Audiovisual on 2030 Agenda and Human Rights: An Analysis for Undergraduate Students
Sometimes the information provided on the 2030 Agenda is quite fragmented and dispersed and there is a lack of systematic explanation about the link between the SDGs and human rights. The lack of criteria that easily explain the content of the 2030 Agenda and the impact of human rights in the international order is one of the reasons why a visual and sound document is necessary. The problem that is detected regarding 2030 Agenda knowledge and its relationship with human rights will be a systematic and orderly absence of the meaning and scope of this Agenda and its impact on one of the critical areas: people. This innovation Project, while covering the conceptual and normative gaps that exist on the 2030 Agenda, delves into the central components that, from an innovation perspective, are necessary to study and understanding the SDGs content. There is a need for virtual and audiovisual tools that address sustainable development content and the aspects that define human rights. The main goal of this publication is letting know the results of the project carried out by fourprofessors, and led by Prof. (...), within the framework of the URJC Educational Innovation Projects, 2022-23. The main result of the project was the development of an audiovisual on the 2030 Agenda and human rights that develops new teaching methodologies for learning these contents by undergraduate students
This paper is based on a corpus of 24 compositions written by PFL (Portuguese as a Foreign Language) students from 10 different countries, mainly Spain, Italy and France. These students attended the upper level of PFL Summer Course at the University of Aveiro. The subject of the compositions is “My first impressions of Aveiro”. This research takes a Discourse Analysis approach and its main objective is to identify and explain the mistakes students make on the level of textual cohesion. We will use a theoretical framework based on the studies of Michael Halliday and others. This analysis at the level of the text may reveal several aspects which the PFL teacher will need to be aware of whenever he/she guides students towards written text production. In fact, a well formed text requires more than just a set of well formed sentences. Their articulation demands several skills that can be taught and developed. In order to reach this objective, the teacher needs to be aware of the main deficiencies that the production of PFL speakers reveals.O trabalho proposto tem como base um corpus de 24 composições escritas por alunos de Português língua estrangeira (PLE) provenientes de 10 países diferentes, principalmente de Espanha, França e Itália.
A leitura audiovisual no ensino/aprendizagem do português língua estrangeira
Audiovisual reading has progressively been assuming a great importance within the reflection on reading practices. Subtitling in Portugal has laid ground for the development of research work. Thus, in the present text the contribution of audiovisual reading practices, as far as PFL (Portuguese as a Foreign Language) is concerned, will be discussed. In order to shed light on these issues, questionnaires, filled in by PFL students of the University of Aveiro (2001/2002), will be the starting point of our analysis.L’importance de la lecture dans les moyens audiovisuels occupe une place prédominante dans les réflexions qui concernent la lecture en général.
During the learning/teaching process of any language, one of the main effects of the interaction between the linguistic systems both students and teachers have to face, is the socalled “false friend”.From the linguistic term False Friend and from the mental process that originates it, we shall establish a new classification of the main cases that exist in the learning and teaching of Portuguese-Spanish (elementary level). Finally, we shall end this paper with a brief appendix containing the most common false friends.
