Increasing Student Capacity Through Online ‘Education And Training’ Of Collaboration Of Thematic In Disaster Risk Reduction
No full textThe COVID-19 pandemic has changed our activities in all sectors, especially education. The policy of physical distancing forced the Government to implement an online learning system from home (daring), one of the learning methods that utilizes technology. There was a slight increase in student capacity after participating in a collaborative online guest lecture on disaster management, a subject of the Study Program of Islamic Community Development, IAIN Kudus, by inviting practitioners from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) to one meeting. In line with the curriculum of independent study on an independent campus, Guest lectures can realize the optimum result in increasing student capacity in disaster risk reduction through technology, which “Education and Training” can learn through online thematic collaboration. This research aims to determine students' increasing capacity in disaster risk reduction through it. It targeted 30 students of the study program of Islamic community development, IAIN Kudus, who have or are studying disaster management subject. For three days (6JPL), the lecture used application technology like Zoom and Quizizz application. This research used a quantitative approach with a T-test (comparing pretest and posttest scores on knowledge) using SPSS v26. The study results have a higher mean value for the posttest (73.20) than the pretest (34.06). The mean paired samples test result was -39.14, with a significant value of p <0.01. It shows an essential difference before and after online education and training in collaboration. On the other hand, it means to increase students' capacity for disaster risk reduction

This research aims to determine the contribution of the TikTok in improving student career planning and creating digital culture as a forum for Career Development Exploration (EK), to find out the results of material expert validation tests and the results of media expert tests on career development exploration through TikTok in improving planning final semester student career at PGRI Arghopuro University Jember. This research uses a type of research and development or what is known as R&D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model up to stage 5. Technique Data collection is in the form of an assessment sheet. Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the results The BK material expert's assessment of the exploration of career development through TikTok in improving career planning received a score of 85 with the "Very Good" criteria, the results of the TikTok media expert's assessment obtained a score of 90 with the "Very Good" criteria. So it is known that the final average score is 87.50 with the criteria "Very Good". Thus, based on the assessments of the two experts above, exploring career development through TikTok is declared feasible to implement.Keywords: Career development; TikTok; Career Plannin
Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Melalui Magang bagi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di Perguruan Tinggi
Get PDFArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dan model pembelajaran di luar kampus, dan pelaksanaan Program Magang bagi mahasiswa Program Studi PBA di Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berjenis studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Implementasi kurikulum MBKM di Prodi PBA dilakukan dengan mendesain kurikulum, mengorganisasikan matakuliah dengan struktur kurikulum yang disesuaikan dengan kebijakan MBKM Kemendikbud, dan menetapkan alur pelaksanaan Kurikulum MBKM; (2) Terdapat 2 model pembelajaran di luar Kampus bagi mahasiswa Prodi PBA, yaitu model pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemendikbud, dan model kegiatan merdeka belajar yang diselenggarakan oleh PT secara mandiri. Adapun implementasi program magang di Prodi S1 PBA dilakukan dengan menawarkan dua pilihan, yaitu Program Magang Bersertifikat dari Kemendikbud, dan Program Magang dari PT bekerjasama dengan mitra IDUKA yang relevan dengan prodi PBA guna mendukung minat/keahlian dan profesi sebagai pendidik bahasa Arab
Nutritional of at-Talbinah in Depression’s Management: Analysis from the Classic and Contemporary Muslim Scholars
Get PDFDepression is a common mental disorder that affects various aspects of life. The increasing prevalence of depression has led to excessive use of medication, which can have negative impacts on the body. Islam emphasizes the significance of Sunnah food, which is scientifically proven to be a natural and harmless remedy for the body. The objective of this article is to examine the nutritional benefits of at-talbinah and to highlight the importance of using diet to manage depression, thereby reducing the use, cost, and side effects of antidepressant medications. The significance of this qualitative study necessitated the systematic collection of comprehensive and detailed data from the six canonical books of hadith, significant books of interpretations, and scientific findings. The study discovered that regular intake of at-talbinah positively impacts mood and depression, as it can rejuvenate and strengthen the heart, as stated in hadiths. This effect is attributed to substances in at-talbinah that can control blood pressure, preventing feelings of depression. Studies concluded that the chemical elements in at-talbinah positively affect the connection between nerve cells, which helps relieve sadness and elevate a sense of satisfaction, relief, and happiness, as mentioned in the hadiths
The Educational Ontology of Traditional Pesantren: Exploring the Essential of Education in Pesantren Al-Maqbul

This qualitative research focuses on the mechanisms of community interaction in Pesantren Al-Maqbul. To get the data, the collection techniques employed were through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study resulted in findings that (1) The reason Pesantren Al-Maqbul still insists on maintaining the traditional education system cannot be separated from the educational philosophy ontology; (2) The influence of the ontology foundation of the educational philosophy of the Pesantren Al-Maqbul on its educational goals can be identified from the tendency of monism, which places Allah's revelation in the form of the Qur'an and Hadith as the only authoritative source of knowledge; (3) According to the view of Pesantren Al-Maqbul, knowledge about God, humans, and the universe is obtained from an in-depth reading of the Qur'an and Hadith

No full textThis study aims to examine the phenomenon of the Ratib Tolak Bala ritual in the Naqayabandiyah Khalidiyah Tariqah in Besilam Village, Babussalam, Langkat, North Sumatra. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects include community leaders, traditional figures, and religious figures. Data collection was done directly from primary sources through observation and interviews. The results show that the Ratib Tolak Bala ritual is a series of dhikr activities performed by a group of people after the Isha prayer, usually at night, collectively along the roads of Besilam Village. Its purpose is to repel and reject disasters and threats, solely as a form of seeking protection and safety from Allah SWT. The Ratib Tolak Bala ritual has three elements of value: cultural preservation, spiritual value, and social cohesion

