Pronunciation is an essential element in the development of the student’s communicative competence. It is essential for the teacher of Spanish as a foreign language to know which instruments are the most appropriate for teaching pronunciation. In this sense, it is important to be aware of the factors that influence the learning of pronunciation. The aim of this paper is to find out the beliefs of Portuguese learners of Spanish as a foreign language about pronunciation and its learning in a Portuguese public university. Data collection was carried out through the application of a closed questionnaire adapted from the Fonoele project. In general, the results showed that, despite a certain interest in the study of phonetics, the learning of phonetics remains in the background and is repetitive and not very interactive. The conclusions drawn from the analysis of the data showed that the aim of our work was achieved, allowing us to make a general diagnosis of the learners’ beliefs. We hope that this work will serve to create effective activities and develop more extensive research in the future.

This research paper aims to identify the effect of OTA’s (online travel agencies) web services quality on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. The present study tries to inspect the structural association between OTA’s web service quality, and customer satisfaction and revisit intentions based on separate constructs. Web service quality was considered as an independent variable whereas customer satisfaction and revisit intention were taken as dependent variables. Using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), the present study identified that web service quality significantly impacted customer satisfaction and their revisit intentions. Based on the findings, it has been observed that efficient web service quality leads to an increase in customer satisfaction with online travel agencies and travelers also intend to revisit the platform. The present study offers a theoretical foundation and provides recommendations for improving the web service quality of online travel agency platforms. This research paper contributes to the existing literature by specifically focusing on the web service quality of online travel agencies (OTAs). While customer satisfaction and revisit intentions have been studied in the context of various industries, this study delves into the unique aspects of web service quality in the highly competitive and rapidly evolving OTA industr

The assessment of environmental strategies and practices is an essential factor in in sport tourism events environmental sustainability. Thus, this investigation aimed to study spectators’ environmental intentions in an international surfing event using the sport sustainability campaign evaluation model (SSCEM). A questionnaire was applied to 343 spectators of the World Championship Tour at Peniche, Portugal. The data were analysed with the Structural Equation Modelling Analysis. The results confirmed the influence of points of attachment and internal constraints on spectators’ attitudes towards environmental campaign. However, attitudes towards environmental campaign did not influence spectators’ sustainability intentions. Only, external constraints and past behaviours were associated to spectators’ sustainable intentions. This research added valuable knowledge on the factors influencing the sport consumers’ environmental intentions providing knowledge to sport managers to better plan future campaigns regarding the target audience. Furthermore, this investigation confirmed the SSCEM\u27s ability to analyse the consequences of the environmental campaigns developed by the sport tourism events

This study presents a redesign proposal for the onboarding process of a Smart Home application developed by Altice Labs, aiming to address issues identified in a previous version regarding aesthetic coherence and usability. Grounded in the principles of emotional design and the temporality of user experience, a new approach was developed focusing on a unified visual language and the use of animations as an engagement element. Usability tests validated the effectiveness of the implemented changes, revealing significant improvements in users\u27 initial experience and positive emotional responses. The study points to the relevance of onboarding in shaping users\u27 perceptions and attitudes over time, and exposes the potential of a design approach attentive to the visceral, behavioral, and reflective dimensions of experience to enhance the perceived quality and engagement capacity of a mobile application.
