Implementasi Konsep Estetika M. Iqbal dalam Pemenuhan Kewajiban Bersama Bagi Suami Istri
Get PDFAbstractAesthetics in the family can be created by fulfilling mutual obligations. Based on the will and ends with the pleasure of God. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the implementation of the aesthetic concept of M. Iqbal's ideas for the fulfillment of mutual obligations for husband and wife. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to explore M. Iqbal's aesthetic concepts and their implementation in fulfilling mutual obligations between husband and wife. There are three research results in this article, that M. Iqbal's aesthetic concept contained two principles, namely expression, and function. One of the means to create a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family is to fulfill the mutual obligations between husband and wife. The fulfillment of mutual obligations between husband and wife is the beginning of the creation of aesthetics in the family. The beautiful form of the family is oriented toward the expression of love, social function, and the Divine. This expression of love is actualized by actions to fulfill mutual obligations based on awareness of their position as husband and wife, as well as the functioning of the family as the initial environment that leads to Godhead, human development, and social progress. AbstrakEstetika dalam keluarga dapat tercipta dengan cara saling memenuhi kewajiban bersama. Didasari dengan kemauan dan diakhiri dengan rida Tuhan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menguraikan tentang implementasi konsep estetika gagasan M. Iqbal terhadap pemenuhan kewajiban bersama bagi suami istri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan mendalami konsep estetika M. Iqbal dan implementasinya dalam pemenuhan kewajiban bersama antara suami istri. Ada tiga hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini, [1] dalam konsep estetika M. Iqbal terkandung dua prinsip, yakni ekspresi dan fungsi. [2] salah satu sarana untuk mewujudkan keluarga sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah adalah dengan memenuhi kewajiban bersama antara suami istri. [3] pemenuhan kewajiban bersama antara suami istri merupakan awal mula terciptanya estetika dalam keluarga. Bentuk keluarga yang indah berorientasi pada ekspresi cinta, fungsi sosial dan Ketuhanan. Ekspresi cinta tersebut diaktualisasikan dengan tindakan untuk saling memenuhi kewajiban bersama atas dasar kesadaran akan posisinya sebagai suami istri, serta memfungsikan keluarga sebagai lingkungan awal yang mengarahkan pada Ketuhanan, pembinaan manusia dan kemajuan sosial

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, proses, dan hasil peningkatan penguasaan kosakata dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan media pembelajaran pop-up book. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua sesi. Hasil penelitian ini, setelah melaksanakan mata kuliah pertama, mahasiswa menjadi aktif dalam pembelajaran dan rata-rata nilai mahasiswa yang diperoleh adalah 80,20%. Setelah pelaksanaan mata kuliah kedua, jumlah mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan semakin banyak dan semakin rajin. Hal ini berdampak pada hasil evaluasi dengan nilai rata-rata 86,06%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan kosakata siswa meningkat dengan penerapan media pembelajaran pop-up book

