Analisis Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam Mewujudkan Hukum Wakaf Tanah Berbasis Keadilan
Get PDFTanah merupakan harta berharga yang dapat dimanfaatkan melalui wakaf untuk kepentingan individu, sosial, dan agama. Di Indonesia, praktik wakaf tanah sering menghadapi masalah hukum karena kurangnya perlindungan hukum sebab sifat hartanya yang abadi dan berharga serta dapat dimanfaatkan di masyarakat, sehingga pelaksanaannya belum berbasis keadilan. Melalui penelitian ini, dianalisis bagaimana kaitan kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dengan hukum wakaf tanah supaya dapat ditegakkan secara adil di masyarakat. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penetapan kebijakan pemerintah dalam bentuk perundang-undangan, yang digunakan sebagai landasan/pedoman dalam berwakaf tanah. Manfaat penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai ide dasar pemerintah dalam mewujudkan hukum yang berkeadilan. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian library research dan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini memerlukan data sekunder untuk pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah mengenai hukum wakaf tanah bertujuan memberikan kepastian hukum, mengharmonisasikan hukum negara dan agama, serta menyelesaikan sengketa wakaf. Kebijakan ini meliputi regulasi wakaf yang dinamis, sesuai dengan tuntutan dan transformasi hukum Islam ke dalam sistem hukum nasional, untuk mewujudkan penegakan hukum yang adil
The Development of Booklet about Making TPACK-Oriented Learning Videos Integrated with Islamic Science and 21st Century Learning
Get PDF21st century learning is a paradigm in strengthening educational process. The making of learning video takes a big role in digital technology development in this era. The purpose of this research is to develop a learning video booklet which is integrated with Islamic science and 21st century learning. The method used in this research was 4D type development (Define, Design, Develop and Dissemination) with technical analysis of expert validation testing using Aiken’s V criteria and questionnaires for respondents. The content of the booklet is the form of 21st century science learning, Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK), the integration of science and Islamic science, the making of learning video, micro learning video and inquiry learning video. The booklet has gone through a validation process from various experts, was declared to meet the standards validity and has through the dissemination stage to students with response of very feasible. The booklet can be used as a guide in making learning videos because it has an explanation of the technology used and the provisions recommended in making learning videos
Development of Teaching Materials Oriented to Numeracy Literacy and Socio-Cultural Literacy for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Get PDFIn this modern era, although technology has brought significant changes to education, there remains a gap in the implementation of numeracy and socio-cultural literacy in Madrasahs in Indonesia, contributing to students' low numeracy literacy skills. The government has introduced the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment Program (AKMI), but challenges in developing innovative and needs-based teaching materials persist. Therefore, new strategies are needed to enhance students' literacy in diverse contexts, such as numeracy literacy-oriented teaching materials. This study aims to develop teaching materials oriented towards numeracy and socio-cultural literacy for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research instruments included expert validation sheets to evaluate the feasibility of the teaching materials and questionnaires to assess the product's attractiveness from students' perspectives. The feasibility of the teaching materials was evaluated by three groups of experts: material, media, and socio-cultural specialists. The validation results showed average scores of 3.59 for the material aspect, 3.46 for the media aspect, and 3.48 for the socio-cultural aspect on a 4-point scale, indicating that the teaching materials met the feasibility criteria. Meanwhile, the attractiveness of the teaching materials was assessed based on student responses through questionnaires involving two trial groups: a small group of 10 students with an average attractiveness score of 3.59 and a larger group of 20 students with an average attractiveness score of 3.62. The results of the study indicate that the developed teaching materials are feasible to use based on expert validation and are considered attractive by students. Thus, the development of these teaching materials is expected to contribute positively to the learning process in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Di era modern ini, meskipun teknologi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pendidikan, masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam penerapan literasi numerasi dan sosial budaya di Madrasah di Indonesia, yang berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa. Upaya pemerintah melalui Program Asesemen Kompetensi Madrasah Indonesia (AKMI) telah dilakukan, tetapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang inovatif dan sesuai kebutuhan tetap ada. