Replication Data for: Automated classification of dystonia and choreoathetosis in dyskinetic cerebral palsy during a lower extremity task: a pilot study on a retrospective video dataset
This RDR repository contains the data and code used in the study ‘Automated classification of dystonia in dyskinetic cerebral palsy within a lower extremity task using markerless motion tracking and time series classification: a pilot study on retrospective videos.’ The study had three main steps:
1. Kinematic Extraction with DeepLabCut 2.3 from videos [1, 2]
2. Post-processing of extracted X,Y coordinates
3. Time-Series Classification with HIVE-COTE 2.0 [3]. Users can begin with our preprocessing script or proceed directly to time series classification with the data provided.
Our raw data consisted of 66 videos from 33 participants (29 with dyskinetic cerebral palsy / four typically developing, age 7-23, 13 females / 20 males). The participants performed an item from the Dyskinesia Impairment Scale (DIS) - the heel-toe tapping task with the right lower leg (task 11) and the left lower leg (task 12) [4].
The original videos are NOT included in the RDR repro due to privacy reasons.

Replication Data for: Robust Design Optimization of Expensive Stochastic Simulators Under Lack-of-Knowledge
This dataset contains the numerical model of a crashbox (LS-DYNA key file). The dataset includes a python script that can be used to manipulate the parameters t1, t2, and tsw as described in the paper. In addition, a python script is included to model spatial uncertainty of adjacent components as was proposed in an earlier publication. A read me file in included that contains an example and more details. Solving the numerical model requires an active LS-DYNA license
Needs analysis for adaptivity in task-based tutorial CALL
This is a dataset used in a needs analysis study for adaptivity in task-based tutorial computer-assisted language learning (CALL). The dataset is data from a questionnaire in which participants were asked to rank several learning goals and types of support according to importance. Additionally, the dataset contains some demographic information. The goal of this data collection was to systematically determine needs of teachers and students, which can inform us what form adaptivity in task-based tutorial CALL can take
2012 National Assessment of French in the Third Grade of Secondary Education in Flanders (General - Technical - Art Track)
In 2012 a national assessment was carried out, which was commissioned by the Flemish government, to assess the extent to which students have achieved the attainment targets for French (listening and speaking) at the end of the third grade of general, technical and art secondary education. Data were collected through a written listening test with two different versions: one for the general track and one for the art and technical track. In the general track, a representative sample of 1650 students from 74 Flemish secondary schools participated. In the art and technical track, a representative sample of 1467 students from 70 Flemish secondary schools participated. 490 additional students of the art track from 11 Flemish secondary schools participated in the listening test as well. Speaking skills were assessed through aperformance assessment (again, one version for the general track and another version for the art and technical track). In the general track, the speaking test was administered to a representative sample of 450 students. In the art and technical track, it was administered to a representative sample of 395 students. 62 additional students of the art track took the oral performance assessment as well. Tests were supplemented with background questionnaires for students, parents and French teachers. These questionnaires collected information on the general background characteristics of the students and their families, and subject-related background characteristics (e.g., the attitudes of the students and their families toward French, and the language policies in the schools). The response rates were 100% for the student questionnaire and 85% for the parent questionnaire. Teachers were able to complete a part of the questionnaire online, for which the response rate was 96%. For the paper part, the response rate was 88%.In 2012 vond een peiling plaats in opdracht van de Vlaamse overheid om na te gaan in welke mate leerlingen op het einde van de derde graad van het algemeen, technisch en kunst secundair onderwijs de eindtermen Frans (luisteren en spreken) hebben behaald. De gegevens voor luisteren werden verzameld door middel van een schriftelijke luistertoets met twee verschillende versies: één voor het aso en één voor het kso en tso. In het aso maakten 1650 leerlingen uit 74 Vlaamse secundaire scholen de luistertoets. In het kso en tso werd deze afgenomen bij een representatieve steekproef van 1467 leerlingen uit 70 Vlaamse secundaire scholen. Daarnaast legden 490 extra kso-leerlingen uit 11 Vlaamse secundaire scholen de luistertoets af. De spreekvaardigheid werd getoetst aan de hand van een praktische proef (opnieuw één versie voor het aso en een andere versie voor het kso en tso). In het aso werd deze spreekproef afgenomen bij 450 leerlingen. In het kso en tso gebeurde dit bij een representatieve steekproef van 395 leerlingen, waaronder acht leerlingen uit het kso. Daarnaast legden 62 extra kso-leerlingen de spreekproef af. Verder werden er ook vragenlijsten afgenomen bij leerlingen, ouders en leerkrachten Frans. Deze vragenlijsten verzamelden informatie over de algemene achtergrondkenmerken van de leerlingen en hun gezin en vakgerelateerde achtergrondkenmerken (bijvoorbeeld de houding van de leerlingen en hun gezin ten opzichte van Frans en het talenbeleid in de scholen). De responsgraad bedroeg 100% voor de leerlingvragenlijst en 85% voor de oudervragenlijst. De leerkrachten konden een deel van de vragenlijst online maken. Hiervoor was de responsgraad 96%. Voor het papieren gedeelte bedroeg de responsgraad 88%
Replication Data for: The influence of out-of-plane motion on the deformation measurement of planar biaxial tests on biological soft tissue
This data set contains experimental data, i.e. measured deformation and forces, during a planar biaxial test. Both 2D-DIC and 3D-DIC were performed simultaneously on a planar biaxial experiment on aortic tissue. 2D-DIC, is limited to measuring in-plane deformations only, any movement of the sample relative to the sensor will cause erroneous measurements. Additionally, material model parameters, fitted from the experimental data, is given for both methods

The paper titled "Joint loading topography during occupational tasks - A musculoskeletal modeling approach to substantiate ergonomic recommendations" presents a comprehensive dataset aimed at investigating the joint loading patterns experienced by workers during various occupational tasks. This dataset encompasses the motion capture data, which provides the possibility to replicate the simulations performed in the accompanying paper giving insights into the biomechanical stresses and strains on the joints and muscles during specific work activities. The scope of the dataset includes a wide range of occupational tasks, allowing researchers and practitioners to assess and develop ergonomic recommendations to enhance workplace safety and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries

One inscribed cuneiform tablet, a script from Southwest Asia used in the time period ca. 3500 BCE - 75 AD, a letter dated to the Middle-Assyrian period (1363 BC–912 BCE).
Its collection numbers is NP 46, standing for Naster Paul (former professor in Assyriology at KU Leuven and compiler of this collection).
The tablet is kept at the KU Leuven, presumably since 1947-1948.
