QUALIDADE DE VIDA E SAÚDE NO TRABALHO DOS PROFESSORES DO ENSINO SUPERIOR EM CABINDA
No full textThe article in question deals with the life of teachers in higher education institutions in terms of their health. The teacher is an essential element for society, as it provides the intellectual training to professionals that society needs and responsible for creating social bonds, encouraging autonomy and responsibility through intellectual and/or administrative activity that changes the reality of society. However, little is reflected on the QOL of these professionals responsible for the integral formation of man. It is worth mentioning that the conditions and adequate remuneration are necessary for the teacher to live with dignity of personal needs, in cultural, social and economic contexts. Many teachers accumulate, more of a workplace, in order to acquire a remuneration that satisfies their needs. Work overload, family and social obligations, result in problems related to teaching stress that affect the teacher in the work environment and also causes pathological problems, such as the Burnout Syndrome.O artigo em referência debruça-se da vida do professor nas instituições do Ensino Superior quanto a sua saúde. O professor é um elemento essencial para a sociedade, já que proporciona a formação intelectual aos profissionais que a sociedade precisa e responsáveis pela criação de vínculos sociais, estimulando a autonomia e a responsabilidade por meio de atividade, intelectual e/ou administrativa que modifica a realidade da sociedade. Porém, pouco se reflete sobre a QVL desses profissionais responsáveis pela formação integral do homem. Vale ressaltar que as condições e remuneração adequada é necessária para que o professor viva dignamente de necessidades pessoais, nos contextos culturais, sociais e económicos. Muitos professores acumulam, mais de um local de trabalho, a fim de adquirir uma remuneração que satisfaça suas necessidades. A sobrecarga de trabalho, as obrigações familiares e sociais, resultam em problemas relacionados ao estresse docente que afetam o professor no ambiente de trabalho e ainda acarreta problemas patológicos, como a Síndrome de Burnout.

No full textÁlvaro de Campos’s work came to violently shake modernism, either the Portuguese or the European kind; his intellectual and artistic trajectory has influenced countless creators and thinkers, cementing him as wholesomely important to Portuguese Thought, and the Portuguese Soul as a concrete unit. In this work we aim, not just observe Álvaro de Campos in his entirety - whatever such a totality that is -, building ideas and concepts about its three essential phases, but also to seize synoptic vision that the work contains, in the three complete articles, each one on each phase-slice of Alma de Campos: a first of profound decay, centered around the Opiary; a second, grand and ingenious, modernist-futurist, in the Ode Triunfal; and the last one, twilight, of authentic becoming, at the Tobacaria. We pursue a Cosmo vision, a style –a personality similar to itself and dissimilar to Pessoa's. This also means that we refer to Campos himself, inwardly, and not to Campos when ruminated in the idea of Pessoa; We are interested in the Unique-Fields.A obra de Álvaro de Campos veio violentar o modernismo, tanto português como europeu; o seu trajeto intelectual e artístico influenciou inúmeros criadores e pensadores, tendo-se cimentado como importantíssimo para o Pensamento português, e para a Alma portuguesa como unidade concreta. No presente trabalho almejamos, não apenas, observar Álvaro de Campos na sua totalidade – o que quer que tal totalidade seja –, construindo ideias e conceitos sobre as suas três fases essenciais, mas também apoderarmo-nos de uma visão sinóptica que a obra encerra, nos três artigos completos, cada um sobre cada fase-fatia da Alma de Campos: uma primeira, de profunda decadência, espiralada centralmente no Opiário; uma segunda, grandiosa e genial, modernistafuturista, na Ode Triunfal; e uma última, crepuscular, de óbvio devir intimista, na Tabacaria. Numa palavra: perseguimos uma cosmovisão, um estilo – todo um respirar próprio e dissemelhante do de Pessoa. No full textThis work presents the results of a study about the importance of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the teaching and learning process of a female student with Trisomy 21 (T21), which reinforces musical concepts using Soundbeam. Guided by the principles of Inclusive Education and the assumption that ICT have an impact on the processes of Teaching and Learning, particularly those destined to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and specifically T21. A bibliographical review was carried out aiming at constituting the theoretical framework of the problem of the study, aiming at understanding and filling a difficulty of marking the rhythm, resorting to some strategies as a means to achieve goals and positive results in the process of teaching learning. The verified results of the application allowed to verify the high degree of motivation and interest revealed by the young person in the use of the TIC, as well as their capacity to use equipment of generalized use and not specifically adapted.Neste trabalho apresentam-se os resultados de um estudo em torno da importância da utilização das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC), no