Una.Resin, WP2: Open Research survey
The dataset is related to the Horizon 2020 Una.Resin project (Towards a common Una Europa RESearch and INnovation ecosystem) Work Package 2 open research survey. This task was carried out from February to May 2022 and was aimed at understanding and benchmarking the existing strategies, policies, infrastructure and activities on Open Research of the eight Una Europa universities participating in the project (University of Edinburgh; University of Helsinki; University of Bologna; Complutense University of Madrid; Freie University Berlin; Katholieke Universiteit Leuven; Jagiellonian University; Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) with special emphasis on research infrastructures in order to formulate recommendations on the 5 topics of the survey.
The objectives were to obtain: (i) an administrative and technical overview of research infrastructures and resources regarding Open Access publication and FAIR and Open data ; (ii) an overview of opportunities and barriers to share infrastructures across institutions and researchers externally; and (iii) an overview of gaps in the proposed infrastructure providing best practice and mutual learning examples. The results of the survey nurtured the development of Una.Resin R&I strategies, action plans, and pilot actions.
The survey was targeted at the research administration professionals, policy-makers and researchers engaged in Open Science related activities in each of the eight Una Europa universities

The purpose of the dataset is to support the findings of the paper in the form of code in C++ and Python/Sagemath.
First, the dataset implements the novel algorithm for homomorphic lookup table evaluation described in the paper (Section 3, Algorithm 8) and all required subroutines.
All subroutines are described in the work or can be accessed through the references which are publicly available.
Then, the dataset contains a first script, demonstrating that parameters chosen by a related work yield a setting in which the cryptographic scheme is not secure. Finally, it contains a second script showing that another algorithm presented in a related work fails to provide the correct result with a very large probability

EMPA data - Tourmaline from Rwanda
This data set contains major and minor element compositions of tourmaline from pegmatites, quartz veins and host rocks. The purpose of the analyses is to examine variations in geochemical composition between the tourmaline hosted in different rocks. All analyses were done on natural rocks from the Gatumba-Gitarama and Musha-Ntunga areas in Rwanda.

Replication Data for: Air/water interfacial properties and thin film drainage dynamics of compositionally diverse wheat flour water extracts
It is known that the water-extractable (WE) components of wheat flour aid in the stabilization of foam-type foods, such as beer foams, cake batters, and bread doughs. However, the mechanisms by which they do so remain unclear. To fully understand the functional performance of WE wheat flour constituents in food foams, it is important to gain mechanistic insights into their air/water interfacial properties and the drainage dynamics of the thin liquid films between these interfaces. To this end, wheat flour aqueous extracts were prepared and either used as such, or modified by dialyzing out low molecular mass constituents, or both low molecular mass constituents and enzymatically hydrolyzed carbohydrates. This dataset contains (i) compositional analysis data on wheat aqueous extracts obtained using standard methods in the field of cereal science (1 .xlsx file), (ii) data on air/water interfacial rheology of wheat extract constituents (2 .xlsx files), (iii) data on the thin liquid film drainage dynamics of wheat extract constituents (3 .xlsx files), (iv) data on the foaming properties of wheat extract constituents (1 .xlsx file), and (v) representative thin film drainage videos (3 .mp4 files)
