子ども讃美歌に関する一考察―楽曲分析と指導への提言―
Get PDF讃美は主のみ名をほめたたえみ栄えを表し、主に神様を礼拝する時に用いられる。また讃美は、聖書の事実の意味や普遍的な真理の素晴らしさを伝える重要なものでもあり、人生の最初の集団生活となる保育園や幼稚園、教会学校等の場で讃美歌にふれることは、子ども達の心の成長やその後の人生に影響を与えると考えられる。沖縄キリスト教短期大学保育科では、音楽Ⅰと音楽Ⅱの科目において、讃美歌の必修課題曲として「だれがつくったの」と、「おほしがひかる」の２曲が指定されている。本論文では、代表的な子ども讃美歌について、どのような傾向や特徴があるのか歌詞や音楽の観点から検証した上で、これら２曲の楽曲分析を通して曲への理解を深めると共に、それらをいかに実際の指導に活かすことができるかを考察する。分析の結果、「だれがつくったの」と「おほしがひかる」は歌詞の面では共に、聖書の箇所やストーリーが易しい言葉で、子ども達が興味を持ち想像を膨らませられる擬音語と共に書かれている一方で、音楽面としては前者は非常に取り組み易いものであり、後者は音楽の様々な変化から喜びを表現することができるものであることが確認された。子ども讃美歌を通して、讃美が神様から私達に与えられたものであることへの感謝を持って、子ども達 や学生達と共に喜んで神様を讃美し続けることで、平和な世界を願う心を養っていくことが出来ればと願う。departmental bulletin pape
シャドーイング訓練時に生じる学習者の意識について ―効果的な指導に向けて―
No full textShadowing has been adopted as a method of training in language learning, not just in English language learning, but also in that of other languages. The method is basically seen in trainings for improvement of listening abilities. In classes that employ shadowing for such purpose, teachers try various expressions to describe what level of speed, readability or difficulty the student should choose. With mixed level of language ability in a class, students often need to train by themselves. It will be beneficial therefore, to develop appropriate guideline for each learner so that he/she can select an optimal level to maximize the effectiveness of the shadowing training. As a first step, the author looked at the correlation between the speeds that learners think are appropriate for training and their actual performance. Hopefully this will contribute to future development of concrete guidelines to help shadowing trainees to the fullest extent.departmental bulletin pape
Right to Petition:Development and Nature under Japanese Constitutions
Get PDFJapan’s current constitutionally-guaranteed right to petition as well as laws and regulations detailing the procedures for exercising this right have emerged as part of a centuries old process through which people have sought to have their voice heard in state affairs. 幼児の協同的な活動に関する一考察～友達との関わりを大切にし、思いや考えを共有したダムづくりを通して～
Get PDF本研究の目的は、幼児の協同的な活動の成立過程を、幼児の日常的な活動や友達同士での遊び、人との かかわり方の点から明らかにすることである。幼児教育における「協同性」は、「友達とのかかわりを通して、互いの思いや考えなどを共有し、それらの実現に向けて、工夫したり、協力したりする充実感を味わいな がらやり遂げるようになる。」注１ものとして、５領域の「人間関係」を視点とした研究である。そこで、本研究では、幼稚園５歳児クラスの保育の実践場面に着目して、幼児期の終わりまでに育ってほしい10の姿の目標の一つ「協同性」の「友達との関わりを通して、互いの思いや考えなどを共有し、それらの実現に向けた取り組み」注２について考察することとした。departmental bulletin pape
地域素材を活用した「国際理解教育」教材開発と、地域への広げ方
Get PDF筆者は2012年頃より、NGO職員（前職）として、独立行政法人JICA沖縄との連携の中で沖縄県内の国際理解教育指導者養成講座や、研修会等を担当してきた。現在、学校教育において「国際理解教育」は教科という位置づけではなく、数多 くの題材・素材で構成される総合的な学習の時間や道徳教育の活動等で取り扱われるようになってきた。はっきりとした 教科・科目ではないにせよ、世界との関係の中で生きていかざるを得ない現状の中で、本教育を学ぶことは重要なことで あるというのは異を唱えるものは少ないのではないか。また教科・科目ではないからこそ、主要科目と言われるような社会、語学、国語等、様々な教科にもとり入れられる要素を持っているのが「国際理解教育」であるといえる。\
本稿では、Think globally, act locally, change personally.（地球規模で考え、地域や足元で行動し、自らも変えていこう） というスローガンが指し示すように、地域や足元の素材を活用した教材開発の重要性と同時に、地域のそれぞれのアクターが広げてきたのか、またこれからさらに広げていくことが出来るのか、今回は大学の一つの可能性を提案している。\

