Full text linkThe cooperative must manage the amount of working capital in accordance with the requitments of its operations, taking into account the source and use of funds in the working capital. This study aims to determine and analyze the seources and uses of working capital relation with profitability at KSU Lorosae Makassar. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research that describes how the application of the management of the sources and uses of working capital KSU Lorosae Makassar. The focus of this study is to report the financial KSU Lorosae Makassar consisting of the balance sheet and the income statement during the period 2018-2020. Data analysis used is the analysis of the sources and uses of working capital and ratio analysis profitability. The results showed that the management of the sources and uses of working capital KSU Lorosae Makassar for 3 years has increased and is quite effective in generating profits

However, in recent times the Citra Minang Restaurant has experienced several obstacles that can hinder the progress of its business and labor productivity. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of citra minang restaurants on labor absorption. And this data was collected through direct observation to the research site using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the Citra Minang restaurant has a very significant role in the absorption of labor as well as the local economy and the wider community

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to identity and analyze the impact of motivation and good working environment on employee. The responden of study are employees of PT. Putriana Jaya Utama with a sample of 40 people.Methods of collecting observation data, questionnaires and documentation, and using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis of percentages, research instruments, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 software for Windows. The calculation results are optaining the impacts of motivation and employee working performance is t count of 3,623 to 0,001 sig. The impact of working environment on employee working performance t count of 3,038 to 0,004 sig. The impact of motivation and working environment on employee working performance F count of 42,819 to 0,000 sig. As such motivation and the working environment have positive and significant impact on employee working performance. And the calculation of Coefficient of determination (R2) both motivation and working environment have an impacts of the working performance of 69,8%

Full text linkThis research aims to determine the influence of price, place, product and promotion variables on purchasing decisions at Cafe Pare Bercerita. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the t test for the price variable (X1) have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Place (X2) has a partially significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Product (X3) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion (X4) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test can be concluded that price, place, product and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Cafe Pare Bercerita

Full text linkThe world is experiencing a period of recovery due to the aftermath of the pandemic, several companies have carried out various strategies to ensure performance is going well. Based on financial data listed on the IDX, the growth of the cement industry in Indonesia has the opportunity to grow accompanied by soaring market demand for both private and government infrastructure development. With this research, it is useful to know the calculation of financial performance through financial statement analysis. This research uses non-statistical quantitative methods. The secondary data source is the financial statements of cement subsector BUMN companies using the EVA and MVA methods which can be accessed through the official IDX and company websites. Sampling using purposive sampling method that uses several criteria. The results of the calculation of EVA three companies in 2020 - 2023 in a row are positive, which means that adding value to the company's capital costs results in an income figure above zero in other words there is no minus. While the results of the calculation of two companies in 2022 are negative, which means that they do not add value to the company's capital costs, resulting in income below zero, in other words, minus. The results of the calculation of MVA in all cement sub-sector companies in 2020 - 2023 are positive, which means that adding value to the company's shares results in an income figure above zero, in other words, there is no minu

Full text linkThis research aims to test the effect brand image, advertising and product quality on customer loyalty with brand community as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on AREI members outdoor community in East Priangan. Sampling is carried out using techniques propotioned stratified random sampling, with a sample size of 250, spread across store Tasikmalaya and Garut. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that 1) Brand image, advertising, products, brand community and customer loyalty, in excellent condition; 2) Brand image, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant effect on brand community; 3) Brand image, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 4) Brand community positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 5) Brand image, advertising and product quality influence customer loyalty through the brand community.

Full text linkKesawa Citra Integra is a company engaged in the sale of electronic goods such as aviation equipment, CCTV cameras, solar PV systems and Minearc Safety Systems. Does not produce goods directly but is an official distributor in Indonesia. This research aims to investigate the influence of 1) Work life balance on employee performance, 2) Job satisfaction on employee performance, and 3) Work life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research took place in South Jakarta City using employees as research respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze data and evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (work life balance and job satisfaction) and the dependent variable (employee performance). Proving the research hypothesis uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this research 1) The research results show that work life balance and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Managerial implications and suggestions for further research are discussed based on the findings of this study.

The research method used is a type of qualitative descriptive method using primary data types through interviews with owners and employees. The results of the research explain that based on validity analysis on Sego Babat Sapi’i enterprise it can be concluded that the enterprise is worthy to be carried out. This is because even though the licensing aspect has not yet been licensed, other aspects support the business to be run well.
 
Analisis Financial Distress Dengan Metode Springate, Grover, dan Zmijewski Pada PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) TBK Tahun 2018-2022
Full text linkThis research aims to investigate the financial status by conducting bankruptcy analyses using the Springate, Grover, and Zmijewski Methods on WIKA from 2018 to 2022, and to investigate the differences in the outcomes produced by these three methodologies. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. This study involved interpreting processed data through mathematical procedures, utilizing WIKA’s published financial statements from 2018 to 2022. The results show that according to the Springate method, WIKA experienced financial distress during this period. However, based on the Grover method, WIKA did not experience financial distress from 2018 to 2022. Nevertheless, according to the Zmijewski method, WIKA did not experience financial distress from 2018 to 2021 but faced a distressed situation in 2022
Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Kaos Kaki pada Pt Kahatex Cijerah Kota Cimahi Jawa Barat
Full text linkHis research aims to determine emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance, as well as to determine the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in the sock production section of PT Kahatex Cijerah, Cimahi City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents who were taken from all employees of the production section, the socks department. To see the relationship between 2 variables, the analysis used is path analysis. This study resulted that the effect of emotional intelligence on performance partially was 35.4%. The effect of work stress on performance partially is 39.4%, so that emotional intelligence and work stress together (simultaneously) are 74.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.
