Replication Data for: On the origin of cooperativity effects in the formation of self-assembled molecular networks at the liquid/solid interface
The purpose of this data set is to give the reader access to the experimental data used in the publication "On the origin of cooperativity effects in the formation of self-assembled molecular networks at the liquid/solid interface" ( DOI: 10.1039/D4SC00284A). This folder contains a dataset of scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) images and quantitative analysis files used for a systematic study of the effect of concentration on the overall process of self-assembled molecular network formation at the liquid/solid interface for the case of 1-(octadecyloxy)-3,5-dimethylbenzene at the heptanoic acid/HOPG interface. Herein, the effect of the concentration on the adsorption behaviour, focusing on the surface coverage, has been evaluated at the nanoscale, and obtained results have been analysed using analytical thermodynamic models
Literature Review Integrated Inductor-Transformers References Table
Data and table for a paper titled "Integrated Inductor-Transformers in High-Frequency Converters: an Overview" for future publication.
Over 440 publications on integrated magnetics have been identified based on search-string queries, snowballing or reverse-citation-searching, and patent searches. Subsequent screening is performed based on the inclusion criteria of including inductor-transformer integration, being demonstrated in a >100 W prototype and published in a peer-reviewed English paper. This results in 137 qualified papers. Each of these qualified papers is reviewed in detail, summarising quantitative and qualitative features, cf. the enclosed CSV file.
Data collection is performed until December 15th, 2024, to collect all relevant resources to the best of the author's knowledge. Based on the systematic search, the integrated inductor-transformers are categorised, described, compared, and validated in the paper. Subsequently, trends, research opportunities and challenges are presented and quantified

Dataset used for the publication 'The impact of negative and positive affect on craving, non-heavy alcohol use, and binge drinking in patients with alcohol use disorder and controls: An experience sampling method study.' This includes the preprocessed ESM data and script in R used to analyse the ESM data (primary hypotheses, exploratory analyses, plots) as well as the script in R to determine the random effects structures od the mixed-models used in the analyses. You can ask to access the data to check the analyses that were performed in the paper. If you want to perform secondary analyses on the data, then you should first ask permission of the authors, to ensure that there is no conflict
MaSTer: Maliciously Secure Truncation for Replicated Secret Sharing without Pre-Processing
The software extends the MP-SPDZ library for Multi-party computation protocols by an implementation of the MaSTer protocol (https://eprint.iacr.org/2024/1026). The extension includes full implementation of the MPC protocol integrated into the MP-SPDZ framework, together with benchmarking results. The repository is further extended by MIT-BIH (https://physionet.org/content/mitdb/1.0.0/) and PTB (https://www.physionet.org/content/ptbdb/1.0.0/) datasets, both available under the Open Data Commons Attribution License v1.0. The ECG heartbeat data is used for ML inference benchmarking, as specified in the paper

Replication Data for: Gaseous Inhibition of the Transsulfuration Pathway by Cystathionine β-Synthase
A set of files for replication of the quantum chemical calculations and molecular dynamics simulations in a study on gas signalling by a heme protein. For the quantum chemical calculations, B3LYP/def2-TZVP//def2-SVP optimised geometries are included. For the molecular dynamics simulations, starting geometries in GROMACS-format are provided as well as the protonation states of all titratable amino acids and the complete forcefield parameters, including those for the pyridoxal 5'-phosphate cofactor, NO gas, and heme-bound cysteine

Bootstrapping Polyfunctions
The code implements an improved digit extraction procedure for BGV bootstrapping based on polyfunctions theory. The used programming languages are C++ and Magma. The implementation relies on the HElib library, which is also included in the repository. Several adaptations were made in HElib to integrate the improved digit extraction procedure
Replication Data for: Decision-Focused Learning: Foundations, State of the Art, Benchmark and Future Opportunities
Decision-focused learning (DFL) is an emerging paradigm that integrates machine learning (ML) and constrained optimization to enhance decision quality by training ML models in an end-to-end system. Our paper presents a comprehensive review of DFL, providing an in-depth analysis of both gradient-based and gradient-free techniques used to combine ML and constrained optimization. It empirically evaluates the strengths and limitations of these techniques and includes an extensive empirical evaluation of eleven methods across seven problems.
This paper has been accepted for publication in The Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research (JAIR). The datasets in this repository have been used to obtain the results reported in the paper. The gut microbiome shapes latitudinal differences in host immunity and pathogen tolerance, and buffers against immunosuppression under future warming
Latitudinal patterns in fitness-related traits within species may inform how populations could evolve under global warming, yet are poorly understood. We investigated the novel idea that the gut microbiome drives latitudinal differences in immune function and pathogen tolerance by contrasting high- and low-latitude populations of Ischnura elegans damselflies. A reciprocal gut microbiome transplant was performed between high- and low-latitude larvae at two thermal regimes, whereafter larvae were exposed to the pathogen Escherichia coli. Pathogen exposure increased mortality, especially under warming. Our results confirmed latitude-associated thermal adaptation and a faster pace-of-life of the low-latitude larvae, and revealed this to be associated with a lower immune function and pathogen tolerance (higher E. coli body burden). Moreover, our results provide the first experimental evidence that the gut microbiome causally contributed to latitudinal differences in the host’s immune function and pathogen tolerance. As latitudinal patterns in the microbiome are widespread, this may be an important yet ignored proximate driver of latitudinal patterns in immune function and pathogen tolerance. As expected, warming reduced the immune function especially in high-latitude larvae. Notably, the integration of a gut microbiome transplant experiment with a space-for-time substitution suggested that the high-latitude host may avoid a strong immunosuppression under warming, when only its gut microbiome but not the host would converge to the current low-latitude host-microbiome combination. Taking into account how the gut microbiome shapes latitudinal patterns in fitness-related traits and integrating it into space-for-time substitutions will deepen our understanding of the evolution of host populations under warming
