    Wirausaha Merdeka is a program from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia that aims to foster interest, build, and develop students' entrepreneurial spirit. One of the universities that implements the wirausaha merdeka program is the Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) with the theme of character-based entrepreneurship, accelerating with technology, and business ecosystems using a systematic entrepreneurship education growth strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the theme raised and the growth strategy of the entrepreneurship education network developed in the Independent Entrepreneurship program at the Semarang State Polytechnic. This research was conducted while the researcher was participating in the wirausaha merdeka program batch 2 program at Polines using a qualitative mix method approach with participant observation, interview, documentation, and survey methods. Through this program, Polines succeeded in making the program a success and providing benefits to the participants, especially skills in the field of entrepreneurship

    This study investigates the impact of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on student learning outcomes in an introductory accounting course within the Education Economics program. Utilizing a One-Group Pre-test Post-test Design, the research measures students' performance before and after implementing the PBL model. The results indicate a significant improvement in mean scores, rising from 83.1509 to 91.7547, with a p-value of 0.000, suggesting that PBL effectively enhances students' academic achievement. The study also explores the reasons behind PBL's effectiveness, highlighting its promotion of active engagement, critical thinking, collaboration, and the application of knowledge to real-world situations. These findings underscore the value of incorporating PBL into educational practices to improve both cognitive and non-cognitive learning outcomes

    Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Dewan Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, Leverage dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Pengungkapan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

    This study aims to examine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Leverage, and Profitability on the disclosure of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. The data used are secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 371 observational data. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that the Audit Committee has a significant negative effect on SDGs disclosure and leverage has a significant positive effect on SDGs disclosure, while Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, and Profitability have no significant effect on SDGs disclosure in financial sector companies listed on the IDX. The implications of this research result in policy formulation, where the research results can strengthen the argument for the need for more detailed and measurable SDGs disclosure standards, so that they do not stop at merely normative narratives. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan total 371 data observasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komite Audit berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap SDGs dan Leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan SDGs, sedangkan Kepemilikan Manajerial, Dewan Komisaris Independen, dan Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada perusahaan sektor keuangan di BEI. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dalam perumusan kebijakan, dimana hasil penelitian dapat memperkuat argumentasi perlunya standar pengungkapan SDGs yang lebih rinci dan terukur, sehingga tidak berhenti pada narasi normatif semata.     Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Sub Sektor Konstruksi Bangunan Sebelum dan Selama Pandemi Covid-19

    This study examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial performance of building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2022. The focus of the analysis is on profitability, liquidity, solvency, and activity ratios. Using purposive sampling method, 108 company samples were selected for analysis over six years. Secondary data was obtained from the IDX website and the official company websites. The analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with SPSS 26 application. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, there is a significant difference in the profitability and activity ratios, but no significant difference in liquidity and solvency ratios. This indicates that the company needs to focus more on strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability in facing economic uncertainty in the future. Keywords: Covid-19, Financial Performance, Financial Ratio, Construction Companies ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak pandemi COVID-19 pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2022. Fokus analisis adalah pada rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas. Penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dipilih 108 sampel perusahaan untuk analisis selama enam tahun. Data penelitian yaitu data sekunder diperoleh dari website BEI dan situs resmi perusahaan. Berdasarkan uji beda menggunakan wilcoxon signed ranks test terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada rasio profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas, namun tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada likuiditas dan solvabilitas. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu lebih fokus pada strategi peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan profitabilitas dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian ekonomi di masa yang akan datang.     Increased Skills and Liveliness Writing Paragraphs Through the Relay Writing Method Helping Elementary School Students

    This study aims to increase the activeness and skill of paragraph writing through the straw media-assisted writing relay method in grade VI B SDN 09 Rangkang Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. The research method is in the form of Classroom Action Research (PTK) with 26 students, 13 males and 13 females. The research instrument was in the form of a performance test. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation of activeness and results of paragraph writing skills. Qualitative descriptive method for data analysis. The results of the research on the first cycle of paragraph writing skills were 76.92%, the class average was 73.42. In Cycle II, paragraph writing skills increased by 23.08% with a significant graduation rate of 100% with an average class of 90.42. The presentation of the activeness of the first cycle was 75% of the good category, and the second cycle increased significantly by 100% of the very good category. It was concluded that the application of the writing relay method assisted by straw media can increase the activeness and skill of paragraph writing in grade VI students of SDN 09 Rangkang. The findings imply that creative and collaborative learning strategies, such as the writing relay method with media support, can be an effective alternative for teachers to foster active participation and improve students’ writing competence. This approach not only enhances learning outcomes but also motivates students to engage more in language learning activities, and thus can be adopted in broader classroom contexts as a practical model for teaching writing in elementary schools.

