However, a total of 286 out of 291 questionnaires were correctly completed and returned by the respondents. The employees at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University in Lapai were also given a questionnaire that had been modified from Walton 1973. The researcher chose the respondents using a non-probability convenience sampling method. The findings shows that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the quality of the work environment and quality of work time while IBBUL staff members\u27 performance is unaffected by the quality of their work organization. Future research should consider the employees of the public and private universities in Niger State, and similar studies should be conducted by including the employees of other tertiary institutions of learning for a comparative analysis. Renewable, Non-Renewable Energy and Economic Growth in Nigeria
This study investigates the relationship between renewable and non-renewable energy and economic growth in Nigeria from 1985 to 2021. Using the Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model to analyse the influence of renewable and non-renewable energy consumption on economic growth in Nigeria, it found that while non-renewable energy consumption increases CO2 emissions, renewable energy consumption decreases CO2 emissions. Thus, increases in the level of renewable energy usage can contribute to reducing pollutant emissions in Nigeria. The study concludes that policymakers should focus more on clean energy development to contribute substantially to the reduction of non-renewable energy use and climate change mitigation
