Analysis of Implementation the Good Nazir Governance (GNG) Index in Waqf Institutions
No full textThis study investigates the implementation of Good Nazir Governance (GNG) in Indonesian Waqf Institutions, utilizing the GNG Index as an assessment tool. Despite the considerable potential of waqf in Indonesia, governance practices remain relatively underdeveloped. While the GNG Index presents a novel instrument for evaluating waqf performance, prior research on its application has been limited. This research aims to fill this gap by examining the extent to which waqf institutions adhere to GNG principles. Employing a mixed methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collected through purposive sampling and a questionnaire, this study reveals that only 45 percent of the 20 sampled waqf institutions achieve a "compliant" rating on the GNG Index. These findings highlight the need for further efforts to enhance GNG practices in Indonesian waqf institutions

No full textThe aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Majalengka State High School students in verifying information on TikTok social media in order to avoid receiving and spreading false information which can harm many people. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Researchers conducted interviews and observations on 4 State High School students in Majalengka. The theory used is the information verification theory according to Mike Caulfield, namely The Four Moves, which means four movements to verify the source of information (Stop, Investigate the source, Find better coverage, Track the claim). Based on the research results, the information verification strategy used by students to avoid hoaxes is to first look closely at the account that is spreading the content. Next, see responses from other users in the comments column. Apart from that, compare with other sources or other social media to find the main source. The challenges experienced are laziness and the spread of information very quickly and a lot, making it difficult to verify

No full textAbstractThe communicative action reviewed using Jurgen Habermas' theory on public service innovation DPAD DIY Library Service Center aims to see the communicative actions taken when building innovations focused on aspects of communicative rationality and discourse ethics. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this study DPAD DIY Library Service Center in building service innovation also require communicative action in this study in terms of (a) communicative rationality (b) discourse ethics. Communication that occurs when implementing innovation must also be supported by strong commitments, attitudes and actions. DPAD DIY Library Service Center needs to develop appropriate means of communication, both through media and directly, It is also important to pay attention to direct communication. Although many things have been replaced by advances in technology and applications, direct communication creates an emotional connection. In carrying out communicative actions, the DPAD DIY Library Service Center has issued SOPs, but the ethics of discourse in communicative acts, especially regarding attitudes in communicating, need to be detailed in more detail.Keywords: Communicative Action; Library; Innovation; Public Service.AbstrakTindakan komunikatif yang ditinjau menggunakan teori jurgen habermas pada inovasi layanan publik Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY bertujuan untuk melihat tindakan komunikatif yang dilakukan saat membangun inovasi yang difokuskan pada aspek rasionalitas komunikatif dan etika diskursus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY dalam membangun inovasi layanan juga memerlukan tindakan komunikatif pada penelitian ini ditinjau dari (a) rasionalitas komunikatif (b) etika diskursus. Komunikasi yang terjadi pada saat penerapan inovasi juga harus didukung oleh komitmen, sikap dan tindakan yang kuat. Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY perlu mengembangkan sarana komunikasi yang tepat, baik melalui media maupun langsung, Penting juga untuk memperhatikan komunikasi langsung. Meskipun banyak hal telah digantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi dan aplikasi, komunikasi langsung menciptakan hubungan emosional. Dalam melakukan tindakan komunikatif, pihak Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY telah mengeluarkan SOP, namun etika diskursus dalam bertindak komunikatif, khususnya mengenai sikap dalam melakukan komunikasi, perlu dirinci lebih detail.Kata Kunci: Tindakan Komunikatif; Perpustakaan ; Inovasi; Layanan Publik.
TAKHRIJ AL-HADITH IN MU’JAM AL-KABIR: THE PROHIBITION OF OVEREATING IN ISLAM
No full textThis research is motivated by the fact that many Muslims are not aware of the urgency of studying the science of hadith and its implementation in life. Therefore, this study aims to examine a hadith related to the prohibition of excessive eating in the book Mu’jam al-Kabir by Imam at-Thabrani as one of the efforts in implementing the science of hadith. This study also aims to provide understanding to the Muslim community to avoid diseases that harm health due to overeating. The result of this research is that in the book Mu’jam al-Kabir, it is explained that the Prophet Muhammad likened people who overeat to unbelievers who are less grateful for the favor of Allah. On the contrary, it is said that a grateful believer will understand how to be right with Allah and not make material things the purpose of his life. Therefore, it can be seen the difference in attitudes and views between Believers and Infidels in receiving Allah’s favor. Using the methodology of takhrij hadith, it can be concluded that the hadith has the degree of shahih, there is no shadz, ‘illah, or defects in the hadith. All narrators of hadith have the nature of Thiqah so that the hadith can be accepted. [Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya umat Muslim yang kurang sadar akan urgensi mempelajari ilmu hadis serta implementasinya dalam kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji suatu hadis terkait larangan makan berlebihan dalam kitab Mu’jam al-Kabir karya Imam at-Thabrani sebagai salah satu upaya dalam implementasi ilmu hadis. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat Muslim agar terhindar dari penyakit yang merugikan kesehatan sebab makan berlebihan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam kitab Mu’jam al- Kabir dijelaskan bahwa Nabi Muhammad mengumpamakan orang yang makan berlebih layaknya orang kafir yang kurang bersyukur akan nikmat Allah. Sebaliknya, dikatakan bahwa orang Mukmin yang bersyukur akan mengerti bagaimana adab yang benar terhadap Allah dan tidak menjadikan materi sebagai tujuan dari hidupnya. Oleh karena itu, dapat dilihat perbedaan sikap dan pandangan antara orang Mukmin dan Kafir dalam menerima nikmat Allah. Dengan menggunakan metodologi takhrij hadis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hadis tersebut memiliki derajat shahih, tidak ada syadz, ‘illah, maupun kecacatan dalam hadis. Serta keseluruhan perawi hadis memiliki sifat Thiqah sehingga hadis tersebut dapat diterima.

