Replication Data for: Property Prediction of Fuel Mixtures using Pooled Graph Neural Networks

    No full text
The code and datasets used for the recent work called: "Property Prediction of Fuel Mixtures using Pooled Graph Neural Networks". These files contain the code and datasets for reproducing the results of the paper. The datasets contain properties of viscosity, DCN, and flashpoint considering fuel mixtures of two to five components. The scope of the work was to predict these properties for biodiesel fuel mixtures

    UNSILENCE Audio-visual dataset

    No full text
This dataset include four knowledge clips featuring international experts on the history of Asia, slaveries, and the European impact overseas. This dataset is linked to Public Engagement Work Package 4 of the MSCA project "UNSILENCE: Trafficking of girls and Catholic missionary networks in the South China Sea (18th-19th centuries): a transnational approach". The creation of these videos serves to raise awareness about human trafficking, decolonisation in Asia and the importance of history in dealing with it. The dataset include the following files: 1. "Slaveries and Dependencies Schottenhammer": Brief video featuring Dr. Angela Schottenhammer describing the types of dependencies and the networks of trafficking of the 18th century.; 2. "Commercial and social circulations RuizStovel": Brief video featuring Dr. Guillermo Ruiz-Stovel describing the political, economic, and social conditions in the South China Sea in the early modern period; 3. "Missionary presence Torres": Brief video featuring Dr. Marina Torres describing the missionary presence in Asia and their collection of abandoned children; and 4. "Philosophy, History and Human Rights Morales": Audio interview with philosopher Patricia Morales discussing the current situation regarding the movement of people in today's scenario and the importance of philosophy and history in fighting for human right

Fusion Assay of Bovine Myoblasts Subcultured with Nattokinase vs Trypsin

    No full text
This raw dataset represents immunofluorescent images of myogenically differentiated primary fetal bovine myoblasts over the course of six passages (P1, P3, P6). The objective was to compare myogenic differentiation of the cells subcultured with nattokinase to the cells subcultured with trypsin

A nationwide dataset of de-identified activity spaces derived from geotagged social media data

    No full text
This repository introduces a _de-identified_ and _spatially aggregated_ user activity dataset in the United States, which contains approximately 2 million users and 1.2 billion data points collected from 2012 to 2019. This data is stored in a series of [Parquet](https://github.com/apache/parquet-format) files, totaling 13GB, in the `data/parquet/` directory. A smaller subset with only points within the Denver timezone can be found in `data/sample/`

Replication Data for figures in Serras et al.

    No full text
These files contain the data to recreate the figures of Serras et al. (in prep). Included are the data to generate figures 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 12 of the paper

Typological arrangement data for Sagalassos Red Slip Ware

    No full text
Assembling archaeological pottery data of high quality in digital format is challenging; especially when archaeological campaigns span decades. This dataset concerns pottery finds collected during the excavation campaigns held between 1992 and 2021 at the archaeological site of Sagalassos in Southwest Anatolia (modern Türkiye). The dataset consists of components that affect and derive from the algorithmic typological (re)arrangement of the red slipped tableware produced locally during Roman times. The components consist of the morphological description (numerical and textual) of pottery finds, and archaeologically essential metadata (spatial and temporal) of popular type-variants and functional groups of Sagalassos Red Slip Ware

Unlinkable Policy-Compliant Signatures for Compliant and Decentralized Anonymous Payments

    No full text
Policy-compliant signature (PCS) schemes are enhanced signature schemes that enable policy enforcement (a joint predicate on sender and receiver attributes) via signatures while ensuring full privacy of each user's attributes. Unlinkable PCS (ul-PCS) further adds the capability that a user can refresh its public key (without the need to contact a credential issuer) to break any link to their previous activities. This repository contains a prototype, that is, an implementation of PCS (based on policies specified by inner-product relations), and several implementations for ul-PCS (for different policy classes). While a lot of effort has gone into this work, being a prototype means that the code should be used for testing purposes only, and should not be used in a productive environment without further external and professional audits

Replication Data for: Dedicated microwave extraction allows uniform energy distribution to efficiently solubilize Ascophyllum nodosum

    No full text
In this Excel data file, the authors share the data from the publication 'Dedicated microwave extraction allows uniform energy distribution to efficiently solubilize Ascophyllum nodosum'. The data encompasses results obtained with optimization experiments (variables: time, temperature and solid to liquid ratio), construction of the mass balances, zeta potential measurements and antimicrobial tests

Analysis of MAUDE database for reports related to Wireless Communications/EMC/EMI/RFI/ESD issues

    No full text
This dataset contains scripts, a snapshot of raw data and results of an analysis of the Manufacturer and User Facility Device Experience (MAUDE) database for reports related to adverse events with medical devices due to Wireless communications/EMC/EMI/RFI/ESD issues. The snapshot of the MAUDE data was retrieved from "https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/mandatory-reporting-requirements-manufacturers-importers-and-device-user-facilities/about-manufacturer-and-user-facility-device-experience-maude" on 19/02/2024

Replication Data for: Validation of SOLPS-ITER and EDGE2D-EIRENE simulations for H, D, and T JET ITER-like wall low-confinement mode plasmas

    No full text
This dataset contains the SOLPS-ITER simulation results and required setup files for the JET L-mode plasmas of this publication. There is a separate tarball for results with the 3.0.8 structured version and the unstructured extended grid version. SOLPS-ITER users can extract these files in their $SOLPSTOP/runs directory and they can continue running the simulations starting from the plasma state in b2fstati. The plasma state of b2fstati is used to obtain the plots in the paper
