    The social identity approach has become an important framework for understanding effective leadership in sport contexts. More specifically, leaders’ identity leadership (i.e., their capacity to cultivate shared social identity — a shared sense of ‘we’ — in their teams) is argued to be an important basis for effective leadership. The present study is the first to longitudinally examine the relative impact of coaches’ and athlete leaders’ identity leadership on athletes’ identification with their team. In addition, we tested whether athletes’ team identification mediated the relationships with key team and individual outcomes. To investigate these research questions, 18 sport teams (N = 279; 54% female athletes) completed a questionnaire early and late in their regular season competition. To analyse these data, we conducted structural equation modelling and controlled both for baseline values and the nested structure of our data. Results revealed that it was mainly the identity leadership of athlete leaders (and not of the coach) early in the season that predicted athletes’ team identification later in the season. This increased team identification in turn fed into both team outcomes (i.e., task climate, team resilience, team performance) and individual outcomes (i.e., well-being, burnout, and individual performance). The mediating role of team identification suggests that by building a shared sense of ‘we’, athlete leaders can improve their team’s effectiveness and enhance athletes’ well-being. Accordingly, we can conclude that empowering athlete leaders and strengthening their identity leadership skills is an important way to unlock sport teams’ full potential

    This dataset evaluates the proposed testing-to-failure approach under different electromagnetic environment. The trustworthiness and safety of an electronic system can be compromised by a harsh electromagnetic environment. Additionally, an electronic system may experience various types of failures under electromagnetic disturbances, resulting in varying levels of (un)reliable operation. To address this, this paper proposes the use of a testing-to-failure approach for characterising the susceptibility profiles of a medical monitoring system as an example. The approach is practically applied to the system under different modulated continuous wave electromagnetic disturbances, resulting in classified immunity test profiles indicating the severity of the occurring failures. These profiles are further analysed and compared among various types of disturbances.     In 2004 a national assessment was carried out, which was commissioned by the Flemish government, to assess whether pupils have achieved the attainment targets fo acquiring and processing information at the end of the firstr grade of secondary education (A-stream). Data were collected through three written tests: a test on consulting reference works, a test on working with tables and graphs, and a test on working with plans and drawings. In addition some background information was collected. A representative sample of 5964 students from 122 Flemish secondary schools participated. Each student took only one test.In 2004 vond een peiling plaats in opdracht van de Vlaamse overheid om na te gaan in welke mate leerlingen op het einde van de eerste graad van het secundair onderwijs (A-stroom) beschikken over voldoende vaardigheden om informatie te verwerven en verwerken. De gegevens werden verzameld door middel van drie schriftelijke toetsen: een toets over het raadplegen van referentiewerken, een toets over het werken met tabellen en grafieken en een toets over het werken met plannen en tekeningen. Daarnaast werd bij de leerlingen achtergrondinformatie verzameld. De toetsen werden afgenomen bij een representatieve steekproef van 5964 leerlingen uit 122 Vlaamse secundaire scholen.     Replication Data for: Complex effects of PKM2 and of PKM2:IP3R disruption on intracellular Ca2+ handling and cellular functions

    Datasets that support the figures published in Lemos et al., Cells (2023). The project aims to elucidate the role of the metabolic enzyme PKM2 in intracellular Ca2+ signaling. We demonstrated that PKM2 can differentially regulate cytosolic and mitochondrial Ca2+ handling. In the cytosol, PKM2 interacts with and inhibits IP3R activity, while in the mitochondria, PKM2 modulates the Ca2+ signal by influencing mitochondrial metabolism, structure, and dynamics. By using the TAT-D5SD peptide, corresponding to amino acids 2078-2098 of IP3R1, which disrupts the PKM2:IP3R complex, we observed that the effects of this peptide on Ca2+ handling and apoptosis depend on the IP3R but not on PKM2. Furthermore, the presence of PKM1 and the tyrosine kinase Lck is not required, suggesting the presence of one or more other proteins that can interact with the IP3R and form a complex at the same site as PKM2 on the IP3R