processo de ensino e aprendizagem de uma aluna portadora de Trissomia 21 (T21), que reforça conceitos musicais com recurso ao Soundbeam. Orientado pelos princípios da Educação Inclusiva e pelo pressuposto de que as TIC têm impacto nos processos de Ensino e de Aprendizagem, particularmente naqueles destinados a alunos portadores de Necessidades Educativas Especiais (NEE) e especificamente de T21. Realizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica visando constituir o enquadramento teórico da problemática do estudo, pretendendo compreender e colmatar uma dificuldade de marcação do ritmo, recorrendo a algumas estratégias como meio para atingir objetivos e resultados positivos, no processo de ensino aprendizagem. Os resultados apurados da aplicação permitiram constatar o elevado grau de motivação e interesse revelados pela jovem no uso das TIC, bem como a sua capacidade em utilizar equipamentos de uso generalizado e não especificamente adaptados

No full textThe Protection of the environment is a concern for all of us. The renewable energies have a fundamental paper in reducing the greenhouse emission. One of the major concerns in renewable energy besides the associated high costs is variability and intermittency. The intermittent occurs when the power source is interrupted or unavailable unintentionally, while variability occurs as a power source may exhibit unwanted or uncontrolled changes in the output. The Blue Energy is also a renewable energy, but less discussed, which has the great advantage of other energies of not being intermittent and available at any time and circumstance, can be generate electricity using a mix of two different waters (fresh and salt water). When fresh and salt water are joined, salinity energy can be extracted, converting in electricity. The amount of the potential salinity extraction is 2.4 to 2.6 TW.A protecção do meio ambiente é uma preocupação de todos nós. As energias renováveis, tem um papel fundamental na redução dos efeitos estufa. Uma das grandes problemáticas encontrada nas energias renováveis além dos custos altos associado é a variabilidade e a intermitência. A intermitência ocorre à medida que uma fonte de energia é interrompida ou não está disponível de forma involuntária, enquanto a variabilidade ocorre à medida que uma fonte de energia pode exibir alterações não desejadas ou descontroladas na saída. A Blue Energy, também é uma energia renovável, mas menos discutida, que tem a grande vantagem das demais energias de não ser intermitente e estar disponível em qualquer momento e circunstância, podendo gerar eléctricidade usando mistura de duas águas diferentes (água doce e salgada). Quando a água do rio e a água do mar unem-se, energia de salinidade pode ser extraída, convertendo esta em eléctricidade. A quantidade de potencial desta extração da salinidade é de 2,4 a 2,6 TW
The role of civil society in the dynamics of democracy in Angola
No full textAngola quando se tornou independente a 11 de Novembro de 1975, instaurou um regime político não democrático, um sistema monopartidarista inspirado pelo marxismo-leninismo. Porém, apósos acordos de Bicesse, o país transitou de um sistema monopartidarista para multipartidarista, permitindo então a instauração de um regime democrático e a realização das primeiras eleições, isto em 1992. Este processo permitiu inscrever Angola no bloco dos países democráticos. Mas apesar destes acontecimentos, o regime democrático angolano ainda apresenta nos dias de hojemuitas insuficiências e constrangimentos, no que diz respeito a sua factibilidade, razão pela qual este artigo procura fazer um estudo a respeito da participação política dos cidadãos no contexto democrático de Angola, com fundamento teórico do contrato social de Jean Jacques Rousseau e da teoria da democracia participativa. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, de modelo qualitativo. Para recolha de dados baseou-se na pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, na técnica da observação e da entrevista semiestruturada. Os resultados obtidos levam a concluir que o regime democrático angolano, bem como o seu modelo de governação, limitam a participação política da sociedadecivil.When Angola became independent on 11 November 1975, it established an undemocratic political regime, a one-party system inspired by Marxism-Leninism. However, after the Bicesse agreements, the country moved from a single-party to a multi-party system, thus allowing the establishment of a democratic regime and the holding of the first elections, this in 1992. This process allowed Angola to be included in the bloc of democratic countries. But despite these events, the Angolan democratic regime still has many shortcomings and constraints, with regard to its feasibility, which is why this article seeks to study the political participation of citizens inthe democratic context of Angola, on the theoretical basis of the social contract of Jean Jacques Rousseau and the theory of participatory democracy. This is a descriptive research, with a qualitative model. For data collection, it was based on bibliographic and documentary research, observation technique and semi-structured interview. The results obtained lead to the conclusion that the Angolan democratic regime, as well as its governance model, limit the political participation of civil societ

