Financing Risk Mitigation Strategy with Governance Approach, Local Wisdom, and Religiosity at Sharia Rural Bank (BPRS) of Riau
Get PDFThis study presents an innovative approach to financing risk mitigation strategies at BPRS in Riau by identifying causal factors, solutions, and strategies. Using a qualitative approach with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method involving regulators, practitioners, and academics to reveal the interconnection between internal and external factors, sociocultural dimensions, and religiosity affecting financing performance. The findings show that implementing good governance, community and local wisdom, and religious values in the customer selection process reduces financing risks and strengthens the relationship between Sharia Rural Bank (BPRS) and the community. The results of this study provide significant contributions to developing a more comprehensive and sustainable risk mitigation framework, policies, and practices for BPRS in Riau, inspire the application of similar principles in other Islamic financial institutions, and encourage regulators to develop regulations to support the development of BPRS
Preferensi Generasi Z untuk Berinvestasi pada Instrumen Surat Berharga Negara
Get PDFGovernment Securities are becoming an alternative for retail investors for investing in Indonesia. It matched the goals of government financing to expand the domestic financial market. On the other side, Indonesia has had a demographic bonus from its population that is dominated by the young generation, especially Generation Z (born in 1997-2012). It could be an opportunity for the government to broaden the domestic bond financial market using Gen-Z as a catalyst or potential investor. The government needs to collect information regarding their investing preferences, especially in government securities. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach to determine investment alternatives priority for Gen-Z. The research results show that the ORI has become the favorite for Gen-Z to invest in government securities. The government has to keep on intensifying financial literacy, investing awareness, and information through social media about government securities instruments to achieve the goals of domestic financial market growth
Practicing Religious Moderation among Muslims, Buddhists, and Hindus in North Lombok
Get PDFDiversity in recent times has its challenges, especially maintaining social harmony in the midst of potential religious conflicts. The practice of religious moderation is very important in fostering tolerance and peace between religions. This article aims to explore and implement the practice of religious moderation among the Muslim, Buddhist and Hindu communities in Juara Timur Village, North Lombok, Indonesia, with a focus on Pujawali rituals as a case study. This article uses qualitative methods to present field data, by conducting observations, then in-depth interviews with informants related to values and norms in religious moderation practices, and conducting documentation. The findings of this study show that community adherence to local traditions and mutual respect for different religious practices can make a significant contribution to maintaining social cohesion. The practice of Pujawali Ritual is an example of how interfaith interaction based on local wisdom and cultural practices can increase social solidarity and religious comfort and security to date. This study contributes to the importance of values and norms in the practice of religious moderation to realize peace and prevent social conflicts and can be used as a role model in various regions in Indonesia

No full textThe study of the history of texts is something that is rarely researched in anything other than what relates to the abrogated, even though many commentators of the hadith have placed this study in other areas, so it is worth examining also in a field other than what relates to the abrogated. Indeed, Sheikh Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani wrote this study in relation to criticizing the statements that Al-Bukhari mentioned in his book, where Al-Asqalani commented on what Al-Bukhari concluded regarding the rulings and others. This study aims to reveal the study of criticism of the tex of hadith with tarikh al-mutun approach conducted by Syekh Ibnu Hajar in the Fath al-Bari Syarh Sahih al-Bukhari. This research using qualitative method, descriptive-analysis and historical philosophical approach founds that tarikh al-mutun can be traced with awwalu ma kadza, qabla, ba’da, and words with nuances of time such as sanata and ‘ama. Syekh Ibnu Hajar uses tarikh al-mutun to trace the real age of ‘Aishah r.a. in the case of the game of the Habashah and its stuffed toys which some scholars claim are not yet mature. However, Ibnu Hajar found the opposite fact. The benefit of the research is to make tarikh al-mutun not only as nasakh-mansukh data, but also useful for critical matn studies as was done by Syekh Ibnu Hajar. This study has been scattered in the books of hadith commentators, such as Sharh al-Nawawi and others, so it must be researched in order to complete this ideal theory.[Kajian terhadap sejarah nash merupakan hal yang jarang diteliti pada hal lain selain yang berkaitan dengan yang haram, padahal banyak ahli tafsir hadis yang menempatkan kajian ini pada bidang lain, sehingga patut dikaji juga pada bidang selain apa. berhubungan dengan yang dibatalkan. Memang Syekh Ibnu Hajar Al-Asqalani menulis kajian ini dalam rangka mengkritisi pernyataan-pernyataan yang disebutkan Al-Bukhari dalam kitabnya, dimana Al-Asqalani mengomentari apa yang disimpulkan Al-Bukhari mengenai hukum-hukum dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kajian kritik teks hadis dengan pendekatan tarikh al-mutun yang dilakukan oleh Syekh Ibnu Hajar dalam Fath al-Bari Syarh Sahih al-Bukhari. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif, deskriptif-analisis dan pendekatan filosofis historis ini menemukan bahwa tarikh al-mutun dapat ditelusuri dengan awwalu ma kadza, qabla, ba’da, dan kata-kata yang bernuansa waktu seperti sanata dan ‘ama. Syekh Ibnu Hajar menggunakan tarikh al-mutun untuk menelusuri usia sebenarnya ‘Aishah r.a. dalam hal permainan Habashah dan boneka-bonekanya yang menurut sebagian ulama belum matang. Namun Ibnu Hajar menemukan fakta sebaliknya. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah menjadikan tarikh al-mutun tidak hanya sebagai data nasakh-mansukh saja, namun juga berguna untuk kajian matn kritis seperti yang dilakukan oleh Syekh Ibnu Hajar. Kajian ini telah tersebar di kitab-kitab para ahli tafsir hadis, seperti Syarh al-Nawawi dan lain-lain, sehingga harus diteliti guna melengkapi teori ideal tersebut]

