Replication Data for: Inactive ryanodine receptors sustain lysosomal availability for autophagy by promoting ER-lysosomal contact site formation

    No full text
This data set contains all data to reproduce the figures of the paper Inactive ryanodine receptors sustain lysosomal availability for autophagy by promoting ER-lysosomal contact site formation. in this data set the raw data values underlying the graphs and full length immunoblot are provided. The data is provided as part of the data transparency and data management

Dataset of real-world L-category vehicle sound recordings

    No full text
This dataset contains recordings of real-life L-category vehicle sounds, measured from the roadside. These measurements were performed during measurement campaigns in 3 European cities in the framework of the LENS project and conducted in conjunction with pollutant emission measurements. In 2 out of 3 campaigns, a selection of vehicles was also pulled over and subjected to a technical inspection. The present dataset, combined with the pollutant emission measurement and roadside inspection data, have been processed and reported in LENS D5.3 Results of field surveys on LV tampering

Replication Data for: Boson stars with nonlinear sigma models

    No full text
This dataset contains relevant noteboks to the reproduciblity of the results in the project "Boson stars with nonlinear sigma models" (Cano, Machet, Myin). The provided notebooks and scripts encode the equations of motion of the theory as well as the numerical tools needed to identify the solutions. The Mathematica scripts generate family of solutions depending on the system parameters, as the field's strength at the origin

Replication Data for: Scalar fields from nonlinear sigma models on black hole spacetimes

    No full text
Supporting notebooks and data for the reproducibility of the related publication. The dataset contains Mathematica notebooks aimed at deriving the Einstein-Klein-Gordon system of equations in the theory of scalar fields from Sigma models coupled to Gravity. These files contain the necessary ingredients to encode the system in a numerical relativity code. We also supply some example script to analyse the data output from our numerical simulations

IOTA phase 3: Compare the performance of IOTA diagnostic strategies and RMI on prospectively collected data from a large number of patients and centres

    No full text
This is the phase 3 of the IOTA study. This dataset contains the data of 2403 prospectively collected patients presenting with at least one adnexal mass collected in 18 centers from six countries between 2009 and 2012, who underwent transvaginal ultrasound and surgery within 120 days of the ultrasound

IOTA phase 5 (interim analyses 1): Examination of short and long term outcomes of conservative management of benign-looking adnexal masses and the pre-operative characteristics of ovarian tumours

    No full text
This is the first interim data of phase 5 of the IOTA study. This dataset contains the data of 8519 prospectively recruited patients presenting with at least one adnexal mass collected in 36 centers from 14 countries between 2012 and 2015, who were managed by surgery or follow-up. Additionally, the dataset of one center is uploaded seperately. This dataset contains the data of 2654 prospectively recruited patients presenting with at least one adnexal mass collected in a center in a low-risk setting between 2012 and 2016, who were managed by surgery or follow-up. The overall aim of the IOTA phase 5 study is the development of the optimal algorithm for the management of all adnexal masses. The specific objectives for the 2-year interim analysis are: (1) To study the 2-year occurrence of complications in patients with benign looking conservatively treated masses and (2) To test the published IOTA diagnostic models for predicting the risk that a mass is malignant at first visit

Replication Data for: Object independent scatter sensitivities for PET, applied to scatter estimation through fast Monte Carlo simulation

    No full text
This repository contains part of the input data necessary to reproduce the results in our publication titled "Object independent scatter sensitivities for PET, applied to scatter estimation through fast Monte Carlo simulation". The scope of this repository is limited to inputs, intermediate sinograms and sensitivity models; it does not contain any of the article's final results, nor does it contain any code. It consists of the input images for the GATE and MCGPU-PET simulations, GATE and MCGPU-PET sinograms for one phantom, the 5D lookup tables and their respective scatter sensitivity sinograms, a trues sensitivity sinogram for the GATE model of the Signa PET/MR, and the raw data for the phantom scan on the real Signa PET/MR

    Data set bio-based materials ASiRE²

    No full text
The present data were collected to support the project "Development of a holistic Assessment and Selection Instrument to Reduce the Energy Poverty and the Environmental Impact of the Residential Building Stock" (ASiRE²). The project investigates how recent developments such as the circular and bio-based building economy and collective energy provision can contribute to decreasing the risk of energy poverty and reducing the CO2 emissions and related climate change through renovation of (social) housing in Flanders. The dataset contains information on the environmental impact and application of bio-based materials. The data is collected from manufacturers websites and EPD platforms

The Manila Galleon Trade Beyond Silver & Silk: TRANSPACIFIC video documentation

    No full text
The video provides insights into the Manila galleon trade, which officially operated between 1565 and 1815. In addition to the Spanish, numerous other players were involved, the range of commodities went far beyond silver and silks, and even smaller ports, countries or islands had their place in this system. The video documentation addresses several of these aspects. It is organised as a discussion between Roberto Junco Sánchez ( Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia, INAH) & Angela Schottenhammer (History Department, KU Leuven), who guide viewers through the Museo Nacional del Virreinato, Tepotzotlán, and the Museo Histórico de Acapulco, Fuerte de San Diego, presenting products that made their way from Asia to Mexico and discussing their social and economic impact. The role of religion is also addressed. The video was directed by Alberto Soto (Subdirección de Arqueología Subacuática, INAH), and the final post-production was handled by Martin Hantich (Superhypernatural Multimedia Agency, Kitzbühel, Austria)

    Language & Health - 25 survey translations

    No full text
This dataset contains the 25 translations of the cross-sectional survey, Language & Health. The survey translations have been made with special attention to inclusive and accessible language. The survey consists of (1) questions related to communication and access to Belgian healthcare and (2) public perceptions, knowledge, and attitudes towards CPR. We wanted to share our translated survey versions in case it could be helpful for other researchers