No full textThis paper aims to determine the impact of breathing training on increasing spirituality in employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) North Sumatra Region. In general, individuals who work in offices or companies are often burdened with various targets that burden the mind and soul. Anxiety, instability and anxiety in work have an effect on an unstable respiratory system. As a result, a person experiences physical fatigue which also has a significant effect on his personal spiritual activities. The type of research in this study is a mix-method study and uses descriptive-narrative obtained from calculating scores on breathing training in 20 BSI employee respondents. The results, through breathing training with a method consisting of long breaths, smooth breaths and deep breaths, it was found that proper breathing can have an impact on strengthening spirituality as indicated by an increase in quantitative scores on spirituality measurements. Exploring the Sufistic Essence of the Tijaniyyah Tariqa in the Book Syarah Al-Mufid ‘Ala Al-Muniyatul Murid
No full textThe teachings of Tijaniyah Tariqa have distinctive characteristics and unique. The aim of this research is to describe the condition of the manuscript of Syarah al-Mufid ‘Ala al-Muniyatul Murid (SMAMM); identifying and elucidating the sufistic values contained within it, which are connected with the principles of the Tijaniyyyah Tariqa and the values upheld by it; and discussing the relevance of the content of the SMAMM manuscript in relation to the development of the Tijaniyyah Tariqa in the present time. The method employed is philological research with a semiotic approach. The importance findings indicate that the condition of the SMAMM manuscript is still in good and legible and the content of this manuscript encompasses the core values and principle of the Tijaniyyah Tariqa. The sufism values revealed in the SMAMM manuscript remain highly relevant for application in the lives of Muslims today

No full textEffectiveness of CBT Approach in Group Counseling to Reduce Anxiety in Completing Thesis in Final Year Students of UNIPAR Jember. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach in group counseling to reduce anxiety of final year students in completing their thesis at Universitas PGRI Argopuro (UNIPAR) Jember. Anxiety related to thesis is a common problem faced by final year students, which can hinder the academic process and completion of studies. CBT as a psychotherapy approach has been proven effective in overcoming various anxiety disorders. This study used an experimental design with pre-test and post-test methods to measure changes in students' anxiety levels before and after group counseling intervention using the CBT approach. The sample consisted of 48 final year students of UNIPAR Jember who were selected purposively, and the research procedure included providing group counseling sessions with CBT for several weeks. The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety levels after participating in CBT-based group counseling, which confirmed the effectiveness of this approach in helping students overcome anxiety related to thesis. This study contributes to the field of educational psychology by showing that the CBT approach in group counseling is effective in reducing anxiety of final year students in completing their thesis, so that it can be applied as an intervention strategy in academic environments.Keywords: Effectiveness, CBT Approach, Group Counseling, Anxiety, Completing Thesis, Student

