    This dataset includes a replica of the current version of the TheSu XML Schema Definition (XSD) within the namespace 1.0, as available at the URL: https://alchemeast.eu/thesu/ns/1.0/TheSu.xsd.     Raw data and metadata related to the recent research on the augmentation of a fluorescent protein-producing Azoarcus communis in a lab-scale activated sludge bioreactor. The dataset contains fluorescence microscopy images, growth data, CFU counts of the augmented strain in the bioreactor, antibiotic resistance stability data, flocculation activity data, morphology data, and fluorescence quantification data. Additionally, a short macro for combined phase contrast and fluorescence microscopy image visualization has been included. A discussion of these results has been submitted elsewhere

    Parameter tables for: Three-Center Tight-Binding together with Multipolar Auxiliary Functions

    General information This dataset contains ab-initio tight-binding parameters for selected element combinations and exchange-correlation functionals. All files have been generated with the Hotcent code (v2.0.0-rc.2) and are primarily intended for use with the Tibi program (>= v1.0.0-rc.1). Hotcent and Tibi are freely available at https://gitlab.com/mvdb/hotcent and https://gitlab.com/mvdb/tibi, respectively. Cambridge: Cambridge Open Engage; 2023; This content is a preprint and has not been peer-reviewed. https://doi.org/10.26434/chemrxiv-2023-v7ljv Internal structure The PBE directory contains tables_*.zip files with parameter tables generated using the PBE functional for the following element combinations: C-H-O, C-H-N, C-H-Cl, N-O, S, P, Si-H, Si-O, Mg-O, Al-O, Fe-S, Ti-O, Pd-O and Pd-H. The PBEsol directory contains tables_*.zip files with parameter tables generated using the PBEsol functional for the following elements: Ni, Cu, Pd, Ag, Pt and Au. Both directories also contain the intermediate YAML files that have been created with the hotcent-basis tool (basis_yaml subdirectories). These served as input to the hotcent-tables tool used for generating the parameter tables. Also the corresponding ion files are included inside siesta_ion subdirectories, which can be used for density functional theory calculations with the same basis sets and pseudopotentials through the Siesta code (https://siesta-project.org/siesta). Usage In order to supply Tibi with the necessary parameter tables, the relevant tables_*.zip archives need to be downloaded and their contents need to be extracted and then gathered inside a single directory. Calculations on compounds consisting of silicon and oxygen atoms, for example, will need the content of tables_Si.zip, tables_O.zip and tables_O-Si.zip. The files inside the resulting tables_* directories then need to be moved so that all reside in the same directory. The path to this directory can then be passed to Tibi via its tbpar_dir input keyword.     2010 National Assessment of World Studies (Time, Space, Society and Resource Use) in Primary Education in Flanders