    Development of Unity Based Smart Board Media to Improve Learning Outcomes of IPAS

    The low learning outcomes of students regarding the material on changes in the form of objects and the limited application of learning media are issues that need immediate attention in teaching IPAS in elementary schools. This study aimed to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of unity-based smart board media to enhance the learning outcomes of grade IV IPAS concerning the material on changes in the form of objects. Data collection was conducted through observation, surveys, interviews, and documentation. Non-test techniques used in this study included interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results indicated that the unity-based smart board media met the eligibility standards, with scores from media experts of 92.5% and material experts of 90.04%, qualifying as very feasible. The fourth-grade teacher's response averaged 93.75%, and student responses averaged 94.79%, qualifying as feasible. The t-test results showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which indicates that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected. The n-gain calculation is 0.6536, falling within moderate criteria. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that the developed unity-based smart board media is feasible and effective for improving the learning outcomes of grade IV IPAS regarding the material on changes in the form of objects, so that it can be a reference for teachers in designing interactive learning on various IPAS materials, increasing student motivation and engagement in learning

    Analisis Kepuasan Kerja dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Sekolah Swasta

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di sekolah swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran sekuensial (Explanatory Sequential Mixed Methods), yang terdiri dari dua fase. Pada fase kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari Job Description Index (JDI) dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui distribusi tingkat kepuasan pegawai terhadap sistem pengelolaan institusi. Pada fase kualitatif, digunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan triangulasi data untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden merasa puas dengan kondisi pekerjaan umum (93,9%) dan rekan kerja (95,8%). Namun, terdapat ketidakpuasan yang signifikan pada faktor pendapatan dan kompensasi (46,2% kurang puas) serta peluang naik jabatan (28,6% kurang puas). Tingkat kepuasan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di sekolah swasta ini adalah 63,9%, yang termasuk dalam kategori memuaskan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar sekolah memperbaiki transparansi sistem promosi dan peningkatan kompensasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai

    Measuring interest and talent in determining learning using the quadrant model in the learning process in a smart classroom

    Naturally, the learning process in smart classrooms is greatly impacted by the trend of individual learning, now known as personalized learning. Several studies have demonstrated that, because of the problem of technological advances, the effectiveness of the anticipated results has not been fully achieved. While there are technology benefits, some scholars link them to issues. This study aims to demonstrate it by evaluating learning interests and talents. A sample of at least 1000 students from 419 universities participated in the questionnaire experiment. Each of the three questionnaire domains, affective, cognitive, and psychomotor, was examined using ANOVA. The coefficient test uses two variables: interest and talent. With an ANOVA P-value of 0.021 for psychomotor and 0.031 for affective and cognitive, the three domains demonstrated a statistically significant connection. The coefficients of interest and talent, which average between 1 and 0.05 for P emotional and cognitive interest (0.054) and P talent (0.023) and between 0.027 and 0.055 for P psychomotor interest and P talent, demonstrate the significant values of both factors. The developed interest and talent measuring model can be used to forecast learning outcomes based on these findings. In addition to information technology, the results of this interest and talent-measuring design can be utilized to define and evaluate the learning process, including its appropriateness. Further research recommendations include a framework to measure interests and talents early, aiding admissions, curriculum, resources, methods, and learning media development

    Learning independence: The influence of parental social support and self-regulation

    Low parental support and learning attitudes can hinder students' learning processes. This study was conducted to determine the effect of parental social support and self-regulation on the learning independence of fifth-grade students at Fostered Area (Dabin) Elementary School 1, Prambanan District. This study uses a quantitative research type of ex post facto design without providing special treatment to students based on the research instruments created. The population in this study amounted to 122 students, with a research sample of 92 students selected randomly. The research instruments used were in the form of a questionnaire on parental social support, a questionnaire on self-regulation, and a questionnaire on learning independence, which have been proven valid by expert judgment, a validity test, and a reliability test. The tabulated data were subjected to assumption tests in the form of a one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test with the help of SPSS 29. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 29 to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study prove that: 1) Parental social support and self-regulation together influence students' learning independence. 2) Parental social support partially influences students' learning independence. 3) Self-regulation partially influences students' learning independence in class V of Fostered Area (Dabin) Elementary School, Prambanan District. So, it can be concluded that parental social support and self-regulation have implications for learning independence. It is hoped that this study can contribute to increasing the role of parents in providing social support to their children. It is recommended that future studies examine interventions or programs designed to enhance self-regulation and learning independence while taking into account the role of social support, particularly from parents

    Development of application of self-help skills for children with intellectual disability in a wetland environment

    The limited ability to think in children with intellectual disabilities has an impact on their understanding of danger and personal safety. Children with intellectual disabilities need to be taught to recognize and help themselves from the dangers found in the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to develop an application of self-help skills for children with intellectual disabilities in a wetland environment.  Using the Research and Development (R&D) method within the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the study was conducted at State Special Needs School 3 in Banjarmasin. Data were collected through tests, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The resulting application features four main menus: self-help during floods, fires, electrical short circuits, and encounters with wild animals. Each menu includes instructional videos outlining hazards and safety procedures. The application significantly improved participants' understanding, with post-test scores (1.480) surpassing pre-test results (1.130). Further research is recommended to evaluate the effectiveness of the application in fostering independence among children with intellectual disabilities