This research aims to reveal religious counselors in overcoming religious problems in the Kudus community through consultation services. This research on religious instructors in overcoming religious problems in the Kudus community through consultation services was carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of field research with data collection techniques using Interview, Observation and Documentation techniques. The research subjects or informants in this research were religious instructors and the Kudus community. The results of the research show that the Optimization of Kudus Regency Religious Extension Consultation Services in the Development of the Islamic Community is carried out in the form of spiritual counseling to the assisted communities to help them overcome spiritual crises, moral conflicts, or questions about religious beliefs in the Kudus community. For further research, it is recommended to explore more deeply the various factors that influence the effectiveness of spiritual guidance, such as the counselor's educational background, the approach used, and institutional support.Keywords: Optimization, Consultation Services, Religious Counselors, Religious Problems, Kudus Societ
The Influence of Learning Interest and Self-Efficacy on the Learning Achievement of Class IX Students at SMPN 144 Jakarta
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Minat Belajar dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Prestasi Belajar. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling sebanyak 72 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan angket lalu dianalisis dengan statistic deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar berdasarkan uji persial sebesar 5.067>2.291 dengan signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat dikatakan signifikan, juga terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar, dengan nilai hasil pengujian menunjukan uji persial sebesar 3.659>2.291 dengan signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat dikatakan juga signifikan, selanjutnya minat belajar dan efikasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 51.489 > 3.127. Nilai nilai R Square sebesar 0.599 atau 59,9% dan sisanya sebesar 0.41 atau 40,1% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar variable minat belajar dan efikasi diri. Seperti motivasi belajar, fasilitas belajar, kemampuan komunikasi guru, lingkungan keluarga, serta kecerdasan emosional siswa. This research aims to determine the influence of Learning Interest and Self-Efficacy on Learning Achievement. The research method used by researchers is a correlational research method. The population used was all class IX students, with a sampling technique using random sampling of 72 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of this research show that there is an influence of interest in learning on learning achievement based on the partial test of 5,067>2,291 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said to be significant, there is also an influence of self-efficacy on learning achievement, with the test results showing a partial test of 3,659> 2,291 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be said to be significant, furthermore, learning interest and efficacy also have a significant influence simultaneously (together) on student learning achievement of 51,489 > 3,127. The R Square value is 0.599 or 59.9% and the remaining 0.41 or 40.1% is influenced by other variables outside the variables of interest in learning and self-efficacy. No full textDevelopment of a Self Management Module to Improve Student Learning Discipline at MAN 1 Lebak. This research and development aims to determine the development of the Self Management module in improving student learning discipline, the phenomenon of undisciplined learning behavior in schools makes researchers worried about the future of students, the need for media development that is able to minimize these problems, and one of them is using media. a self-management module that can be used as a reference for guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with learning discipline problems. As mentioned above, this research is research that uses the research and development method or research and development with the ADDIE development model or analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The data collection technique in this research used data analysis in the form of distributing learning discipline questionnaires to 71 students, of which 14 students or 19.7% were in the high category, then 24 students or 33.8% of students were in the medium category and there were 33 students or 46 % categorized as low. Furthermore, a feasibility test was carried out with media, material and practitioner experts and the average score was 88% or in the very suitable for use category. Furthermore, the module was tested on a limited basis with 7 students who were detected to have a low level of learning discipline. And it was found that the average percentage of N-gain was 80.62% or categorized as effective in helping students improve their learning discipline.Keywords: Module, Self Management, Learning Disciplin
