Optimizing the Career Studies of Sharia Accounting Students in Madura with a SWOT Analysis Approach

The approach utilizedqualitative research through interview and observation techniques, employing a SWOTanalysis provides a comprehensive framework to identify internal and external factorsaffecting students' career potential. Therefore, numerous suggestions are made. First,universities and graduates must make concerted efforts to educate and socializecompanies and agencies about the exceptional quality of sharia accounting graduates.Secondly, the government must promote the expansion of the Sharia finance industry byimplementing regulations and policies, thereby creating new employment opportunitiesfor Sharia accounting graduates. Third, the government must promote the expansion ofthe Sharia finance industry through policies and regulations. Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at Grand Hotel Bayu Hill in The Review of The Grant Agreement
Get PDFThis article aims to analyze the practice or implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Grand Bayu Hill Hotel in Bebesen District, Central Aceh Regency. To obtain data, the author used a qualitative method, where the main source was obtained from interviews and observations between the author and the company (stakeholders). Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from reading sources such as books, journals and other sources related to this research topic. The research results show that; first, regarding the forms of distribution of funds for the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Grand Hotel Bayu Hill. Second, regarding supervision of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Grand Hotel Bayu Hill, it has not been fully maximized, in fact there is no supervision from the central or regional government regarding CSR, whereas social and environmental responsibility (TJSL) has been regulated based on article 74 paragraph (4) of Law 40 /2007 is imperative, that is, it is only regulated by Government Regulation, in other words, CSR is under the auspices of the government. Third, in reviewing the grant contract, according to Islamic law and the opinion of the Ulama, CSR implementation practices at the Grand Hotel Bayu Hill are still not optimal when viewed from the terms and conditions of the grant. The defect lies in the gift giver and the shigat (promise of qabul) when giving goods/money to be gifted to the recipient of the gift

