Replication Data for: A combined density functional and coupled-cluster theory study on correlation-bound anions of perfluorinated compounds

    No full text
This dataset contains the replication data for Q-Chem calculations on perfluorinated compounds and their anions. The study consists of a method assessment for the description of electron attachment and detachment energies, and characterization of the electronic states with special attention for whether the excess electron is localized inside the "cage" formed by the carbon framework. The charge stabilization method was applied whenever the used method described the anion as unbound. The results were published in https://doi.org/10.1039/D5CP00960J

    No full text
This dataset presents the characterisation of heteroaryl-substituted iminothioindoxyl (HA-ITI) photoswitches featuring N-heterocyclic moieties based on indole or benzimidazole, with a focus on the switching behaviour. It includes in situ UVVis, transient absorption and NMR spectroscopy data as well as computational data

Replication data for Structural defects in male meiotic cell division lead to reproductive genome instability and disturbed microsporogenesis in banana (Musa spp.)

    No full text
Meiotic stability in diverse Musa accessions was measured by the amount of compartments in the tetrad cells that are the end point of meiosis. Deviations from the tetrad configuration with four compartments thereby represent meiotic aberrations, with polyads resulting in aneuploid gametes, and dyads and triads resulting in 2n gametes. Furthermore for a more extensive set of genotypes, mature pollen grain sizes were measured, as pollen with a size below the normal haploid size indicates the presence of aneuploidy, pollen with a size larger than the haploid size indicates the presence of higher ploidy pollen. Lastly, the meiotic outcome (tetrad data) was correlated to the mature pollen grain size for the common genotypes, and pollen grain size and meiotic outcome were also correlated to the genetic structural elements present in these genotypes

Supporting Data for: Physiological and cardiac rhythm responses during a maximal breath-hold in a world champion freediver

    No full text
This dataset contains a two-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) printout collected during a dry, maximal voluntary breath-hold performed by a world champion freediver. The ECG recording captures the full duration of the breath-hold (6 minutes and 7 seconds), including both the easy-going phase (2 minutes and 20 seconds) and the struggle phase (3 minutes and 47 seconds), as well as pre- and post-breath-hold periods. The dataset was collected as part of a physiological case study investigating ventilatory, gas exchange, neuromuscular, oxygenation, and cardiac responses to prolonged breath-holding. During the struggle phase of the breath-hold, the ECG revealed transient, asymptomatic cardiac arrhythmias, including sinus-junctional rhythm competition, multiple supra- and ventricular extrasystoles, and marked bradycardia. Normal sinus rhythm resumed after breath-hold cessation. This dataset provides a manually verifiable reference of cardiac rhythm changes during the maximal voluntary breath-hold

    No full text
Code and data for the paper "Automatic Named Entity Linking for Ancient Greek with a Domain-Specific Knowledge Base". Contains a minimal example to reproduce the results obtained in the paper, a subset of manually annotated Greek NEL data, and a silver NEL dataset with the scripts to create it included for transparency (not reproducible since not all components of the pipeline were open access)

Evaluation of the carbonation-related properties and mouthfeel of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers

    No full text
Physicochemical and sensory evaluation of four alcoholic beers and their non-alcoholic counterparts. The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between carbonation characteristics and mouthfeel perception of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers. This data set contains all data supporting the following publication: "Understanding the relationship between carbonation characteristics and sensory perception of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers

Replication Data for: Digital and scalable laser-based fabrication of reusable bismuth telluride thermoelectrics with superior performance and mechanical flexibility

    No full text
This dataset contains all the data involved in the publication of 'Digital and scalable laser-based fabrication of reusable bismuth telluride thermoelectrics with superior performance and mechanical flexibility' Thermoelectrics (TEs) convert waste heat into electrical power while enabling on-demand heating and cooling. Those attributes make TEs particularly appealing to satisfy the heterogeneous needs of wearables and the Internet of Things (IoT). However, current TEs are limited in terms of form factor and scalability. To address these limitations, this work demonstrates a scalable, flexible, and potentially reusable thermoelectric platform produced via the laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) of optimized n-type Bi₂Te₃ and p-type Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 materials. These laser-printed materials exhibited high power factors exceeding 1200 μW m-1 K-2, resulting in a figure of merit (zT) greater than 0.2. When integrated into flexible planar devices, an output power of up to 70 μW was achieved at ΔT = 40 K for a footprint area of 8.3 cm2. The devices maintained electrical functionality under bending radii as small as 7.5 mm and withstood over 500 bending cycles. Designed for durability and recyclability, devices damaged by extreme bending could be partially reconditioned via hot pressing. Furthermore, the devices were easily disassembled into half-device modules, enabling straightforward separation and potential recovery of the printed materials. The versatility of the devices was demonstrated through the “active cooling fins” implementation, allowing efficient through-plane thermal harvesting on curved surfaces. This configuration could harvest up to 27 μW from the hot water pipe of a real heating system in ambient conditions. Additionally, rapid and reversible Peltier-driven cooling (~3 °C below room temperature within a few seconds) was achieved. This work highlights the potential of digitally manufactured, multifunctional flexible TEs for next-generation energy harvesting and thermal management in IoT nodes and wearable electronics. To interpret the data, follow the instructions described in the README file

Harmonised database on materials, energy flows and environmental impacts for building archetypes representing the EU27 building stock.

    No full text
This dataset provides per EU country 1) a detailed life cycle inventory (LCI), and 2) a life cycle impact assessment (LCIA) of both existing and newly constructed building archetypes representing the EU27 building stock. For each archetype, the LCI records annual material and energy flows, broken down by life cycle stage (according to EN 15978), and building element (such as external walls, pitched roofs or heating system). The dataset specifies the type of activity (e.g., material entering or leaving the system, energy use) and quantifies the associated material or energy amounts. The LCIA provides per building archetype the environmental impacts for 19 environmental impact indicators (in line with EN 15804+A2:2019) aggregated per element class, activity year and life cycle stage. This structure enables a comprehensive analysis of embodied and operational impacts, supporting robust scenario modelling, policy assessment, and benchmarking for decarbonization strategies in the built environment.Acknowledgements: This dataset builds upon results produced within the EU research project "Analysis of Life-cycle Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Removals of EU Buildings and Construction” [GROW/2022/OP/0005] contracted by the European Commission, DG GROW.