No full textWestern modernity has turned humanity away from humanity itself. Western modernity has glorified rationality to the point of severing the connection between rationality and ethics. Humans, who are essentially ethical beings, are trapped in materialism that leads to colonialism. Departing from this phenomenon, Taha Abdurrahman was moved to reconceptualize modernity based on spiritual-ethics. So, this paper tries to articulate how his concept of modernity is able to answer the problem of humanitarian crisis. This paper is a library research using descriptive-analytic. The result of this research is that Taha Abdurrahman reconceptualizes western modernity into Islamic modernity that is close to spirituality-ethics. He criticizes Western modernism for favoring only rationalism. The new concept he offers is Islamic modernism which holds the principles of al-rusyd, al-naqdi and al-syumul. In addition, the concept of Islamic modernity initiated by Taha does not change or damage the local traditions that exist in each region because it is closely related to spirituality-ethics

No full textThe quality of students' compliance with Islamic boarding school regulations is closely related to moral decadence in the digital era. Students should be able to wisely manage between pleasure and regulations that must be fulfilled unconditionally. Therefore, the existence of social media detox regulations for students at the Annuqayah Lubtara Putri Islamic Boarding School is important to be studied further. This experimental research was conducted to test two main objectives, to test whether muhasabah therapy through inspirational stories is effective in increasing students' social media detox compliance, and to test whether there is a difference in scores between the experimental and control groups after the therapy process. The findings, first, the Paired Sample T-Test produced an output of 0.001 <0.05, so that the hypothesis that muhasabah therapy through inspirational stories can increase students' compliance is categorized as successful. Second, the level of significant Independent Sample t-Test, showed an output of 0.006 and 0.007 <0.05 so that the second hypothesis related to the effect of therapy was declared successful. Thus, muhasabah therapy using inspirational stories, has been proven to be able to improve the condition of respondents so that they can function more adaptively in everyday life

Teori ini dianggap memiliki banyak kekurangan di berbagai lini. Seperti terlalu menguntungkan pemilik modal atau negara-negara yang menjadi lokomotif. Teori ini berkembang ketika Amerika mengalami semacam kejatuhan ekonomi yang disebut sebagai the great depression. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan kembali apakah teori trickle down effect masih dipraktikan dan berdampak positif sebagi formulasi pembangunan di era modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dengan mengambil lokasi di Ponorogo dan Madiun. Peneliti juga menambahkan studi kepustakaan untuk menambah kekayaan data guna membuktikan praktik teori trickle down effect. Hasil yang didapat adalah bahwa teori trickle down effect masih diaplikasikan untuk pembangunan di era modern. Using Poetry as a Counseling Media to Overcome Adolescent Problems: Systematic Literature Review
No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keberhasilan penggunaan puisi sebagai media konseling dalam mengatasi permasalahan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematical literature review dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai artikel dari jurnal daring. Penulis mencari publikasi artikel jurnal dari tahun 2011 sampai 2021. Penulis menggunakan 9 artikel dari 23 artikel terkait. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa puisi bisa menjadi media konseling yang dapat mengurangi berbagai permasalahan remaja antara lain kurangnya kepercayaan diri, rendahnya harga diri, depresi, stres bahkan kecemasan. Dari 9 artikel yang dikumpulkan, dibuktikan bahwa media puisi cukup efektif dalam mengurangi permasalahan remaja dilihat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilaksanakan oleh para peneliti.Using Poetry as a Counseling Media to Overcome Adolescent Problems: Systematic Literature Review. The purpose of this study was to discover how successfully use poetry as a counseling medium to overcome adolescents’ problems. This study used a systematic literature review as a method of data collection from various online journal article sites. The authors searched publications of journal articles from 2011 to 2021 and used 9 of 23 related articles. The results of this study discovered that poetry could be a medium of counseling to reduce various adolescents’ problems, namely lack of confidence, low self-esteem, depression, stress, and even anxiety. From the 9 articles collected, it has been proved that poetry is quite effective in reducing adolescents’ problems seen from pre-test and post-test results conducted by the researchers. It is recommended for future researchers to replace or expand research variables in order to obtain more adequate references and samples.Keywords: Poetry, Counseling Media, Adolescent Problems, Systematic Literature Revie

