Replication Data for: "CowBase - A Library for Dairy Farm Data Handling and Curation in Python"
This dataset contains structured and standardized anonymized data extracted from automatic milking systems on one experimental and one commercial dairy farms:
- farmA: DeLaval milking system (experimental farm)
- farmB: Lely milking system (commercial farm)
The data were processed and curated using the Python package "CowBase", which was developed to streamline extraction, standardization, and database integration of data from automatic milking systems.
Raw system backups in zipped format ("backups_farmAB"), raw extracted data (created with CowBase module 1, "01_full_table"), processed data (created with CowBase module 3, "02_merged_table") and a SQLite database (created with CowBase module 4) are given to test the package. An extensive explanation is given the in README.md
Replication data for: "Establishing a co-culture aggregate of N-cycle bacteria to elucidate flocculation in biological wastewater treatment"
Raw data and metadata related to the recent research on the feasibility to exploit a model (N-cycle) consortium with reduced complexity to fundamentally study
bioflocculation. The purpose of the dataset is to allow replication of all figures and analyses as described in the corresponding publication and its supplementary information. It contains raw microscopic images, alongside qPCR, IC, and FCM data in text file format. All data was gathered in bench-scale bioreactors (and flasks) during short- to medium-term experimental runs, typically spanning hours to weeks, with data collected at regular intervals. A discussion on the results of these experiments is published elsewhere
Numerical simulation code for PhD thesis "Micro-macro Parareal methods for multiscale ordinary and stochastic differential equations"
This datafolder contains the software that was used to generate the numerical simulations in the PhD thesis "Micro-macro Parareal methods for multiscale ordinary and stochastic differential equations. In this thesis we analyse, through convergence theory and numerical simulations, the use of micro-macro Parareal for the simulation of (i) multiscale ordinary differential equations and (ii) (McKean-Vlasov) stochastic differential equations. Our main contribution is the Monte Carlo-moments (MC-moments) Parareal algorithm. It combines a very cheap coarse solver that approximates the statistical moments of an SDE, with a time-parallel application of an expensive Monte Carlo method for the underlying SDE. The dataset contains source code and scripts in the Julia programming language, as well as some bash scripts to automate figure generation. The main goal of this dataset is to ensure reproducibility of the numerical results reported in the said dissertation
Replication Data for: Subsynovial connective tissue thickness is associated with disease status and severity in carpal tunnel syndrome
This structured dataset consists of data on sonographically measured subsynovial connective tissue thickness in subjects with and without carpal tunnel syndrome. With this dataset, we analyzed the association between subsynovial connective tissue thickness with the presence or absence of carpal tunnel syndrome, as well as with its severity. The collected data is part of the research and manuscript "Subsynovial connective tissue thickness is associated with disease status and severity in carpal tunnel syndrome"
Replication Data for: Understanding the effect of pH on structure formation in high moisture extrudates produced from soy protein-dietary fiber blends
Protein plays a pivotal role in high moisture extrusion (HME)-based structuring. The chemical and physical transformations of proteins during HME can be strongly influenced by environmental conditions such as pH. The pH affects the ionization state of amino acid side groups, thereby determining key protein physicochemical properties, including intra- and intermolecular interactions and reactions, water-binding capacity and rheological behavior. These protein physicochemical properties subsequently affect the structure and texture of extrudates. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to gain mechanistic understanding of the impact of pH on structure formation of high moisture extrudates prepared from soy protein-DF blends.
Please look at the readme.text first. (2025-05-20). This dataset includes: the composition, protein composition and thermal properties of DSF, SPI, SDF, and SPI-SDF blends (file 01, 02); the rheological results obtained using closed-cavity rheometer results of hydrated SPI-SDF blends at diff. pH (file 03); specific mechanical energy during HME (file 04); X-ray computed tomography and textural results of extrudates (file 05, 06); Protein-protein interaction/reaction analyses of extrudates (file 07). The results are included in Excel files
Pilot SIESTA sleep intervention for adolescents with ADHD
This dataset contains the data of a pilot study to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate a cognitive behavioral sleep intervention (SIESTA), specifically developed for adolescents with ADHD. The dataset contains demographic info of 10 participants and their parents (English), focus group transcripts (Dutch) wherein adolescents and caregivers discuss their experiences with SIESTA and the assessment protocol, their satisfaction scores (Dutch), and pre-test and post-test scores on the revised Adolescent Sleep Hygiene Scale (English)
Replication Data for: Increasing brain half-life of antibodies by additional binding to myelin-oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, a CNS specific protein
This dataset contains raw data contributing to the publication 'Increasing brain half-life of antibodies by additional binding to myelin-oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, a CNS specific protein'. This publication is about the discovery of VHHs binding to mouse, human, and cynomolgus myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG), a CNS specific protein. When fused to antibodies shuttling the BBB through receptor mediated transcytosis, those anti-MOG VHHs decrease brain efflux of the fused antibodies leading to a dramatically increased brain half-life and a prolonged therapeutic effect of the fused antibodies
CoDEx-VFD: Controlled Disturbance Experiment - Variable Frequency Drive
The CoDEx-VFD dataset provides time-series current measurements from a three-phase Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) system subjected to controlled electromagnetic disturbances (EMD). This dataset is designed for benchmarking and comparing anomaly detection algorithms in the context of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The data was collected under controlled laboratory conditions, with varying levels of disturbance severity and frequency, providing a valuable resource for researchers developing and evaluating methods for EMI detection and mitigation in electronic systems.
The dataset comprises 100 CSV files, each representing a single measurement run with different anomaly scenarios. Measurements include two directly measured phase currents along with a binary label indicating the presence or absence of an injected disturbance at each time point. The sampling rate is 2.5 MHz, providing high temporal resolution for capturing transient EMI events. Key experimental parameters, including disturbance characteristics and equipment details, are documented in the accompanying README file.

Replication Data for: Timetable rescheduling in case of partial blockages through Archetypical Infrastructure Pieces
This dataset contains the necessary data to replicate the experiments in the paper 'Timetable rescheduling in case of partial blockages through Archetypical Infrastructure Pieces'. It considers large railway disruptions that cause a partial blockage of a corridor for a long period of time. The dataset includes the considered infrastructure and timetable data for a double-track and multi-track corridor. Additionally, the detailed solutions, i.e. the rescheduled timetables, are provided for the different instances and optimization methods. All the data is provided in csv files. The README file gives an overview of the folders and files that are included