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi baru untuk meningkatkan literasi siswa dalam konteks yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar yang berorientasi pada literasi numerasi dan sosial budaya untuk Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, Evaluasi). Instrumen penelitian mencakup lembar validasi ahli untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan bahan ajar dan angket untuk menilai tingkat kemenarikan produk dari sudut pandang mahasiswa. Kelayakan bahan ajar dievaluasi oleh tiga kelompok ahli, yaitu ahli materi, media, dan sosial budaya. Hasil validasi menunjukkan rata-rata skor 3,59 untuk aspek materi, 3,46 untuk aspek media, dan 3,48 untuk aspek sosial budaya pada skala 4, yang menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar memenuhi kriteria kelayakan (kategori”layak”). Sementara itu, kemenarikan bahan ajar dinilai berdasarkan respons mahasiswa melalui angket. Penilaian dilakukan oleh dua kelompok uji coba: kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa dengan rata-rata penilaian kemenarikan 3,59 dan kelompok besar yang terdiri dari 20 mahasiswa dengan rata-rata penilaian kemenarikan 3,62. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak digunakan berdasarkan validasi para ahli dan dinilai menarik oleh mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, pengembangan bahan ajar ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap proses pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Configuration of the Values of Al-Qur’an, Pancasila, and Mathematics: Critical Study of Integration-Based Analysis in Indonesia

The data used in this paper is in the form of sentences, phrases and discourses containing the judgments contained in the book. The source of data from this study is the assessment of linguistic tests. The assessment on buku al-Qiroah al-Rosyidah only includes reading texts and memorization mastery, so it is necessary to innovate the assessment of the book based on language tests. The results of this study include maharah qiroah assessment techniques and the form of assessment contained in the book. PERAWI MUDALLIS DALAM SHAHIH BUKHARI: Studi al-Jarh wa al-Ta’dil pada ‘Umar bin ‘Ali bin ‘Atha’ bin Muqaddam
No full text‘Umar bin ‘Ali bin ‘Athā` bin Muqaddam merupakan seorang rawi yang dipandang telah melakukan tadlīs yang berat dalam meriwayat hadis-hadisnya oleh ulama Jarh ta’dil. Namun, riwayatnya masih dimasukan oleh Imam Bukhārī yang dikenal sangat selektif memasukan riwayat seorang rawi kedalam kitab Shahīh-nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas seorang rawi yang dipandang daif oleh para ulama, dan menemukan alasan dimasukannya riwayat rawi tersebut dalam kitab Shahīh Bukhārī disertai dengan kehujjahan hadis-hadisnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah historis dan deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penerapan ilmu Jarh ta’dil, dengan melewati tahapan orientasi, eksplorasi, dan analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Umar bin ‘Ali dipandang sebagai seorang rawi yang berada pada tingkatan ta’dil ketiga dan Jarh kedua. Adapun ketadlīsannya, beliau dikelompokkan kedalam tingkatan tadlīs keempat, yang ditolak oleh para ulama untuk dijadikan hujjah kecuali jika diriwayatkan dengan sigat sima’. Didalam Shahīh Bukhārī ditemukan terdapat lima haris yang beliau riwayatkan dan semuanya bisa diterima diterima dikarenakan; pertama, hadis-hadisnya diriwayatkan dengan menggunakan lafaz sima’ yang jelas. Kedua, riwayatnya hanya sebagai tābi’ dan bukan menjadi hadis pokok; ketiga, terdapat tabi’ yang memperkuat riwayatnya dan keempat hanya merupakan hadis mauqūf.[Mudallis Narrators in Shahih Bukhari: Study of al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil on 'Umar bin 'Ali bin 'Atha' bin Muqaddam. 'Umar bin 'Ali bin' Athā` bin Muqaddam is a narrator who is considered to have done tadlīs heavy in narrating his hadiths by the scholars of Jarh ta'dil. However, his narration was still included by Imam Bukhārī who was known to be very selective in inserting the narration of a narrator into his Shahīh. This study aims to determine the quality of a narrator who is considered weak by the scholars, and find the reason for the inclusion of the narrator's narration in the book of Shahīh Bukhārī is accompanied by the argumentation of his hadiths. The method used in this study is historical and descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. This research is focused on the application of the science of Jarh ta'dil, by going through the stages of orientation, exploration, and analysis. The results show that Umar bin 'Ali is seen as a narrator who is at the level of the ta'dil thirdand the Jarh second. As fortadlīshis, he is grouped into thelevel of tadlīs fourth, which is rejected by the scholars to be used as an argument unless it is narrated with sigat sima '. InShahīh Bukhārī found that there were five haris that he narrated and all of them were acceptable because of them; firstly, the hadiths are narrated usingword sima ' the clear; secondly, the narration is only as tābi' and not the main hadith; thirdly, there is a tabi ' which strengthens the narration; and Fourthly, it is only a hadith mauqūf.

