Full text linkPengabdian ini membahas dampak positif dari pelatihan cost accounting di PT Nippon Steel. Fokus pelatihan meliputi pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap akuntansi biaya, klarifikasi biaya, konsep cost flow, perhitungan harga pokok produksi, serta penerapan metode job costing dan proses costing. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan efisiensi operasional, akurasi dalam penetapan harga pokok produksi, dan kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan berbasis biaya. Adopsi standar costing membantu menetapkan standar biaya yang realistis, sementara penetapan harga jual produk yang disesuaikan dengan cost accounting mendukung strategi penetapan harga yang lebih cerdas. Keseluruhan, pelatihan ini bukan hanya meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan, tetapi juga mendukung pencapaian tujuan keuangan perusahaan, memperkuat daya saing, dan menetapkan dasar yang kokoh bagi keberlanjutan bisnis. Pelatihan Robotika dengan Memanfaatkan Teknologi Arduino Smart Robot
Full text linkKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat telah dilakukan oleh tim UPI-YPTK di Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Gudang Rasau (SMK SEGRA) di Pahang, Malaysia. Dalam kegiatan ini UPI YPTK juga berkolaborasi dengan Universitas Malaysia Pahang As Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA). Di sekolah SMK SEGRA, tim UPI-YPTK mengadakan pelatihan praktis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan pengetahuan ilmiah dalam bidang robotika. Pelatihan ini memanfaatkan teknologi Arduino Smart, yang dikenal memiliki aplikasi luas dalam pengembangan robotika. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada pengembangan keahlian teknis siswa, tetapi juga bertujuan untuk menginspirasi inovasi dan kreativitas. Siswa-siswa didorong untuk berpikir out-of-the-box dan mengembangkan aktivitas dari aspek teknis. Kerjasama antara UPI-YPTK, UMPSA dan SMK SEGRA ini tidak hanya menguntungkan dalam konteks pengabdian, tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan bilateral antara institusi pendidikan di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Ini membuka peluang untuk kolaborasi lebih lanjut di masa depan, baik dalam bentuk pertukaran pelajar, penelitian bersama, maupun proyek-proyek pengabdian lainnya. Through regression analysis, the results reveal significant effects of these factors on Business Growth. Exploration and Exploitation Levels exhibit substantial positive impacts, emphasizing the significance of innovation and effective utilization of existing resources. Additionally, External Factors demonstrate a robust influence, emphasizing the need for adaptability to external dynamics. The collective impact of these variables significantly contributes to understanding Business Growth, as supported by a well-fitted regression model. This study underscores the importance of strategic adaptability, innovation, and responsive management to external changes for sustainable business growth. The findings provide valuable insights for management, guiding the formulation of adaptive strategies to foster innovation, optimize resource utilization, and navigate external dynamics for enduring business success at BJB Coblong
Eco-Friendly Packaging: Marketing Sustainability from Product to Delivery
Full text linkThis research investigates eco-friendly packaging practices at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada Cab. Padang, focusing on the relationships between packaging materials, marketing communications, perceived environmental impact, and consumer purchase intentions. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 consumers using structured surveys and analyzed through Smart PLS. The findings reveal that packaging materials significantly influence consumer perceptions of environmental impact and purchase intentions. While marketing communications were effective in enhancing purchase intentions, their impact on perceived environmental impact was not significant. Furthermore, perceived environmental impact was identified as a crucial mediator between packaging materials and consumer purchasing decisions. These insights underscore the need for PT Yakult to enhance its sustainability strategies and marketing efforts to align with consumer values, thereby fostering brand loyalty and promoting environmental sustainability in West Sumatra

Additionally, employee engagement significantly mediates these relationships, enhancing the overall effect of operational efficiency and innovation practices on organizational excellence. The findings emphasize the critical role of employee engagement in maximizing the benefits of operational efficiency and innovation, providing actionable insights for organizations aiming to achieve and sustain high performance
The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Financial Competence
Full text linkThis research explores the impact of emotional intelligence, personal financial management skills, and financial behavior on financial competence among employees of Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Selatan. Employing a quantitative methodology with random sampling of 90 customers, data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS for structural equation modeling. The findings reveal that emotional intelligence significantly influences financial competence both directly and indirectly through personal financial management skills and financial behavior. Specifically, employees with higher emotional intelligence exhibit better financial management abilities and engage in positive financial behaviors, which in turn enhance their overall financial competence. The study highlights the critical role of emotional intelligence as a foundational skill in effective financial service delivery. These insights suggest that improving emotional and financial management skills among employees can lead to enhanced performance and greater customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the bank's long-term success. The research emphasizes the need for integrated training programs within banking institutions to promote financial literacy and emotional intelligence, ultimately fostering sustainable growth in a competitive financial landscape

Challenges include SIMBA's reliance on internet connectivity and a shortage of qualified IT personnel. Utilizing a quantitative research design with random sampling of 75 employees and analyzing data through Smart PLS, the research reveals that advanced technology adoption significantly enhances competitive advantage with a path coefficient of 0.60. Change management is identified as a critical mediator, with a significant indirect effect of 0.23, highlighting its importance in maximizing the benefits of technological advancements. Strategic alignment also influences competitive advantage, though its indirect effect through change management is marginally significant at 0.16. The findings underscore the necessity for organizations to effectively align technology adoption with strategic objectives and manage change processes to fully capitalize on technological innovations for sustained competitive success
AI and Human Collaboration: The Future of HR in the Fourth Industrial Revolution
Full text linkThis study investigates the interplay of Adoption of Advanced HR Technologies, Workforce Management Effectiveness, Employee Engagement and Productivity, and Employee Performance within PT Danareksa (Persero), a prominent state-owned enterprise in Indonesia's financial services sector. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS, data from 80 employees were analyzed to explore the direct and indirect relationships among these variables. The findings reveal significant direct effects of Adoption of Advanced HR Technologies and Workforce Management Effectiveness on Employee Engagement and Productivity, highlighting their role in enhancing employee engagement and productivity levels. Moreover, both Adoption of Advanced HR Technologies and Workforce Management Effectiveness indirectly influence Employee Performance through their impacts on Employee Engagement and Productivity. These results underscore the critical importance of strategic investments in HR technologies and effective workforce management practices in optimizing organizational performance and competitiveness. This research contributes to understanding how HR innovations and management practices can foster a conducive work environment that drives employee performance and organizational success in the financial services industry