This research uses a qualitative research, using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Rawdatul Uloom Goengan Trangkil Baty High School. The topic was teachers, principals and students. The informants are teachers, administrators, and students. This research took place from February to May. The data sources used are documentation, observation and interview. Arabic teachers make plans by making learning such as making daily schedules, making daily work programs, weekly work programs, monthly work programs, and yearly programs, as well as evaluating and evaluating learning resources. The used varies according to the subject, the guidance includes: the implementation of the curricula with the steps of learning the Arabic language that include the ability of the students, namely: the ability to speak, the ability to listen, the ability to write, as well as the ability to understand related to learning the Arabic language and arbitration is the process of teaching the Arabic language that It is carried out by Kindergarten Science High School Goenjan Trangkil Baty by looking at the teacher's work and the results of his students, applying teaching strategies or methods, the educational achievements of students, and observing students' behavior. Integrative education at Rawdatul Uloom Goengan Trangkil Baati High School emphasizes that language skills, which include the ability to read, listen, speak and write, are an inseparable unit. (Integrated Education) Factors supporting the integration of education: the presence of native speakers, an Arabic language teacher graduated from Al-Azhar, appropriate Arabic media, and methods for integrating Arabic language education.
The Role of the National Economic Recovery Program on MSMEs’ Sustainability in the Perspective of Maqashid Sharia
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to identify the Implementation and Implications of Indonesian Government's National Economic Recovery (NER) Program on MSMEs in East Java Province with their harmony and relevance to Maqashid Sharia by Jasser Auda who has studied and aligned them with human activities and conditions in modern era. This study uses Policy Research with Qualitative Descriptive Approach. The data source is explored through an interview and documentation process from informants as MSMEs business people in East Java who have received assistance from the Government through the NER Program, which based on eachconfession that government assistance greatly helps the sustainability of their business in the midst of an economic crisis during the pandemic. As can be seen from the NER Program policy, positive results were obtainedfrom the implementation and implications of Government assistance through the program to MSMEs business actors in East Java Province. The program provides results that also meet the Maqashid Sharia standards stated by Jasser Auda. In addition, the policies carried out by the Government during the Pandemic were proven to be in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and Umar bin Khattab when facing the Pandemic in their time
Investigating E-Banking Service Quality in Islamic Banking: A Moderated Mediation Approach
Get PDFThe main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the quality of e-banking services and customer loyalty through e-satisfaction. It also aims to consider the role of self-efficacy as moderation from the perspective of internet banking and mobile banking in Islamic banking. This study employs WebQualTM and E-S-Qual as a measurement scale for e-banking service quality. In addition, the study also utilizes the moderated mediation approach to verifying the variables that influence customer loyalty in the context of Islamic banking e-platforms. Empirically, the findings show that self-efficacy, when operating as a moderator, has a considerable impact on the nexus between e-banking service quality and customer loyalty via e-satisfaction. This study also provides several theoretical contributions to the existing literature that underline the insight into loyalty, e-banking service quality, and customer psychological characteristics
Measuring Work Stress From Work-Life Balance and Workload During Covid-19 Pandemic
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze work stress from work-life balance and workload. The population that is used in this study are all employees at the Directorate General of Islamic Education (DGIE), Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (MORARI) with a sample of 212 employees. The method of determining the sample uses the probability sampling method with a simple random sampling approach. This study uses a type of research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire and then analyzed using PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload has a significant negative effect on work-life balance, work-life support has a significant and negative effect on work stress. Worklife balance can mediate the relationship between workload and work stress

The independent variables in this study are market orientation, customer orientation, and the dependent variable is marketing performance. Based on the results of the study, it shows that market orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance, while customer orientation does not have a direct effect on marketing performance in the convection business in the city of Palembang

Get PDFAdapun tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengkaji peran MDSK dalam meyelesaikan sengeketa yang timbul dalam masyarakat dan hambatan serta solusi terhadap MDSK dalam meyelesaiakan sengekta yang timbul dalam masyarakat. Penggunaan metode penelitian ini ialah yuridis empiris dimana kentuan hukum yang berlaku dikaitkan dengan realita yang terjadi didalam masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran MDSK merupakan bagian dari lembaga adat yang melaksanakan peradilan adat dengan tugas menyelesaikan permasalahan perselisihan dalam masyarakat bersama pemangku Adat. Hambatan MSDK dalam menyelesaikan sengketa ialah tidak jelasnya rujukan dasar hukum terhadap tugas MDSK dengan kendala dalam pelaksanaan lapangan seperti tidak adanya kurang kesepemahaman antara MDSK dan Pemangku Adat, rangkap jabatan dari anggota MDSK, sengketa yang terjadi menjadi indusrti uang dan kurang harmonisnya hubungan antara Pemerintah Kampung dengan MDSK. Solusi terhadap MDSK yakni memperkuat koordinasi kesepahaman antara MDSK dengan pemangku adat, melakuakan sosialisasi atau desemilasi kepada masyarakat tentang penyelesaian sengketa tingkat kampung, pelatihan terhadap MDSK dalam menyelesaiakan sengketa dan memperbaiki hubungan MDSK dan Pemerintah Kampung.

This Field Research site is RA Banat Kudus. Qualitative Method was adopted to analyze research data. Physical Education Learning Problematics In Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
No full textThere are still many problems in physical education learning process in private madrasah ibtidaiyah. The aim of this research is to examine the main factors of physical education learning problems in private madrasah ibtidaiyah in Central Java. The research was conducted qualitatively and used a phenomenology approach. The main data were generated through in-depth interview. Source triangulation was used in the data analysis process. Data validity was checked through transferability, dependability, and confirmability checking process. The results show that the problems were related to availability of professional teacher, financing, physical education pre-service teacher’s motivation, and availability of supporting learning facilities and infrastructures. We may conclude that availability of professional teacher is the main factor of physical education learning process in private madrasah ibtidaiyah, besides financing, pre-service teacher’s interest, and facilities and infrastructures factors