No full textDevelopment of Learner Learning Outcomes in Islamic Education Learning by Implementing Diagnostic Evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning with diagnostic evaluation at Walisongo Vocational High School Rembang.The lack of motivation for students' learning enthusiasm is a problem that deserves to be found a solution so that in learning students obtain learning outcomes as expected and can apply the knowledge gained to be applied in everyday life as it should.This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview data collection techniques, participant observation, and documentation.The results showed that the development of the application of diagnostic evaluation was carried out by going through the first process of identifying students with learning difficulties, secondly localizing their learning difficulties, thirdly determining the factors causing their learning difficulties, fourthly estimating alternative assistance, fifthly determining possible ways to overcome them, and sixthly carrying out follow-up.Student learning outcomes have increased, seen from daily scores, midterm assessments, and final semester exams.Some of the obstacles encountered in PAI learning with the implementation of diagnostic evaluation include: facilities and infrastructure that are still not optimally adequate, the lack of interest, motivation, and learning readiness of students, awareness and attention of parents in supervising learning, innovative educators in delivering lessons and stillminimally interactive.The solution is to complete facilities and infrastructure, provide training to educators, complete literacy facilities, manage activities and time, and implement learning management.Implementation of diagnostic evaluation can provide changes to student learning outcomes. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengembangan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam dengan evaluasi diagnostik di SMK Walisongo Rembang. Minimnya motivasi semangat belajar peserta didik menjadi persoalan yang patut untuk ditemukan solusinya supaya dalam belajar peserta didik memperoleh hasil belajar sesuai harapan dan bisa menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan yang didapat untuk diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagaimana mestinya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan penerapan evaluasi diagnostik dilakukan dengan melalui proses pertama melaksankan pengidentifikasian kepada peserta didik terhadap kesulitan belajranya, kedua melokalisasikan kesulitan belajarnya, ketiga menentukan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajarnya, keempat memperkirakan alternatif bantuan, kelima menetapkan kemungkinan cara mengatasinya, dan keenam melakukan tindak lanjut. Hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan, dilihat dari nilai harian, penilaian tengah semester, dan ujian akhir semester. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran PAI dengan penerapan evaluasi diagnostic di antaranya: sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum memadai secara maksimal, minimnya minat, motivasi, dan kesiapan belajar peserta didik, kesadaran dan perhatian orang tua dalam mengawasi belajar, inovatif pendidik dalam menyampaikan pelajaran dan masih minim interaktif. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, memberikan pelatihan kepada pendidik, melengkapi fasilitas literasi, pengelolaan kegiatan dan waktu, serta melaksanakan manajemen pembelajaran. Implementasi evaluasi diagnostik dapat memberikan perubahan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
The Effect of Sharia Monetary Instruments on the Profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2019-2023
No full textThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of Sharia Interbank Money Market (PUAS), Sharia Bank Indonesia Facility (FASBIS), and Sukuk Bank Indonesia (SukBI) on Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks. This research uses a quantitative deductive approach using EViews 10 test tools and VAR / VECM techniques. This study uses secondary data with time series data from January 2019 to November 2023. The dependent variable in this analysis is ROA, while the independent variables are SukBI, FASBIS, and PUAS. Based on the research findings, over time, the SukBI variable significantly reduces the return on assets (ROA) of Indonesian ShariaCommercial Banks; on the contrary, the FASBIS variable has no significant effect on ROA, and the PUAS variable has no significant effect on ROA. The SukBI and FASBIS factors did not have a significant short-term impact on the ROA of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks. Meanwhile, the ROA of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks is significantly negatively affected by PUAS
Islamic Financial Management Behavior Mediates Sharia Financial Literacy and Investment Behavior
No full textThe main objective of this research is to contribute to the literature by focusing on the relationship between Islamic financial literacy and investment behavior while identifying the mediating effect of Islamic financial management behavior among millennial generations. This study adopts a quantitative research design. Data for this research were obtained through the distribution and completion of questionnaires by millennials in South Sulawesi. The questionnaire distribution took place over a span of 3 months (September-October 2023). The population in this study consists of millennials in South Sulawesi, and the sampling technique employed is purposive sampling. SmartPLS version 4 is utilized as the data analysis tool. The results of the research show that Sharia financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial management behavior, Islamic financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect on investment behavior, Islamic financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between sharia financial literacy and investment behavior, and sharia financial literacy has no effect on investment behavior

Media massa khususnya televisi, memegang peran penting dalam menyampaikan informasi dan mempengaruhi opini publik. Brand atau merk televisi seringkali memiliki ekuitas yang positif. Pemasar pada stasiun televisi telah dapat mengkreasi pengetahuan terhadap merk. PR menjadi elemen penting dalam mengelola interaksi antara perusahaan dengan khalayaknya melalui beberapa strategi seperti publikasi, acara, berita, identitas perusahaan, keterlibatan khalayak, lobbying, dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data hasil dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompas TV menerapkan strategi PR dengan memanfaatkan berbagai platform media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan dan interaksi dengan khalayak. Selain itu, Kompas TV juga menjaga kualitas dan konsistensi dalam setiap konten yang disajikan supaya tetap akurat dan informatif, dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip jurnalisme yang ketat. Walaupun menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga citra perusahaan, Kompas TV tetap berpegang pada nilai-nilai integritas serta profesionalisme aspek operasionalnya. Dengan demikian, Kompas TV tidak hanya berhasil membangun pemasaran yang kuat, tetapi juga menjaga citra positifnya ditengah persaingan industri media yang kompetitif
