal is to develop an IoT-enabled solution for user-driven routine maintenance that can significantly mitigate occupational hazards and reduce maintenance duration. This system is designed to optimize the long-term energy yield of solar panels by preventing the typical efficiency decline caused by neglected upkeep. The study employs a prototype development method (literature review, construction model design, and control system development). The final system leverages common consumer-grade terminal devices (smartphones, laptops) to provide a ubiquitous, real-time control interface, allowing users to manage the system remotely via a stable network connection
KEPUTUSAN MENABUNG DAN INVESTASI GEN Z DI BANK SYARIAH DILIHAT DARI PENGARUH DIGITALITATION, ECONOMIC CONDITION, DAN SHARIA FINANCIAL LITERACY
Sharia saving dan sharia investment merupakan hal yang belum banyak dilakukan oleh generasi Z. Padahal generasi Z perlu melakukan hal tersebut untuk kepentingan masa depan mereka nanti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran pengaruh mediasi sharia financial literacy terhadap hubungan digitalisasi, economic conditions, dan sharia financial regulations terhadap sharia saving dan sharia investment. Model penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa digitalization meningkatkan minat sharia financial literacy, sharia shaving dan sharia investment. Economic condition meningkatkan minat sharia financial literacy dan sharia investment serta mengurangi sharia shaving. Sharia financial regulation meningkatkan sharia investment serta mengurangi sharia shaving, namun belum untuk sharia literacy keuangan. Hipotesis dari model penelitian ini diuji secara empiris dengan data survei 365 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation model partikel lest square (SEM-PLS), dan hasilnya mendukung hipotesis bahwa SFL mampu memediasi hubungan antara digitalization, economic conditions, sharia saving, dan sharia investment, dan tidak dengan sharia financial regulation
Workforce needs in the fashion industry: Relevance to the vocational fashion design curriculum
The rapid transformation of the fashion industry due to digitalization and globalization has significantly reshaped the competencies required of its workforce. This study aimed to analyze the essential skills demanded by fashion industry stakeholders, assess the relevance of the Tata Busana (Fashion Design) vocational curriculum to these industry needs, and examine the correlation between educational content and industry expectations. Employing a quantitative approach with survey and document analysis methods, data were collected from 96 respondents comprising fashion industry practitioners, vocational teachers, and alumni. The findings indicate that the industry prioritizes a hybrid competency set—advanced technical skills, digital fluency (e.g., computer-aided design and 3D fashion design software), soft skills, and entrepreneurial acumen. However, the current vocational curriculum remains moderately relevant (mean = 3.88), with significant gaps in digital and entrepreneurship integration. Pearson correlation analysis reveals a very strong and statistically significant relationship (r = 0.952, p < 0.01) between curriculum content and industry expectations. These results underscore the urgency of adopting a demand-driven, digitally oriented, and industry-partnered curriculum reform. The study offers valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and curriculum developers seeking to enhance graduate employability and align vocational education with the evolving dynamics of the fashion sector
Dynamics of organizational behavior in the adoption of digital technology: A case study at SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak
The growing integration of digital technology in education has increasingly influenced organizational behavior, legal considerations, and ethical responsibilities within schools. This study examines the dynamics of organizational behavior in the implementation of digital technology at SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak, focusing on the challenges, adaptation processes, and implications for decision-making and institutional strategy. Using a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach, data were collected from 154 participants—129 students, 20 teachers, and 5 education personnel—selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, observations, and document analysis, followed by thematic categorization and triangulation to validate findings. The results reveal significant behavioral changes among school members, characterized by increased collaboration, creativity, flexibility, and efficiency in learning and administrative processes. Digital technology has strengthened communication patterns and facilitated blended learning practices. However, challenges persist in terms of infrastructure limitations, uneven digital literacy, and resistance to technological change. The study highlights the importance of continuous training, supportive leadership, and adaptive management strategies to sustain digital transformation. Overall, the findings underscore that digital technology adoption not only reshapes organizational structure and culture but also enhances the school’s capacity to respond to the demands of the digital era