Perspective is a certain point of view, way of thinking, and attitude about something, the ability to understand or interpret a comprehensive phenomenon in a way that makes sense, in this study, namely the implementation of inclusive education services for children with special needs. This study aims to find out teachers' perspectives on the implementation of inclusive education services for children with disabilities in various parts of Indonesia. The research method used was a systematic literature review using articles obtained online from three databases, namely google scholar, science direct, and Garuda portal with a limit of publishing the last five years. Six articles met the criteria and the results of this systematic literature review showed that in general, teachers' perspectives are positive toward the implementation of inclusive education for children with disabilities, however, it has not been maximized because there are not many adequate human resources so it is necessary to increase the capacity of educators to improve the quality of inclusive education in Indonesia.Keywords: Teachers' Perspectives, Inclusive Education, Special Need

The aim of the research is to analyze the implementation of post-pandemic covid 19 guidance and counseling services in senior high schools, vocational schools and Islamic high schools. The research method uses a quantitative survey method approach. The research subjects were 72 high school students. Random sampling technique. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire which totaled 29 questions packaged in a google form. The questionnaire was tested for legibility and validity with the acquisition of an r count of 0.635 > R table0.2126. Data analysis using percentages. The results of the study found that the implementation of post-Covid 19 Guidance and Counseling services was utilized by students through guidance and counseling teachers. However, problem solving is only felt by some students because solutions are still in the form of advice and punishment, the majority of services are carried out online using whatshap and zoom/google meet and are focused on responsive services, namely individual counseling and group guidance, the field of tutoring is more dominantly carried out, so it becomes a record for Vocational High School teachers to provide more career guidance. Resilience of Broken Home Children in Building Self-Efficacy among Middle School Students

The fact is that not all children from broken homes are able to be resilient in building self-efficacy. The problem in this research is how resilient children from broken homes are in building self-efficacy? This research aims to determine the resilience of children from broken home family backgrounds in an effort to build self-efficacy. This type of research is qualitative phenomenological research. The research subjects were children under the age of 18 who experienced broken home conditions with a background of children from broken homes with families that were still intact but not harmonious, children from broken homes with the death of one parent, and children from broken homes with divorced parents. The results of the research showed that the three children who experienced broken home conditions had resilience in an effort to build self-efficacy. Although one of the children whose parents died had differences in the aspect of self-efficacy which was only moderate.Keywords: Resilience, Broken Home, Self Efficac
Development and validation of an instrument to access elementary school preservice teachers’ understanding towards STEM education
No full textThe instrument could be an important tool to measure the current situation of preservice teachers’ understanding of STEM education at the elementary school level. The study aimed to develop and validation of the scale of instrument test of elementary school preservice teachers’ understanding of integrated STEM. The scale of the instrument was developed based on the items results of theoretical background review and the experts’ suggestions with the total number of participants in this study is 124 Indonesian elementary school preservice teachers’ understanding from the university at the central regions of Indonesia were voluntarily selected to fill out the test. The primary component analysis generated by the components and sub-components of each item could be measured by the Cronbach’s alpha of .940 value and the finding indicated that the scale is valid and reliable to interpretation as a vehicle for evaluating the elementary school preservice teachers’ understanding of STEM education. The implication of this study was about the possibility to implementation STEM into the classroom which is related to improve 21st century skills
