Additionally, the tool features capabilities for exporting configurations as files, further facilitating network management. Despite its advantages, the program currently relies on a command-line interface, highlighting the need for future enhancements such as a graphical user interface and improved login functionality. Overall, this research demonstrates the potential of Python-based automation in optimizing network management and supporting administrators in their daily tasks

The Role of Islamic Financial Institutions in the Development of MSMEs: An Analysis of Financing and Mentoring for Islamic-Based Micro-Enterprises in West Java

MSMEs play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, yet they still face challenges in accessing financing and managing their businesses. Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs) offer a financing alternative that is not only based on the principles of fairness and profit-sharing, but also prioritizes social sustainability and Sharia compliance. This study aims to analyze the selection and feasibility assessment mechanisms of micro-enterprises implemented by these institutions, as well as to examine the financing and mentoring models implemented to support MSME sustainability. The research method employed a qualitative approach through library research with content analysis of various literature sources related to Islamic financing and MSME empowerment. The results indicate that these institutions implement a selection mechanism based on the Sharia-compliant 5C concept, encompassing character, capacity, capital, business conditions, and collateral, with an emphasis on moral aspects and Sharia compliance. The financing models used include mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah, and qardhul hasan, combined with business mentoring such as management training, Islamic business ethics development, and field monitoring. This integrated approach has been proven to improve financial discipline, business sustainability, and social benefits for MSMEs. Thus, LKS functions not only as a capital provider but also as an agent for empowering the community's economy based on the principles of maqasid sharia

The Interplay of Product Innovation, Technological Adaptation, and Customer Perception in Driving Competitive Advantage: Insights from the Creative Industry

Abstract: This study examines the impact of Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in the creative industry, with a focus on the mediating roles of Technological Adaptation, Customer Perception of Innovation, and Market Responsiveness. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 100 chatbot users in content creator communities on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The analysis, conducted using Smart PLS, reveals that product innovation significantly enhances competitive advantage, both directly and indirectly through technological adaptation and customer perception of innovation. Notably, technological adaptation demonstrates the strongest mediation effect, emphasizing the importance of technological integration in leveraging innovation for competitive outcomes. Conversely, market responsiveness shows a moderate mediating effect, suggesting its context-dependent role in driving competitiveness. A negative relationship between technological adaptation and competitive advantage underscores the risks associated with misaligned technology strategies. These findings contribute to the literature on innovation management by providing empirical insights into the interplay of innovation, technology, and customer engagement in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The study recommends that organizations adopt a holistic approach to innovation, balancing technological advancements and customer-centric strategies. Future research should investigate longitudinal effects, industry-specific variations, and the influence of organizational culture on these dynamics

Harnessing Technology to Drive Smarter Financial Decision Making

This study investigates the impact of technological adoption—specifically artificial intelligence (AI), big data utilization, and FinTech platform usage—on optimal financial decision-making, with financial literacy positioned as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative research design and data collected from financially active individuals, the model was analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that big data utilization exerts both direct and indirect positive effects on financial decision-making through enhanced financial literacy. While AI and FinTech do not demonstrate significant direct impacts on financial literacy, their indirect effects through literacy pathways are supported. Furthermore, financial literacy is confirmed to play a vital role in mediating the relationship between technology and decision-making outcomes. These findings underscore the need to integrate financial education with technological advancements to ensure users can effectively leverage smart finance tools. The research contributes to the growing body of literature on digital financial behavior and offers actionable insights for developers, educators, and policymakers aiming to foster financially competent users in an increasingly digitized economy

RDT-RT Three-Phase Smart and Powerful Digital Voltage Stabilizer: 3-Phase Voltage Stabilizer for Industry

Voltage instability in industrial power distribution systems causes equipment damage, operational inefficiency, and production downtime. This research evaluated the Smart Powerful Digital Stabilizer RDT-RT three-phase system implementing digital Automatic Voltage Regulator technology. Using quantitative experimental methodology, researchers tested three RDT-RT units across twelve operational scenarios generating over 300 measurements. The investigation employed high-speed oscilloscopes, power quality analyzers, and precision voltage sensors to measure output voltage stability, transient settling time, and power conversion efficiency. Static testing across input voltage range 200V to 500V demonstrated mean output accuracy of 379.8V with ±1.2V standard deviation, maintaining ±5% tolerance. Dynamic testing showed settling time below 1.3 seconds following load transients, compared to 5 to 10 seconds for conventional systems. Harmonic distortion measured 2.8 percent THD, compliant with IEEE 519 standards. Average power conversion efficiency reached 86.7 percent across operational range. Results demonstrate that digital microcontroller-based PID control combined with PWM switching substantially improves voltage regulation performance. The RDT-RT technology provides superior power quality and equipment protection essential for Industry 4.0 manufacturing environments requiring real-time process control