No full textEducation for values must always be imposed as a constant need to confer on education the sacred and human character, which by nature is convenient for it. The concept of value did not always has the same connotation. But of all the meanings that anthropologists, philosophers, sociologists, and political scientists gave, one gets the idea that the meaning that can most interest us for education is that of an ethical and moral perspective. The axiological dimension of this content leads us to hierarchize the values since not all are established at the same level. This implies that some values are of a scale of absolute character and fundamental and others of relative character and therefore if the human person like absolute value on which all the others depend. It is in this perspective that the need for education for the values that should be present in any training institution is framed.A educação para os valores, deve impor-se sempre como necessidade constante para conferir á educação o carácter sagrado e humano, que por natureza lhe convém. O conceito de valor não teve sempre a mesma conotação. Mas de todas as significações que os antropólogos, filósofos, sociólogos e politólogos deram, fica-se com a ideia de que o significado que nos pode mais interessar para a educação é a de perspectiva ética e moral. A dimensão axiológica deste conteúdo leva-nos a hierarquizar os valores já que nem todos se estabelecem ao mesmo nível. Isto implica que uns valores sejam de uma escala de caracter absoluto e fundamental e outros de caracter relativo e por isso se a pessoa humana como valor absoluto em função do qual todos os demais dependem. É nesta perspectiva que se enquadra a necessidade da educação para os valores que deve estar presente em qualquer instituição de formação

No full textThis study aims to show the influence of the application of a set of practices and interdisciplinary educational active in the process of developing professional students of the degree course in Management (n = 478) of the Universidade Estadual Vale do Acaraú (UVA), in Ceará - Brazil. Assuming that the inclusion of practical teaching interdisciplinary allow the introduction and strengthening of different dimensions (knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes) professional management / administration, has espoused a research paradigm that took two courses (quantitative and qualitative) that mixed methods integrate the collection and analysis of data. For the processing and analysis of data collected statistical procedures were privileged nature of descriptive and inferential through the use of statistical software Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The crossing of different data result indicators that reinforce the need to rethink the training curriculum and procedures didactic to contribute to an expansion of learning in the context of the classroom and consequently the development of different size / skills needed for training profile professional administrator / manager contemporaryO presente estudo pretende mostrar a influência da aplicação de um conjunto de práticas didáticas ativas e interdisciplinares no processo de desenvolvimento profissional dos alunos do curso de graduação em Administração (n=478) da Universidade Estadual Vale do Acaraú (UVA) no estado do Ceará – Brasil. Partindo do pressuposto que a inserção de práticas didáticas interdisciplinares possibilitam a introdução e reforço das diferentes dimensões (conhecimentos, competências, habilidades e atitudes) do profissional de gestão/administração, foi perfilhado um paradigma de investigação que assumiu dois percursos (quantitativo e qualitativo) que integram métodos mistos na recolha e análise dos dados. Para o tratamento e análise dos dados recolhidos foram privilegiados procedimentos estatísticos de natureza descritiva e inferencial através da utilização do software estatístico Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Stage curriculum and its importance in new teacher training at the ICED Huambo
No full textO presente artigo, procura mostrar a importância do estágio curricular, tendo em conta que o mesmo é uma ferramenta fundamental na formação de um profissional de educação, de forma que o mesmo lhe estimule a aprender ao longo de todo o tempo, a pesquisar, a investir na própria formação e a usar a sua inteligência, criatividade, sensibilidade e capacidade de interagir com as pessoas. As exigências da prática pedagógica fazem apelo a um conjunto de competências específicas, que podem ser em termos de formação, objeto de uma aprendizagem gestual sistemática que implica um processo de treino, de natureza instrumental e adaptativa em contexto de trabalho. As experiências de formação envolvam mais do que um corpo de conhecimentos científicos e aquisição de competências para ensinar, os estudantes devem aprender diferentes formas de relacionamento com os outros e consigo mesmos, enquanto professores, ou seja, a construir uma identidade social como profissionais.The present work is part of the special access of the children of the former combatants and veterans of the Homeland in Angola, which reflects on the established strategy of the Angolan state in order to help and contribute to those who fought for the freedom of the Angolan people in a critical moment in which the country lived.
