Curiosas coincidências entre Horácio e o chinês DU FU (séc. VIII d.C.): 1. O elogio da moderação
Get PDFIt is, to say the least, unlikely that in 8th century imperial China there were echoes, albeit diffuse, of Latin literature of eight centuries earlier.Eventual similarities between authors of both literatures shall therefore be considered as coincidences. Even if it is a matter of coincidences, however, the fact is still interesting. This is what happens in what concerns some similarities between subjects in the work of Du Fu, a Chinese poet from the 8th century and Horace, Latin poet of the 1rst century BC: the celebration of the seasons, especially autumn and spring, the praise of moderation, in the style of aurea mediocritas, the paintings of nature, the detachment of material goods, all this brings together these two poets from such different cultures and from such different historical times.
The present article intends to reflect on this thematic proximity, using the steps of the two poets, even if these are coincidences; an approach that is not usual in the study of both literatures.In this first part, the similarity aurea mediocritas, moderation, the detachment of material goods will be analyzed. É, no mínimo, altamente improvável que à China imperial do séc. VIII tenham chegado ecos, ainda que difusos, da literatura latina de oito século antes. Eventuais semelhanças entre autores das duas literaturas deverão, portanto, ser tidas na conta de coincidências. Ainda que de coincidências se trate, no entanto, o facto não deixa de ser interessante. É o que sucede com algumas semelhanças entre temas da obra de Du Fu, poeta chinês do séc. VIII, e Horácio, poeta latino do séc. I a.C.: a celebração das estações do ano, em especial o outono e a primavera, o elogio da moderação, bem ao jeito da aurea mediocritas, os quadros de natureza, o desprendimento de bens materiais, tudo isso aproxima dois poetas de tão diferentes culturas e de tempos históricos tão diversos.O presente artigo pretende refletir sobre esta proximidade temática, com recurso a passos dos dois poetas, ainda que, repita-se, se trate de coincidências, numa abordagem que não é usual no estudo de ambas as literaturas. Slum tourism, why not? The potential of coastal slum as a tourist destination
Get PDFThe slum settlement area around the tourist attraction of Tanjung Bayam Beach, Kelurahan Tanjung Merdeka, is the entrance gateway to this tourist location. Therefore, the poor settlement conditions, also affect the image of the area, especially the tourist attractions. Although there are still pros and cons, the concept of slum tourism has become one of the alternatives to trigger an improvement in the quality of the environment and life of the people living in slum settlements. This research aims to identify the potential of slum settlements in Kelurahan Tanjung Merdeka from the point of view of tourist attractiveness, accessibility, socio-economic life, accommodation, and facilities. The methods used in this research are field observations for data collection and weighing for analysis. The findings of this study are the results of calculations that indicate that the slum settlements around Tanjung Bayam Coast tourist attractions are potentially to be developed. It is hoped that this research will be a benchmark for further research related to the development of settlement potential for the slum tourism industry and the improvement of the quality of the slum settlement environment

Mapeamento dos métodos projetuais de design: análise e comparação de Löbach à Sanches
Get PDFThe design process adopts a systematic approach to work, organization, and rigor in project development, contributing to seeking solutions to the various problems faced in the field of design. The flexibility of design methods allows for adaptations according to the specific needs and conditions of projects, which is crucial for developing specialized approaches to fashion design. However, there is a scarcity of studies relating design methodologies and their impact on the fashion industry to the challenges of product ergonomics.This article aims to analyze design methods in design and fashion design, examining their relationship with product ergonomics. The research adopts a deductive method, classified as basic in nature, with a qualitative and exploratory approach, using bibliographic research for data collection. The study mapped design methods from Löbach (1976), Munari (1981), Bonsiepe (1984), and Bonfim (2002), as well as specific methods for fashion design from Treptow (2003) and Sanches (2017), and ergonomic method from Martins (2019), conducting a analysis among them. It is concluded that the methods of Sanches (2017) and Treptow (2003) provide significant contributions to fashion, but their ergonomic approach is limited, while Martins\u27 (2019) method stands out for its ergonomics yet lacks development phases. Thus, there are opportunities for integrating ergonomic principles into design methods for the development of fashion products that balance creativity with user needs in a responsible and conscious manner.O processo projetual adota uma abordagem sistemática de trabalho, organização e rigor no desenvolvimento de projetos, contribuindo para a busca de soluções para os diversos problemas enfrentados na área do design. A maleabilidade dos métodos projetuais permite adaptações conforme as necessidades e condições específicas dos projetos, o que é crucial para o desenvolvimento de abordagens específicas para o design de moda. No entanto, há uma escassez de estudos que relacionam as metodologias projetuais e seu impacto na indústria de moda e os desafios da ergo- nomia dos produtos. Este artigo tem o objetivo de analisar métodos projetuais em design e design de moda, verificando sua relação com a ergonomia dos produtos.
A pesquisa adota um método dedutivo, classificado como natureza básica, com uma abordagem qualitativa e exploratória, utilizando pesquisa bibliográfica para coleta de dados. Foram mapeados métodos projetuais de design de Löbach (1976), Munari (1981), Bonsiepe (1984) e Bonfim (2002), além de métodos específicos para design de moda de Treptow (2003) e Sanches (2017), e o método ergonômico de Martins (2019), realizando uma análise entre eles. Conclui-se que os métodos de Sanches (2017) e Treptow (2003) oferecem contribuições importantes para a moda, mas possuem abordagem ergonômica limitada, enquanto o método de Martins (2019) destaca-se pela ergonomia, mas carece de fases de desenvolvimento, logo, há oportunidades para integração de princípios ergonômicos em métodos proje- tuais para o desenvolvimento de produtos de moda que atendem a criatividade às necessidades dos usuários de forma responsável e consciente