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka atau library research dengan mendeskripsikan pemikiran Jamaluddin al-Afghani yang kemudian dicari titik temunya dengan pemikiran moderat di Indonesia. Rujukan utama karya Jamaluddin al-Afghani yang didalami adalah Hakikati Madhhabi Naychari wa Bayani Hali Naychariyan. Dalam penelitian ini, pemikiran politik Jamaluddin Al-Afghani yakni Siyasah Dauliyyah atau politik hubungan internasional dianalisis secara mendalam. Setelah dianalisis, ditemukan relevansi pemikiran Siyasah Dauliyyah Al-Afghani dengan gagasan nasionalisme oleh pemikir dan pejuang Islam di Indonesia yaitu KH. Hasyim Asy’ari dengan gagasan Hubbul Wathon Minal Iman. Hasyim Asy’ari bagi keberaagamaan masyarakat Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskrptif. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara kepada pimpinan, pengurus, santri serta alumni Pondok Pesatren Al Hikmah. Hasilnya adalah nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang diwarisi oleh K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari mengenai konsep tasamuh, tawasuth, tamazun sangat membantu dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari hari. Pemikiran moderasi beragama K.H Hasyim Asy'ari hingga saat ini masih sangat relevan untuk dijadikan pedoman masyarakat Bandar Lampung yang hidup ditengah keberagamaan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah Moderasi beragama penting dalam mencegah sikap intoleran yang sering kali muncul akibat pemahaman agama yang sempit dan fanatik. Rekomendasi pada penelitian berikutnya adalah menggali bagaimana prinsip moderasi beragama K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari dapat diadaptasi dalam konteks media sosial dan komunikasi digital serta implikasinya terhadap kehidupan publik
ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING PROGRAM BASED ON ISLAMIC PERSONALITY VALUES FOR EARLY CHILDREN
No full textThis research aims to explain the implementation of an English language learning program based on Islamic personality at Islamic playgroups in Kudus and to know the obstacles in practicing the English language based on Islamic personality. This research uses qualitative research. Techniques in collecting data are done by interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is the program has been implemented according to the training curriculum at every stage. The trainers transfer their knowledge, practice English pronunciation, and give an example to the participants in using the right English language based on the Islamic personality. Then, the teachers practice the new English words based on Islamic personality in each playgroup. Through habituation, example, conditioning, and clarity of sanctions for violations of rules carried out professionally in a formal education environment based on Islamic values, children will be able to apply Islamic values in a pleasant atmosphere. The limited school time to practice pronunciation will cause children in Islamic playgroups to be less focused on practicing the English language based on Islamic personality. However, the efforts to overcome obstacles can be done with supportive non-verbal language by using thumbs up, applause, smile, handshake, and so on
Exploration of The Characteristics of Indonesian Final Semester Assessment Questions Using The Rasch Model
No full textThis research aims to describe the characteristics of final semester assessment items in Indonesian language subjects using the Rasch model. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research subjects were 36 students of class V MIN 1 East Belitung. The research data is in the form of answers to final Indonesian language semester assessment questions, totaling 30 multiple choice questions with four alternative answers. The results of this research indicate that the final semester assessment instrument for Indonesian Language for class V at MIN 1 East Belitung for the 2023/2024 academic year has met the criteria for a good test instrument based on the Rasch model approach. In addition, these results are proven by the large number of items that meet the fit criteria in the Rasch model, namely 77% of the items are fit and the remaining 23% are not fit and are also proven by the instrument reliability coefficients such as item reliability of 0.77, person reliability of 0.80 and alpha Cronbach's was 0.84. Items that are suitable are items number 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 19, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 , and 30 while the items that are not fit are 3, 6, 7, 11, 12, 19, and 23. Items that are not fit are not suitable for measuring students' abilities so the questions need to be revised or eliminated. Therefore, if it is forced to be used, the resulting information will be invalid. Strengthening teacher competence in developing test items needs to be improved through training/workshops. Thus, this research is limited to multiple choice questions, further research needs to analyze items in the description form or mixed multiple choice and description questions using the Rasch model approach
Integration of Religious Character in School Culture: An Investigation of Character Development Practices in Islamic Elementary School
No full textStrengthening religious character in schools is an effort to equip students with a solid moral and ethical awareness of religious values. School culture is vital in developing students' religious character through various constructive methods, approaches, programs, and activities. This research aims to explore the practice of strengthening religious character at MI Roudlotun Nasyi'in Singosari Malang, which focuses on (a) the role of teachers in strengthening students' religious character at school, (b) school culture in strengthening students' religious character, and (c) the challenges faced schools in strengthening religious character. The research found that teachers are school role models, designing valuable learning inspiring, and motivating students. Apart from that, it was found that school culture, which plays a role in strengthening religious character, includes the habit of performing dhuha prayers, reading the Asmaul Husna before learning, midday prayers in congregation, commemorating Islamic holidays, and reading and writing the Qur'an every day. The findings also show that the challenges schools face in strengthening religious character include student discipline in participating in school activities, student consistency in carrying out good habits, and control over the continuity of good practices at home. This research is helpful for educational institutions, practitioners, and anyone who pays attention to education as a reference in developing a positive culture in schools and material for reflection in determining strategic programs for developing student character in schools

Is Crisis Counseling Effective for Overcoming Divorce Psychological Trauma For Former Wife Couples ?

Prolonged psychological trauma will have a negative impact on ex-husbands and wives, including depression and even suicide. Therefore, professional treatment is needed to resolve psychological trauma problems for married couples after divorce. This research is a qualitative study that seeks to understand crisis counseling to overcome post-divorce psychological trauma for former husband and wife couples. The data collection technique uses structured interviews. The research involved 2 subjects who were former husband and wife couples. The research results showed that crisis counseling was able to encourage ex-husband and wife subjects to overcome psychological trauma, face the realities of life and take on a responsible role as parents towards biological children born previously
