Histomorphological and Hormonal Changes in the Testes of Albino Rats Treated with Herbal Aphrodisiac Formular
Herbal supplements, commonly referred to as botanicals, are plant-derived products utilized for their therapeutic properties. This study aims to examine the histomorphological and hormonal changes in the testes of albino rats treated with a herbal aphrodisiac formula. A total of eight male and two female rats were used in the study, with the males divided into control and test groups, while the females were used for mating with the test groups. Group A (Control) received only normal feed (growers’ mash) and distilled water daily for four weeks. Group B was administered 0.2 ml of Men’s Formula supplement and sacrificed on day 7, whereas Group C was administered 0.2 ml of Men’s Formula supplement and sacrificed on day 14. The body weights of the animals were measured before and after acclimatization, and similar weight assessments were performed at the end of each phase, with the average weights recorded accordingly. At the end of the procedure, the testes of each rat were excised under chloroform anesthesia and fixed in 10% formal saline for subsequent histological examination. Blood samples were collected via cardiac puncture into plain bottles, and sera were later separated for hormonal analysis. The results indicated that the herbal aphrodisiac formula enhanced testosterone levels and increased testis weight. However, no significant change (P > 0.05) was observed in body weight, and testicular histology remained unaffected. Further studies with prolonged usage of the herbal aphrodisiac formula are recommended to determine potential long-term effect

Impact of Tigernuts on Blood Glucose and Insulin Levels in Normal Weight Male Humans
Tigernuts contain bioactive compounds such as sterols, alkaloids, tannins, saponins, resins, and vitamins E and C. This study examined their effects on blood glucose and insulin levels in normal-weight male subjects under resting conditions. Methods: Forty non-habitual tigernut chewers, aged 18–28 years, participated. After recording anthropometric data, subjects rested for 90 minutes. Blood glucose levels were measured using the enzymatic method of Barham and Trinder with a glucometer. Insulin levels were assessed using the ELISA Teco kit following Tiez and Andresen\u27s method. On a separate day, the same subjects consumed 5g of tigernuts as a bolus, followed by 50ml of water. After another 90-minute rest, blood glucose and insulin levels were reassessed. Statistical analysis was conducted using GraphPad Prism Version 8.1. Results: Tigernut consumption led to a slight reduction in blood glucose levels (92.66 ± 2.156 to 89.61 ± 1.907 mg/dl), though not statistically significant. However, insulin levels showed a significant decrease (P<0.05, 4.220 ± 0.297 to 1.705 ± 0.061 µg/ml). Conclusion: Tigernuts demonstrated both blood glucose and insulin-lowering effects in normal-weight male subject
Quantum Mechanical Approached to Time Travel
Superposition allows quantum systems to persist simultaneously between multiple states until a unified time travel equation uses this concept for exploration of time travel potentials. The conception suggests that a quantum system occupies multiple timelines simultaneously in the same way that superposition exists in quantum mechanics which makes each time travel scenario an individual branch of the wave function. This technique allows expert analysts to manage paradoxes and develop complex perceptions about quantum time-based events. General relativity produces self-consistent patterns of closed timelike curves through the equation that depicts forward-time and backward-time system evolution. Quantum systems depend on the self-consistency condition to hold identical states throughout evolution periods for avoiding paradoxical problems including time travel contradictions. Quantum superposition operations enable systems through the equation to stay present simultaneously in multiple times for enhancing time travel rule development. The framework both fixes fundamental untrue logical flaws and enables operator’s better comprehension regarding time travel patterns among quantum frameworks. The time travel equation shows potential for quantum computing development by letting standard computer models solve unsolvable problems through simultaneous timeline evaluation and time loop control. The work presents an essential advancement in quantum mechanics research due to its explanation of time\u27s relationship with quantum mechanical phenomena. Research and experimental ventures become possible because the unified time travel equation creates both a paradox-free modeling framework for time loop
Sokoto Caliphate Literatures: Importance on Relieving or Remediating Drug Abuse in Northern Nigeria and Muslim Societies
Drug abuse is a menace ravaging in the modern societies. The dangers of drug abuse are plain and ubiquitous and all-pervasive. It causes effects on the body of abusers and non-users. Effects include deterioration of (physical and mental) health, school drop out, school absenteeism, crime, frauds, violence, joblessness, addiction, withdrawal effects, death, injuries, broken homes or families, and many other consequences. That is why it is pertinent to apply the lessons of Sokoto Caliphate literature in preventing drug absolutely abuse in society. The Northern Nigeria Muslims, others Muslims, and even other societies can learn greatly in Sokoto Caliphate literature to tap lessons for preventing drug abuse. The Sokoto Caliphate literature is simple, practical, relevant, and is vast. Literatures in Sokoto Caliphate are due to the jihad orchestrated by Shehu Usmanu Danfodiyo and his friends in the 19th century Hausa states. Books such as Ihya\u27ussunah, Nurul Albab, WasiyyatuSshaikh, Ulumul Muamalah, Udadu dai, Lubabul madkhal are vital in drug abuse prevention for preferring solutions to the menace. The solutions include methods to purify soul and mind from filthy things such as anxiety, fear, depression, sadness, frustrations. The main thing to cure these is true Iman with Allah and stepping on the status of Ihsan. In the literatures, punishment for offenders for taking drugs is outline, need for parental care, sanitizing environments (by governments) are disclosed. The other methods were fully discoursed. It is important to apply the lessons from the Sokoto Caliphate literatures to solve the prevailing drug abuse menace in the environments (societies
