    The Impact of Engagement-Based Leadership, HR Technology Adaptation, and Skill Development on Work Efficiency: Mediating Through Employee Well-being

    In the evolving landscape of organizational dynamics, this article investigates the interconnected factors of engagement-based leadership, HR technology adaptation, skill development, and employee well-being within the specific organizational context of PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha (DOKU) in Yogyakarta. Employing a research methodology involving a Random Sampling technique and Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS software, the study explores the relationships among these variables and their collective impact on work efficiency at DOKU. The findings highlight the significant influence of engagement-based leadership and HR technology adaptation on both employee well-being and work efficiency. The study provides nuanced insights into the role of skill development and its limited direct impact on work efficiency within this context. Moreover, it uncovers the mediating role of employee well-being, emphasizing its crucial link to leadership practices, technological adaptation, and overall work efficiency. This research contributes tailored recommendations to inform organizational strategies, offering practical insights for fostering a positive, adaptive, and employee-centric work environment at PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha (DOKU) in Yogyakarta

    AI Implementation Impact on Workforce Productivity : The Role of AI Training and Organizational Adaptation

    This study investigates the impact of AI implementation on workforce productivity, focusing on the mediating roles of Organizational Adaptation and AI Training. The purpose of the research is to analyze how AI Implementation influences Organizational Adaptation and AI Training, and subsequently, how these factors impact Workforce Productivity within the context of the Regional Secretariat Pontianak. A quantitative approach is employed, using a sample of 70 employees through total sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) is used for data analysis. The findings reveal significant and positive relationships between AI Implementation, AI Training, Organizational Adaptation, and Workforce Productivity.     Macroeconomic And Microeconomic Factors Impact The Health Of Islamic Commercial Banks In Indonesia

    This research aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic and microeconomic factors on the health level of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The macroeconomic factors used in this study are inflation and interest rates, while the microeconomic factors used are asset growth and third-party fund growth. The health level of banks is measured using the composite value of bank health, assessed through self-assessment by banks using the RGEC method (Risk profile, Good corporate governance, Earnings, Capital). The research data is sourced from the financial reports of 11 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the period 2013-2020. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results show that inflation, interest rates, and asset growth significantly influence the health level of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, while third-party fund growth does not significantly affect the health level in Indonesia

    The Employee Engagement, Managerial Support, and Performance Recognition as Drivers of Innovation: Exploring Relationships in a Global Business Environment

    This article explores the intricate dynamics of employee engagement, managerial support, and performance recognition as drivers of innovation in the context of a global business environment. Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis on data gathered from Telkomsel in Jakarta, the study reveals that while employee engagement showed a positive relationship with innovation, it did not reach statistical significance. In contrast, managerial support and performance recognition exhibited significant positive impacts on the Drivers of Innovation. The overall model was highly significant (Sig. F = 0.000), with a substantial R Square value of 0.689, indicating that nearly 69% of the variance in innovation could be explained by these factors collectively. These findings offer actionable insights for businesses seeking to enhance their innovative capacities, emphasizing the critical role of leadership support and employee recognition in fostering an adaptive and creative organizational culture within the complex landscape of the global business arena

    This community service is proposed to caary out activities that are socialization and education in one of the micro, small and medium enterprises in the Mafha Refill Drinking Water Depot business on Jl. Tanah Sirah Kec. Lubuk Begalung Padang, West Sumatera. This activity is proposed to socialize the importance of increasing knowledge and understanding of preparing financial reports for micro, small and medium enterprises, which is relate to assistance in preparing financial reports in the form of compiling a trial balance at the beginning of the period, compiling a profit and loss report, compiling a balance sheet at the end of the period. The activity implematation method consists of five stages. The first stage of preparation includes pre-survey. The second stage is the screening stage. The third stage is the activity implementation stage. Provide material on the preparation of financial reports and assistance in the preparation of financial reports. Evaluation is carried out by camparingthe conditions of the patners before and after the implementation of the program using interview and observation methods. In this case business owners can make efforts to increase sales through the use of social media which is one of the business solutions in increasing their business marketing. By utilizing social media platform wisely, these SMEs can expand their market reach, build relationships with costumers and promote their products or services but in an easier and free way