    In 2010 a national assessment was carried out, which was commissioned by the Flemish government, to assess whether pupils have achieved the attainment targets for world orientation (domains of time, space, society and resource utilization) at the end of primary education. This is the second national assessment on world orientation: in 2005, the attainment targets of the nature domain were assessed. Data were collected through five written tests covering the domains of time, space and society. A representative sample of 3397 pupils from 113 Flemish primary schools participated. This representative sample was supplemented by an additional sample of 941 pupils from 62 Dutch-speaking schools in the Brussels Capital Region. The attainment targets for resource utilization were assessed through a performance assessment. 767 pupils from the representative sample took part in this practical test. It was not possible to administer this practical test in the schools of the additional sample in Brussels. Tests were supplemented with background questionnaires for pupils, parents and teachers. The pupil questionnaire collected, among other things, information on their family situation and their interest in world orientation. Parents were asked about their child, their family background and their satisfaction with the school. The teacher questionnaire collected, among other things, information on themselves, their classroom practices and their motivation to teach. The response rates to these questionnaires were almost 100% for pupils, 93% for parents and 95% for teachers.In 2010 vond een peiling plaats in opdracht van de Vlaamse overheid om na te gaan in welke mate leerlingen op het einde van het basisonderwijs de eindtermen voor wereldoriëntatie (domeinen tijd, ruimte, maatschappij en brongebruik) hebben behaald. Het is de tweede peiling wereldoriëntatie: in 2005 werden de eindtermen van het domein natuur gepeild. De gegevens werden verzameld door middel van 5 schriftelijke toetsen die handelden over de domeinen tijd, ruimte en maatschappij. Deze toetsen werden afgenomen bij een representatieve steekproef van 3397 leerlingen uit 113 Vlaamse basisscholen. Deze representatieve steekproef werd nog aangevuld met een bijkomende steekproef van 941 leerlingen uit 62 Nederlandstalige scholen uit het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. De eindtermen brongebruik werden getoetst via een praktische proef. Hieraan namen 767 leerlingen van de representatieve steekproef deel. Het was niet haalbaar om de praktische proef ook in de scholen van de bijkomende steekproef in Brussel af te nemen. Naast de toetsen werden ook vragenlijsten afgenomen bij leerlingen, ouders en leerkrachten. In de leerlingenvragenlijst werd onder meer gevraagd naar de gezinssituatie, de lessen wereldoriëntatie en hun interesse in wereldoriëntatie. De oudervragenlijst verzamelde informatie over hun kind, de gezinsachtergrond en hun tevredenheid over de school. De leerkrachtvragenlijst ging onder meer over de leerkrachten zelf, hun klaspraktijk en hun motivatie om les te geven. De respons op deze vragenlijsten was bijna 100% voor de leerlingen, 93% voor de ouders en 95% voor de leraren

    Replication Data for: Markerless motion capture to assess upper extremity movements in individuals with dyskinetic cerebral palsy: an accuracy and validity study

    The dataset contains 2D coordinates in pixels of key points extracted from videos of 30 children, adolescent and young adults with dyskinetic cerebral palsy (DCP) and 21 typically developing (TD) peers (age 5-24). The performed task was a reaching-sideways task (from starting point on the upper leg to the point of task achievment (PTA) sidewards at shoulder height) including eight repetitions. The key points were extracted from videos using open-source toolbox code DeepLabCut version 2.3 [1, 2]. The collected key points were: ankle, knee, hip, shoulders, elbow, wrist, forehead and chin, metacarpophalangeal III joint (MCP3) and the reaching target. In addition, the joint angles collected with three-dimensional movement analysis (3DMA) at PTA are added - used for validation purposes in the related article. The videos and 3DMA data were collected during a previous study [3].     2011 National Assessment of Mathematics in the Second Grade of Secondary Education in Flanders (General Track)

    In 2011 a national assessment was carried out, which was commissioned by the Flemish government, to assess the extent to which students have achieved the attainment targets for mathematics at the end of the second grade of general secondary education. Data were collected through 8 written tests covering 3 domains: (1) number sense, algebra and functions, (2) geometry and (3) statistics. A representative sample of 3873 students from 171 Flemish secondary schools participated. Tests were supplemented with background questionnaires for students, parents and teachers. The student questionnaire included questions on their motivation and their perceptions of the mathematics classes. The parent questionnaire collected information on their child, the family situation and their involvement in the school. Teachers were, among other things, questioned about the didactic aspects of mathematics classes, the teaching materials used, their professionalization, and collaboration with colleagues. The response rates to these questionnaires were 99% for the students, 97% for the parents and 98% for the teachers.In 2011 vond een peiling plaats in opdracht van de Vlaamse overheid om na te gaan in welke mate leerlingen op het einde van de tweede graad van het algemeen secundair onderwijs de eindtermen wiskunde hebben behaald.     Datasets that support the main figures published in Sneyers et al, Cell Death and Disease (2023). The project aims to decipher how BAPTAi limits the survival of B-cell cancers, more specifically by its Ca2+-independent effects. We can conclude from these data that BAPTAi inhibits the activity of the glycolytic enzyme PFKFB3, thereby deactivating mTORC1-driven translation, resulting in MCL-1 downregulation. As a consequence, BAPTAi treatment results in cell death in MCL-1 dependent cancers
