琉球諸語・沖縄語における証拠性 : 伝聞証拠 -Ndiの非言語化現象
Get PDFNo substantial body of research on reportative evidentials in Okinawan Language within the Ryukyuan language group exists. This study attempts to fill the gap and clarify the definition and primary usages of the reportative evidential -Ndi. It also serves as an investigation of when, in spoken discourse, this evidential marker is exempt from use. Faller (2002) provides two potent hypotheses to account for a similar phenomenon in Cuzco Quechua; the first comes from the concept of ‘assimilation’ of information and the second from the ‘Theory of Territory of Information’. Along with these possibilities, discussion of a model of epistemic scale and of restrictions on conveyed content is taken up on whether such theories could, in fact, be applied to the case of -Ndi. Preliminary findings suggest that omission of the evidential marker in Okinawan language appears to be more restricted than the same omission made in Japanese. The necessary conditions are as follows. First, the information provider should be the provider him or herself or one close to the provider in terms of proximity or familarity. Second, when communicated information is assimilated and passes into the ‘Realis’ dimension after a certain amount of time, the reportative evidential is optional.departmental bulletin pape
明治の洋楽草創期における幼児唱歌集に関する研究
Get PDF日本の洋楽草創期における幼児唱歌集は、明治10（1877）年から明治15（1882）年にかけて、日本初の「保育並遊戯唱歌（保育唱歌）」が作成され、明治20（1887）年には日本初の官製版『幼稚園唱歌集』、明治34（1901） 年には、瀧廉太郎等による初の伴奏付き『幼稚園唱歌』が刊行されている。「保育並遊戯唱歌（保育唱歌）」は、東京女子高等師範学校附属幼稚園（現・お茶の水女子大学附属幼稚園） が開園された翌年、園児たちへの音楽教育の重要性を唱え宮内省式部寮雅楽課に依頼して作成されたもの だが、歌詞は万葉集や古今集等の日本古歌から選定されたものが多く、曲は雅楽課伶人（演奏者）たちに よる撰譜（作曲）で、幼稚園児たちには歌い難い教材だった。『幼稚園唱歌集』は、文部省音楽取調掛（現・東京藝術大学）が編纂した日本初の官製発行だったが、西洋の既成曲に文語体の歌詞をはめたものが多く、子どもたちには馴染みにくい曲が多かった。『幼稚園唱歌』は共益商社書店によって編集・発行されたとあるが、実際は瀧廉太郎等によって編纂されている。瀧廉太郎は、子どもが歌いやすい話し言葉や口語体の歌詞に曲を付け、歌詞も曲も既成のものではなく新しく創作した20曲を収めた。『幼稚園唱歌』発行以前の幼児唱歌集は、単旋律のみであったが、滝廉太郎等によって初めてピアノ（オルガン）伴奏が付けられた。瀧廉太郎の「お正月」「水遊び」などは、四季を彩る音色で子どもたちに親しまれ今日まで歌い継がれている。瀧廉太郎は日本の幼児音楽に先鞭をつけた音楽教育者としても位置づけられるだろう。本論文は、明治の洋楽草創期における幼児唱歌集のターニングポイントとして、「保育並遊戯唱歌（保育唱歌）」、『幼稚園唱歌集』、『幼稚園唱歌』について、それぞれの特徴を論述し日本の音楽教育に果たした役割にも言及する。departmental bulletin pape
国際交流プログラム開発のための基礎的研究Ⅰ : 「-ix（アイエックス）-国際交流友の会/沖縄の歴史文化学習会」の取り組み
Get PDF「沖縄の歴史文化学習会（以下学習会）」は、国際平和文化交流センター（以下交流センター） が展開する国際交流事業「-ix（アイエックス）－国際交流友の会（以下国際交流友の会）」の活動の一環として実施している。この学習会は、参加する外国人留学生と一般学生等の交流の活性化を図るとともに、沖縄県内の史跡、自然教育施設等を訪問・見学し、歴史・文化・自然と様々な観点から沖縄を再発見し、対外的に沖縄を発信する力の養成を目的とするフィールドトリップである。筆者は2014年度から交流センターに配属となり、本学習会の企画実施を担当することとなった。筆者は「沖縄特例通訳案内士（中国語）」の資格を有し、専門は民俗学である。今年度（2017 年度）で４度目の担当を数える本プログラムは、筆者の有する専門知識や資格を有効に活用した、本学ならではの国際交流事業のひとつとなっている。本稿は、今年度実施した取り組みについて、その行程、参加者数、アンケートの集計結果についての報告を行い、プログラム開発のための基礎研究のはじまりと位置づけている。今後、本学習会の歴史等を研究しながら、その意義、教育的効果、さらにこれからの時代に即した展望について検証する論文を執筆していきたいと考えている。departmental bulletin pape
大学生の英文法に対する意識・態度・行動に関する量的研究 : 英文法の学習・指導方法への示唆
