    PT Aaron Innovation is a company that focuses on marketing yummys mother and child products, such as breast milk, maternity food, and baby skincare. With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products

    This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the Lorosae Makassar Business Cooperative in terms of ratio analysis. Data analysis method used ratio analysis. The data collection methods use are library research, observation, interview and documentation.. The results of this study indicate the analysis of the overall liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios based on processed data shows that the financial performance of the Multipurpose Business Cooperative Lorosae Makassar for the period 2016, 2017 and 2018 has not been optimal or is not well assessed yet based on regulatory standards.     This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of profit persistence and interest rates on equity valuation. This study uses a sample of Property and Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The research method used in this study is the purposive sampling method using SPSS 21 for data analysis. This type of company is quantitative with a population of 92 companies and 23 companies that are used as research samples with 5 (five) years of observation, so that the total research sample is 115 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study show that profit persistence has no effect on equity valuation. Meanwhile, interest rates have a significant positive effect on equity valuation

    Impact of leadership style and teamwork on employee performance at Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Subdistrit Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This is to find out about impact of the variabels for leadership style, teamwork and performance. The variables studied using questionnaire method from google form. Indirectly and the result managed by random sampling. The type of research used statistics test, data analysis test that using descriptive test, simple and multiple linear regression test, coefficient correlation and determination test. The next one, sample withdrawal technique that used is random sampling with 75 person of respondent. The results of this research showing that independence variabel have a positive impact and also significant for employees performance. Based on that, it shows us that leadership style (X1), teamwork (X2) and performance (Y) seems fcount 40,033 with  3,124 or 40,033 > 3,124 and the resulting of significant value is 0,000 < 0,05. It is conclude that leadrship style and teamwork having in employees performance at Satpol PP Subdistrit Cengkareng. Analysis result of multiple regression showing result value of coefficient determination in Adjusted Rsquare is 0,527 or 52,7%. It means leadership style and teamwork is simultaneously has an impact of 52,7% for performance, and 47,3% for the other factory which is not researched by this research

    This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Islamic Advertising on Corporate Reputation with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable on Shopeefood application users in Bandar Lampung City from an Islamic business perspective. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection is carried out through a survey with a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The population in this study are Shopeefood application users and domiciled in Bandar Lampung City. The sample of this study was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, and using SEM analysis tools using PLS and the results of data processing obtained using smartpls. The results showed that the variables of Corporate Social Responsibility and Islamic Advertising have a positive and significant effect on Corporate Reputation. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Reputation. The Customer Satisfaction variable mediates the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Reputation. Meanwhile, Customer Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Islamic Advertising on Corporate Reputation

    This research aims to examine the influence of education level, work discipline and leadership on Jaya Bakti Village employees. The population in this research is Jaya Bakti village employees. The sampling technique used in this research was a total of 50 employee data samples. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The test results proved that the variables Educational Level (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Leadership (X3), and Employee Performance had a significant simultaneous effect with the results of multiple linear analysis and the F test. The calculation results were obtained from F-count > from F- table (173.138 > 2.80), while the significant partial effect via the t test was obtained from the t-calculated value on the Education Level variable (X1) of 4.970, the t-calculated value on the Work Discipline variable (X2) was 6.243 t-calculated value The Leadership variable is 2.677 and is greater than the t-table of 2.012. The research results show that the level of education, work discipline and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Jaya Bakti village employees

    This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire aimed at employees of PT Graha Inti Permai. Sampling in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 105 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the Smartpls 4.0 statistical tool. The results of this research provide an explanation that the Workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. However, the Job Stress and Work Motivation variables have no effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. This research shows that work stress is not the main consideration in employee performance. This research has limited research objects which were only carried out on employees of PT.     The digital industrial revolution 4.0 has had a significant impact on various sectors in Indonesia, including the business sector. Currently, one of the digital marketing strategies that UMKM can adopt to promote their products and develop their businesses is the use of e-commerce. This scientific article was written to reveal the importance of digital marketing in facing the challenges of the digital industrial era 4.0, especially for UMKM. The method used in writing this article is qualitative descriptive research, with data collection through literature study. Data collection was carried out by referring to books, journals and online sources, which were then cited as the theoretical basis for writing. The research results show that digital marketing is a relevant strategy to be implemented in the current digital era, especially for UMKM. By implementing digital marketing, UMKM have a great opportunity to develop their business and expand their market reach. E-commerce as a form of digital marketing needs to be implemented by UMKM because it makes it easier to market their products

    This research aims to describe the development of small business networks as an effort to create jobs for the younger generation and low-skilled communities. Referring to the teachings of Pacem in Terris which emphasize social justice, human rights and economic prosperity, small businesses are seen as an effective solution in facing the challenge of unemployment, especially among these vulnerable groups. SME networks have the potential to provide training, employment opportunities and skills development that can increase individual competitiveness in the labor market. This article also explores the application of Pacem in Terris principles, particularly solidarity and cooperation between individuals and groups, in small and medium enterprise development policies and programs to create inclusive and sustainable employment opportunities. It is hoped that this research will provide insight for policy makers and practitioners in formulating more effective strategies to support economic empowerment and poverty alleviation through strengthening the SME sector