Since 2012 in collaboration with the JICA Okinawa International Center, the author, in her previous capacity working with NGOs, has conducted courses, workshops and other sessions for training instructors in education for international understanding. Currently, this field is not incorporated into the school curriculum as a proper subject, so it is addressed during class time set aside for integrated study, which comprises numerous topics and materials, or during activities that students participate in as part of moral education. Setting aside the question of whether or not“education for international understanding”should be a proper course of study in the school curriculum, it is doubtful that anyone would argue that international understanding is not important for Japan given the country’s current relationships with the rest of the world. Furthermore, precisely because education for international understanding is not taught as a separate subject, its elements may be incorporated into social studies, foreign language studies, Japanese language studies and other major subjects.\
As the slogan“think globally, act locally and change personally”emphasizes, this paper stresses the importance of developing teaching materials which utilize local and regional elements, and proposes that one possible future role for universities is to substantively address the questions of whether the respective actors in the community have been able to broaden their activities, and how they will be able to further extend these in the future.\

幼児の運動遊び環境についての一考察－沖縄県内保育所（園）・幼稚園の実態調査を通して－
Get PDF本研究では、幼児の運動遊びの実態について調査するために、沖縄県内の認定こども園・へき地保育所・夜間保育園を除いた保育所・幼稚園669園を対象にアンケート調査（質問紙法）を実施した。分析にあたって、運動環境の課題の有無と、幼児の充分な運動量を確保出来ているかという２つの視点を採用し、群分けを 行った。結果として、ハード面における環境の差が明らかになったが、園の方針として運動遊びに力を入 れていることや、年間指導計画を作成して計画的な運動遊びを実施することにより、幼児の充分な運動量 を確保出来る可能性が高いことが示唆された。また、幼児の充分な運動量が確保出来ている園も、そうで はない園も、外部講師等の利用状況に差はみられなかった。そして、外部体育講師のみの運動遊びだけで はなく、保育士による運動遊びの展開も行われていた。運動遊びの内容については、特定の運動遊びの実 施や、運動遊びの達成目標の設定が、幼児の充分な運動量の確保につながっているとはいえない結果を示 していた。園の所有している運動施設や遊具が充実していることは、園の運動環境や幼児の運動量に対す る評価と有意な関連がみられなかった他、所有している運動施設や遊具にはほとんど差はみられなかった。研究の限界や課題は含まれるものの、今後の保育士養成に活かす資料が得られた他、県内の保育施設に還元出来る資料が得られたdepartmental bulletin pape
保育・教職実践演習に関する一考察 ?～資質・能力を視点に～
Get PDF2009（平成21）年の教育教職免許法の改正により、教職実践演習がスタートした。その科目は、教職課程の他の授業科目の履修や教職課程外での活動を通じて、学生が身に付ける資質能力が、教員としての最小限必要な資質能力として統合され、形成されたかについて確認する「学びの軌跡の集大成」として位置づけられている。\
また、この科目の設置趣旨として、以下の事項を含めることが適当とされている。１．使命感や責任感、教育的愛情等に関する事項。\
２．社会性や対人関係能力に関する事項。\
３．幼児児童生徒理解や学級経営等に関する事項。\
４．教科・保育内容等の指導力に関する事項。などの４つが揚げられている。\
短期大学においては、保育士資格との関係上その科目を「保育・教職実践演習」として開設しているところが多く、2011（平成23）年度より実施されている。\

琉球諸語復興のための言語計画 : 言語権をめぐる国際的動向と現状
Get PDFIn 2009, the UNESCO Atlas of the World’s Languages in Danger included six Ryukyuan languages. Since then,the question is, how much progress has the Japanese government and the Okinawa Prefectural government achieved to revitalize the Ryukyuan languages? This paper posits that unless substantial and practical measures for language revitalization be taken, Ryukyuan languages are likely to become extinct by 2050. Despite the necessity of these efforts, revitalization processes have been largely ineffective. This thesis attempts to clarify the concept of ‘linguistic rights’ in the context of international human rights law and to compare these rights to the contemporary context in Okinawa. We identify and discuss the serious dysfunctions already present in the prefectural government and critique the government of Japan’s claims against ‘linguistic rights’ in the light of the international consensus.departmental bulletin pape