Get PDFThe present study investigated university students’ consciousness, attitude and behavior toward English grammar by way of quantitative approach. The results showed that deepening grammatical knowledge could boost learners’ confidence as well as increase the degree of English proficiency. It was also revealed that the sufficient learning of English grammar at junior and senior high school could help encourage independence in learners and enable them to both acquire and use the metacognitive strategies such as setting goals and making learning plans. Moreover, it was indicated that learning of English grammar could best take place while learners working on the tasks in their most favorite language skill out of four: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Furthermore, the importance of acquiring explicit knowledge of English grammar was proved in various aspects. Based on these results, better ways of learning and teaching English grammar were also proposed.departmental bulletin pape
GIs'Gazes on Okinawans : The US Military Occupation in Three American Novels
Get PDF米軍政府占領下時代（1945-1972）の沖縄を舞台した小説をヴァーン・スナイダー（Vern Sneider）とE. A. クーパー（E. A. Cooper）が出版しているが、両者の物語のアプローチの仕方は対称的なほどに異なっている。スナイダーは、The Teahouse of the August Moon（1951）とThe King from Ashtabula（1960）において、米軍統治下ではありえないような非現実的、空想的なストーリー展開を採用し、一方でクーパーは、B.C. Street（2007/2015）の中で1960年代前半の米軍基地周辺の沖縄社会をジャーナリズム的な写実的描写の手法を取り入れている。しかし、より重要なことは、彼らの物語には、在沖米軍政府への批判・風刺という観点を共有しているという事実である。沖縄滞在中に実際に出会った沖縄人への共感・共鳴が、沖縄を舞台にした小説を書かせる動機となっているが、アメリカの価値観の押しつけや軍隊の論理で沖縄社会や 沖縄の人々を乱用することアメリカ軍政府をアメリカ人の立場から批判している。米軍が東アジアの安全保障のために沖 縄駐留を継続することが必要であるというのであれば、アメリカ人が、なぜ沖縄の反米軍基地運動が激しいのかを理解す ること、及び、アメリカと沖縄の友好的で緊密な関係を築くこと、は必要不可欠であり、これらの「コンタクト・ゾーン」沖縄ストーリーは、被植民者（他者）と彼らの異文化を理解するための本質的なメッセージを内包している。departmental bulletin pape

在沖フィリピン人女性の多元的アイデンティティ
Get PDFAbstract. The author has been conducting research since 2011 into the issue of intercultural communication among Filipino women living in Okinawa. The Filipino women the author met are married to Okinawan men, have had experience of giving birth and rearing children, and have jobs in Okinawa. They have tried to find a way to adjust to Okinawan society while struggling with the language barrier. The aim of this article is to show how these Filipino women have constructed their self-identities in Okinawan society.\
The author conducted semi-structured interviews with six Filipino women living in Okinawa. The data were analyzed by using the modified grounded theory approach. Results indicated that the interviewees were using at least\
three languages in their daily lives, such as Japanese, English, and Tagalog（or local Filipino languages.）Which\
language they used depended on the situation and as a result they have constructed three self-identities.\
When they faced difficulty in speaking Japanese, they tended to experience agitation of their (Japanese) identities. However, they overcame the difficulty by studying Japanese further to try to reconstruct their identities. The development of their language abilities makes their identities more evolved. Their plural self-identities have been integrated in the face of agitation, dissolution and ultimately the renewal of their identities.departmental bulletin pape