INOVASI MUESLI BAR TEMPE KEDELAI LOKAL DAN UBI JALAR UNGU SEBAGAI SNACK SEHAT UNTUK ANAK-ANAK
Masa anak usia 1-5 tahun merupakan masa emas untuk perkembangan fisik,motorik, intelektual, emosional, bahasa, dan sosial. Gizi yang baik sangatlahpenting untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Muesli Bar Tempe Kedelai Lokal danUbi Jalar Ungu sebagai snack sehat untuk anak-anak. Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini merupakan metode Research and Development denganmodel 4D (Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate). (1) Define,merupakan tahap pencarian resep acuan; (2) Design, merupakan tahapperancangan resep pengembangan; (3) Development, merupakan tahapvalidasi resep pengembangan oleh panelis terlatih; (4) Disseminate,merupakan tahap pengujian Tingkat kesukaan Masyarakat terhadap produkpengembangan. Data Tingkat kesukaan Masyarakat akan diuji denganmenggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian iniadalah persentase yang tepat untuk substitusi tempe kedelai local pada snackbar adalah 50% dengan tingkat kesukaan yang berbeda nyata atau signifikandisbanding dengan produk acuan. kemasan menggunakan alumunium foilseal, dan harga jual Rp3000/pcs dengan BEP unit sebanyak 12 pcs dan BMCyang diterapkan mencakup 9 komponen inti BMC. Penelitian ini diharapkandapat menghasilkan Muesli Bar Tempe Kedelai Lokal dan Ubi Jalar Unguyang lezat, bergizi, dan disukai oleh anak-anak, sehingga dapat menjadialternatif snack sehat untuk anak-anak di Indonesia
NUTESA NUGGET TEMPE SAYUR SEBAGAI INOVASI PRODUK BOGA UNTUK MENCEGAH PENYEBAB STUNTING PADA ANAK-ANAK
Stunting tetap menjadi masalah serius di Indonesia yangmempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kognitif anak-anak.Penelitian ini memperkenalkan NuTeSa (nugget tempe sayur), sebuahinovasi produk makanan yang bertujuan untuk mencegah stuntingdengan menggabungkan tempe dan sayuran yang kaya akan nutrisipenting. Pendekatan metodologis mengikuti model 4D (Define,Design, Develop, Disseminate), dengan mengintegrasikan validasiahli dan pengujian sensoris untuk menyempurnakan produk.Hasil dari evaluasi sensoris menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yangpositif terhadap NuTeSa, dengan mencatat karakteristik yang baikpada bentuk, ukuran, warna, aroma, rasa, dan keseluruhan produk.Analisis statistik, termasuk uji paired t-test, mengonfirmasi tidakadanya perbedaan signifikan antara produk acuan dan produkpengembangan, menjamin konsistensi dalam atribut sensoris.NuTeSa diumumkan pada Culinary Innovation Festival 2024,mendapatkan umpan balik positif dari lebih dari 50 panelis danpengunjung. Pilihan kemasan menggunakan plastik transparanbertujuan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan konsumen dan visibilitasproduk. Strategi penetapan harga dirancang secara kompetitif untukmemasuki pasar dengan efektif.Secara kesimpulan, NuTeSa menawarkan solusi yang menjanjikanuntuk mengatasi stunting di Indonesia melalui inovasi nutrisi,memanfaatkan kandungan gizi tempe dan sayuran untukmeningkatkan kesehatan dan perkembangan anak
BURRITO TEMPE MINI DENGAN SUBSTITUSI TEMPE SEBAGAI SNACK BERGIZI LENGKAP UNTUK GENERASI Z
Burrito adalah makanan asal Meksiko dan Amerika yang terdiridari daging, kacang-kacangan, dan sayuran yang dibungkus dengantortilla. Variasi isian Burrito dapat berbeda-beda tergantung padawilayah. Tempe, produk fermentasi kedelai tradisional dari Indonesia,telah lama dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat lokal sebagai sumber proteinyang terjangkau. Generasi Z (berusia 11-23 tahun pada 2023) memilikigaya hidup yang menuntut snack bergizi lengkap. Penelitian inimengembangkan Burrito Mini dengan substitusi tempe sebagaialternatif snack sehat untuk Generasi Z. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk menemukan resep terbaik serta tingkat konsentrasi tempepada burrito, menentukan penyajian serta pengemasan produk burrito,mengetahui tingkat kesukaan masyarakat terhadap produk burrito, danmenentukan harga jual dan BEP (break-even point) produk burrito.Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D)dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Ujisensoris dilakukan oleh 50 panelis tidak berpengalaman untuk menilaiaspek warna, aroma, rasa, tekstur, kemasan, dan keseluruhan produk.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Burrito Tempe Mini dengan substitusitempe 60% memiliki tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi dengan harga jualRp 6.000/unit dan BEP unit sebanyak 13 buah. Burrito Tempe Minicocok dijadikan snack sehat untuk Generasi Z
