Analysis of The Influence of Management, Technical, and Digitalization Factors on Cost Performance through Green Shorebase Performance Based on Value Engineering
The global maritime sector contributes around 2.5% of total CO2 emissions, the majority of which originate from shipping and port operations. Shorebase is a port that plays an essential role in the oil and gas sector, but its logistical activities add significantly to overall port emissions. The implementation of green ports at shorebase is a method and resolve to emphasize the importance of a safe environment. This study analyzes the influence of management, technical, and digitalization factors on cost performance in a green shorebase project using Value Engineering (VE) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA). Results show the technical aspect has the most significant impact at 58%, followed by management (20.6%) and digitalization (20%). Green shorebase performance contributes 97% to cost performance. VE implementation generated operational cost savings of IDR 1,135,948,542 or 7% of initial costs, exceeding efficiency benchmarks (Ekanayake et al., 2018). LCCA results indicate the project is feasible, with a Benefit Cost Ratio of 3.33, NPV of IDR 25,989,577,423, IRR of 49% (above the 20% discount factor), and a payback period of 3.93 years. These findings confirm that VE and LCCA are effective in optimizing costs and improving project feasibility. This research serves as a reference for applying green and smart port concepts in Indonesian shorebase projects

Are we teaching citizenship right? : A critical review of Pancasila education textbooks
This study aims to analyse the content and frequency of civic competence components found in the main textbook (Buku Teks Utama/BTU) for Grade IX Pancasila Education, published in 2023 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia. Civic competence, which encompasses knowledge, skills, values, attitudes, and character, is a critical domain in the formation of democratic and responsible citizens. This research adopts a mixed-methods content analysis that integrates both qualitative and quantitative approaches to examine how these components are presented and distributed throughout the textbook. Data collection involved a systematic process of reading, coding, and recording relevant content, allowing for an in-depth evaluation of textual material. The analysis reveals three major findings. First, the main textbook for Grade IX includes all core components of civic competence, with each aspect represented in various learning sections. Second, the knowledge component is the most dominant, accounting for 49.18% of the total civic competence content, indicating a strong emphasis on cognitive learning outcomes. Third, the main textbook presents these components through structured pedagogical features such as introductions to learning, instructional materials, learning activities, reflective tasks, and assessment instruments. These findings suggest that while the textbook supports the development of civic competence, there is a disproportionate focus on knowledge-based content compared to affective and behavioural dimensions. The study offers insights into the current orientation of Pancasila education and provides recommendations for balancing cognitive and character-based competencies to strengthen civic education in Indonesia’s formal curriculum
Legal implications of mixed marriage without a prenuptial agreement on land ownership: Case study of Supreme Court Decision Number. 539 K/AG/2021
Mixed marriages between Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals raise complex legal issues, particularly regarding land ownership rights in Indonesia. The absence of a prenuptial agreement in such marriages can result in the loss of land ownership rights for the Indonesian spouse, as regulated under the Marriage Law and the Basic Agrarian Law. The Supreme Court Decision No. 539 K/AG/2021 serves as a significant case to examine the legal implications of mixed marriages without a prenuptial agreement, and this study aims to analyse its impact on the protection of land ownership rights for Indonesian citizens. This research applies a normative juridical qualitative approach by analysing legislation, legal doctrines, and court decisions related to mixed marriages and land ownership. The primary legal basis includes the Marriage Law, the Basic Agrarian Law, Constitutional Court Decision No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015, and Supreme Court Decision No. 539 K/Ag/2021, supported by secondary sources such as journals and legal literature. Through descriptive-analytical analysis, this study highlights the legal considerations and implications of the absence of a prenuptial agreement in mixed marriages, particularly regarding the protection of land ownership rights. The research results show that Supreme Court Decision No. 539 K/Ag/2021 emphasises fairness and legal certainty by recognising land and property acquired during mixed marriages without a prenuptial agreement as joint property to be divided equitably. The decision also highlights potential legal risks, as it indirectly enables foreign nationals to benefit from land ownership rights that are prohibited under the Basic Agrarian Law. Therefore, a prenuptial agreement is an essential preventive measure to provide legal clarity, protect Indonesian citizens, and avoid future legal complications in mixed marriages

ANALYSIS OF FOOTSTEPS IN BASKETBALL PLAYERS: FEASIBILITY STUDY
Basketball is a popular sport that provides numerous health benefits, but it also carries a high risk of injuries, particularly to the lower extremities. This study aimed to analyze the plantar pressure distribution in basketball players to identify potential risk factors for lower extremity injuries. A descriptive analytical study with a feasibility study design was conducted on 5 amateur basketball players aged 14-18 years. Plantar pressure was measured using the Zebris static stance platform, and postural assessments were performed using a scoliometer and goniometer. The results showed that basketball players tend to have a higher plantar pressure on the heel region, indicating a tendency to shift their body weight backward during standing. Additionally, the study revealed some variability in spinal and knee posture angles, suggesting the potential for muscle imbalances. These findings highlight the importance of implementing comprehensive training programs focused on strengthening the lower limb muscles, improving proprioception and balance, and enhancing core stability to prevent injuries and optimize athletic performance. The study provides valuable insights for coaches and healthcare professionals working with basketball players

Recognition of prior learning: The CIPP model in Early Childhood Teacher Education program
The early years from birth to age five are critical for children's cognitive and socio-emotional development. Supporting this development is challenging for teachers, who must not only design learning experiences but also manage meaningful learning environments for children. Effective Early Childhood Education (PAUD) requires teachers with a bachelor's degree relevant to PAUD. However, many early childhood teachers do not have this qualification, which can hinder the implementation of meaningful learning. The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program offers a solution by providing a pathway for teachers to achieve a relevant degree. This research aims to provide a comprehensive description of the achievement of the Recognition of Prior Learning Program in the S-1 PG PAUD Study Program at the State University of Surabaya in terms of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). This study used a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews. This research focuses on the evaluation of the RPL program at the S-1 PG PAUD program at the State University of Surabaya using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model. The results showed that the RPL program contributed positively to improving the professionalism and competence of PAUD teachers, especially in Surabaya. The findings in this study provide important implications for universities as RPL program organizers and expansion of collaboration between program organizers and other local governments