No full textThis study aims to analyze flipped classrooms in online learning in improving to improve Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) skills. The application of the Flipped Classroom strategy can provide a number of advantages for teachers and students. Where it is very helpful in online learning. CPS skills include 21st century skills that are influential in the field of life. CPS is complex in nature involving cognitive and social abilities. The benefits expected from this research are to become an alternative teaching and learning activity during online learning. This research method is a literature review through a literature study with a qualitative approach. The data obtained is identified and analyzed to become a meaningful knowledge. The results of the study show that the role of technology in flipped classroom learning provides an overview of the quality of learning using technology. Flipped classrooms provide opportunities for collaboration and interaction that are beneficial in mastering collaborative problem solving skills. The conclusion in this study is that flipped classrooms in online learning can improve students' collaborative problem solving skills
THE PERSPECTIVE OF LIVING HADITH ON WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP IN FATAYAT OF NAHDATUL ULAMA
No full textIslam considers that women and men are the two foundations of society where they have the same role in creating, forming, regulating and utilizing society. Islam has also given various rights, honors and obligations to women in accordance with their honor and dignity as creatures who are responsible before Allah, both towards themselves, their families, society and the state. If Allah had given women the rights and responsibilities, namely to be “human” as servants of Allah, there would be no reason for men to feel superior to the female gender. Men and women are both creatures of Allah who will be held accountable in the afterlife for the rest of their lives. Women’s empowerment and gender issues are very interesting to discuss at the moment. This research discusses the Living Hadith perspective on women’s leadership in the Fatayat Nahdatul Ulama organization in Jobang District, Jember Regency in 2022. This non-formal institution operating in the religious, social and educational fields is phenomenal and has become a trend in society. One of the problems that arises among women’s empowerment activists is their form of involvement in the public sphere which causes controversy. The aim of this research is to explain: what, why and how the Living Hadist perspective on women’s leadership at the Nahdatul Ulama fatayat in Jombang sub-district - Jember district. This research will be studied in more depth by collecting information from various sources; books, internet, social media, and articles. Descriptive qualitative methods were used to analyze the collected data. The results of this research provide enlightenment that women’s leadership from the Living Hadith perspective can explain a new understanding that there is a Watasiyah Principle in the context of women’s Islamic organizational leadership.[Islam memandang bahwa perempuan dan laki-laki merupakan dua landasan masyarakat dimana keduanya mempunyai peranan yang sama dalam menciptakan, membentuk, mengatur dan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat. Islam juga telah memberikan berbagai hak, kehormatan dan kewajiban kepada perempuan sesuai dengan kehormatan dan martabatnya sebagai makhluk yang bertanggung jawab di hadapan Allah, baik terhadap dirinya sendiri, keluarganya, masyarakat dan negara. Seandainya Allah telah memberikan hak dan tanggung jawab kepada perempuan, yaitu menjadi “manusia” sebagai hamba Allah, maka tidak ada alasan bagi laki-laki untuk merasa lebih superior dibandingkan perempuan. Laki-laki dan perempuan sama-sama makhluk Allah yang akan dimintai pertanggung jawaban di akhirat seumur hidupnya. Isu pemberdayaan perempuan dan gender sangat menarik untuk dibahas saat ini. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perspektif Living Hadis tentang kepemimpinan perempuan pada organisasi Fatayat Nahdatul Ulama di Kecamatan Jobang Kabupaten Jember Tahun 2022. Lembaga nonformal yang bergerak di bidang keagamaan, sosial, dan pendidikan ini sangat fenomenal dan menjadi tren di masyarakat. Salah satu permasalahan yang muncul di kalangan aktivis pemberdayaan perempuan adalah bentuk keterlibatannya di ranah publik yang menimbulkan kontroversi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan: apa, mengapa dan bagaimana perspektif Living Hadist terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan pada fatayat Nahdatul Ulama Kecamatan Jombang – Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini akan dikaji lebih mendalam dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber; buku, internet, media sosial, dan artikel. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pencerahan bahwa kepemimpinan perempuan dalam perspektif Living Hadis dapat menjelaskan pemahaman baru bahwa terdapat Prinsip Watasiyah dalam konteks kepemimpinan organisasi Islam perempuan].
