Drone RF Dataset

No full text
This dataset contains drone RF signals that were recorded within the semi-anechoic chamber at the CISS department of the Royal Military Academy using an Ettus Research USRP X310. A high-speed 10 Gbit Ethernet cable connected the USRP to a computer for data acquisition. We recorded IQ data at a sampling rate of 100 MSps with a center frequency of 2.44 GHz, and an OmniLOG 70600 omnidirectional antenna was employed as the receiving antenna. Drones and remote controllers were positioned at a distance of seven meters from the receiving antenna. IQ samples from the USRP were recorded in binary format, and subsequently, we transformed these binary IQ vectors into complex signal vectors in Matlab, storing them as Mat files (version ‘-v7.3’)

Data and code for the paper "Inference and Learning in Dynamic Decision Networks Using Knowledge Compilation"

No full text
Dataset for reproducing the results of the paper "Inference and Learning in Dynamic Decision Networks Using Knowledge Compilation". The attached code and dataset is split in two parts: one for the inference and one for the learning experiments. Each part contains instructions to run the code and reproduce the results, as well as the seeds used when randomised procedures were involved. Some datasets are synthetically generated, in those cases the scripts to generate them are also provided. Moreover, the code to generate the plots and analyse the results are also provided here

Assessing the effect of GA application on Pyrus communis pear deformation

No full text
Dataset collected for the assessment of the effect of gibberellin treatments on pear fruit deformation in Pyrus communis cultivars "Conference" and "Doyenné du Comice" in comparison to cross-pollination, self-pollination and no pollination. Dataset includes shape images of "Conference" and "Doyenné du Comice" fruits at harvest and information regarding the applied treatment at flowering and the position of the pear in the cluster. Also measurements of the fruit dimensions (width/height/aspect ratio) throughout fruit development for each inidivdual pear are included

Dataset_Measurying Math Anxiety through Self-Reports and Physiological Data

No full text
Dataset was used for the manuscript called 'Measuring math anxiety through self-reports and physiological data'. The dataset is based on a within-subject design and contains data concerning the (math) anxiety, perceived difficulty, accuracy, and physiological responses on different task and context of students in higher education

Replication Data for: "Six decades of the FitzHugh-Nagumo model: A guide through its spatio-temporal dynamics and influence across disciplines"

No full text
The repository contains several Python scripts, one ".npy" file with data necessary to run a section of "abDiagram.py", and a "README.md" file with detailed documentation on how to use each script, including its subdivision into cells. The "README.md" also provides specific parameters for reproducing each figure from the publication

Replication Data for: Improved Air Gap Permeance Modelling for Single-Slice Magnetic Equivalent Circuit of Skewed Inductions Motors

No full text
Replication scripts and data to determine the shape and saturation correction factors for use in NISM and AISM based on a .fem induction motor model. A grid search over the correction factors is performed and the selected factors can be evaluated

Mean Turbulence Statistics from Large-Eddy Simulations of Steady Stably Stratified Boundary Layers with Subsidence

No full text
The dataset contains a suite of Large-Eddy Simulation (LES) results of steady stably stratified boundary layers under influence of large-scale subsidence. The simulation are driven by a geostrophic wind, have a fixed surface temperature and a linear subsidence velocity profile. Three different sets of simulations parameters sweeps are considered, while all other input variables are constant: one set with varying subsidence rate, (i.e. the gradient of the linear subsidence profile), one with different buoyancy numbers (i.e. surface temperatures) and one with varying surface Rossby numbers (i.e. surface roughness). In addition, three simulations that were run with a finer computational grid are included. All simulations were run until a true statistically steady state was reached, after which turbulence statistics were collected over a period of approximately 12.5 hours (=2ℼfc, a full inertial period). The steady-state is characterized by a thermal equilibrium, where the surface heat flux is equal to the total heating due to subsidence. The repository includes time-averaged global flow properties and horizontally averaged profiles, as well as timeseries of some bulk flow quantities. The dataset is generated with the SP-Wind code, an in-house DNS/LES code developed at KU Leuven. For details of the code structure and simulation set-up we refer to Bon et al. (2024). The repository is organized as follows. A total of 17 simulations is included, and each has a separate folder. Each folder contains horizontally-averaged profiles of relevant variables in profiles_cc.csv (variables on cell-centered grid) and profiles_st.csv (vertical derivatives on staggered grid), and timeseries from the full simulation. An overview of the mean flow properties of each simulation is provided in the file Simulation_Overview.csv, which also includes relevant input parameters such as domain size and grid resolution. Fore more information, we refer to the README.txt file located in the dataset and to the related publication. A few python scripts that can be used to read and plot the data in a similar way as in Bon et al. (2024) are also present. Replication Data for: Pruning Boolean d-DNNF Circuits Through Tseitin-Awareness

No full text
The code and data instances of the paper published at the ICTAI 2024 conference, "Pruning Boolean d-DNNF Circuits Through Tseitin-Awareness" by Vincent Derkinderen. The dataset instances are ProbLog programs (text files), and README files (text files) that indicate where to find the additional instances of external sources. The code are python files that were used to perform the experiments in the cited paper

Replication Data for: Exploring the Selectivity of Cytochrome P450 for Enhanced Novel Anticancer Agent Synthesis

No full text
This dataset contains files essential for replicating molecular dynamics simulations of a CYP450 enzyme with its substrate. There are four distinct poses included in the dataset. For each pose, there is an Amber parameter file (.prmtop) and a starting coordinates file (.inpcrd). Additionally, a representative snapshot of the system after molecular dynamics simulations is provided for each pose in the form of a .rst7 file

Dataset of lead isotope ratios of copper ores.

No full text
This dataset was compiled from the literature. All samples analyzed prior to 1980 are excluded, due to poorer precision before that date. The ores have been placed in groups corresponding to countries or important regions. In most papers the ratios 208Pb/206Pb, 207Pb/206Pb and 206Pb/204Pb were given. The ratios 208Pb/204Pb and 207Pb/204Pb shown have been calculated from the other values. All samples which were published with only two isotope ratios are excluded
