Pengaruh Pendidikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi: Kajian Literatur pada Negara Berkembang di Indonesia
Full text linkArticle discusses the influence of education on economic growth in developing countries, with a special focus on Indonesia. Education is considered a key factor in improving the quality of human resources, which contributes to economic growth. The three main theories that explain this relationship are human capital theory, allocation theory, and class growth theory. Human capital theory suggests that higher education can increase productivity and wages, despite criticism regarding job quality. Allocation theory highlights the role of education in allocating individuals based on educational strata, while class growth theory highlights the impact of education on social inequality. In Indonesia, challenges faced in the education sector include inequality of access and poor infrastructure, especially in remote areas. Despite increasing education budgets, data shows that classroom infrastructure problems are still not fully resolved. This article emphasizes the importance of research and development to improve the quality of education, which in turn is expected to encourage economic growth and reduce social problems such as unemployment and crime. Successful examples from other countries, such as South Korea, show that a strong education system can contribute significantly to economic growth. The method used in this research is a literature review, which collects and analyzes various studies related to the influence of education on economic growth. The literature sources used include books, academic journals, and research reports, which allows the authors to gain a broader picture of trends, findings, and research gaps in this topic
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Memanfaatkan Limbah Sampah Plastik Melalui Metode Ecobrick di Desa Pamarayan
Full text linkPlastic is a non-organic waste that has uses, especially in daily activities. Plastic is widely used by traders to package food and others. The widespread use of plastic by the community and its indiscriminate disposal after use can lead to the accumulation of waste. The problem can be solved with the 3R strategy, namely Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Not all locations have facilities to dispose of waste. Nowadays, landfills are a necessity, so it is necessary to provide these facilities. The solution is to make ecobrick products because they can be made easily. This research aims to increase public awareness in Pamarayan Village, Jiput Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province regarding ecobrick products as an invitation to care for the environment in order to create a healthy environment. The method used was the observation method and the approach was training in ecobricking. The result is that the community can understand the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and health through proper waste sorting, and are able to make ecobrick products in the form of trash cans from bottle waste for personal or community use

Full text linkIn recent years, the idea of leadership has changed dramatically to keep up with the quick advancements in technology, society, and the economy. Effective leadership has a direct impact on organizational productivity. A leader who properly manages human resources makes sure that workers are efficient and productive. Leaders create a positive work atmosphere, improve employee motivation, and give clear directions. Effective leadership increases productivity and helps organizations reach their objectives. Therefore, a leadership approach that emphasizes individual development is essential to enhancing overall organizational performance. In this study, the literature review approach is used. The results of this study of the literature suggest that inclusive, flexible, and technology-based leadership are all necessary for effective leadership in the current day. Employee engagement, well-being, and performance have all been demonstrated to improve under leadership that emphasizes personal growth and active team participation. Leadership that prioritizes technology utilization, interpersonal interactions, and change adaptation is essential to an organization's future success

Full text linkPopulation growth is a significant phenomenon in the context of global economic development. This article discusses the dynamics of population growth and its impact on a sustainable economy. Rapid growth can provide opportunities, such as increased labor force and larger consumption markets, but it also brings serious challenges, including pressure on limited natural resources and infrastructure. With an eye on the interaction between population and economy, effective strategies need to be put in place to ensure that population growth becomes an asset, not a burden. Investments in education, sustainable infrastructure development, and inclusive migration policies are key to achieving the desired balance. This article emphasizes the importance of integration between population growth and economic sustainability to build an inclusive and prosperous future for all.

Full text linkThis study aims to examine the influence of dividend policy, investment decisions, company growth, and profitability on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020-2022. The company value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio, while the independent variables include dividend policy measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), investment decisions using the Price Earnings Ratio (PER), company growth measured by asset growth, and profitability measured by the Net Profit Margin (NPM). This research utilizes a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression techniques to analyze secondary data obtained from the companies' annual financial reports. The findings indicate that dividend policy, investment decisions, company growth, and profitability simultaneously have a significant impact on the company's value. Partially, dividend policy, investment decisions, and company growth have a significant positive effect on company value, while profitability shows a more varied influence. These findings highlight the importance of company management in considering consistent dividend policies, strategic investment decisions, and effective profitability management to enhance company value and attract investors

Full text linkThis study aims to test the influence of Perceived Ease and Perceived Security on the Decision of OVO E-Wallet Users. The data collection method uses a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online. The population used is Active Students of Jakarta State University (D3, D4, S1) with the criteria of Domiciled in Jabodetabek; aged 18 years and over; and have used the OVO E-wallet service as a payment transaction method in the last 2 weeks. This study involved 100 respondents, and the data was analyzed using SPSS Version 29 to manage data and analyze the results of the study using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study indicate that 1) perceived ease has a positive and significant effect on user decisions, 2) perceived security has a positive and significant effect on user decisions, 3) perceived ease and perceived security simultaneously influence user decisions
Pengaruh Globalisasi terhadap Pembangunan Ekonomi di Negara Berkembang
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the impact of globalization on economic development in developing countries, focusing on both its positive and negative effects. Globalization has accelerated the integration of the global economy, enabling developing countries to access global markets, advanced technologies, and foreign direct investment (FDI). On the other hand, globalization also presents challenges such as economic inequality, dependency on developed nations, and resource exploitation. Using a qualitative approach with a literature review method, this study explores various data and literature from scientific journals, international organization reports, and related publications. The findings reveal that globalization significantly contributes to economic growth in developing countries through increased international trade, technology transfer, and job creation. However, these effects are not evenly distributed across sectors and social groups, leading to income disparities and uneven development. Furthermore, globalization pressures often push developing countries to adopt economic policies that are less supportive of local sectors, reducing domestic economic competitiveness. This study recommends the importance of balanced and sustainable development-oriented policies to maximize the benefits of globalization while minimizing its adverse impacts. Thus, developing countries can optimize globalization’s potential as a tool for inclusive and sustainable economic development

The research method used was the saturated sampling technique using the entire population as a sample with a total of 30 employees at the Cap Lapan Kuda restaurant, Blitar City. The results of this research state that work environment variables partially influence work discipline and communication does not partially influence work discipline. However, simultaneously the work environment and communication variables influence work discipline

Through product and service innovation, fintech is making access to sustainable financial products easier, encouraging wider participation in the green economy. The role of fintech in driving global sustainable transactions and green investments is increasingly significant as the need for environmentally friendly financial solutions grows. Financial technology (fintech) facilitates wider access to green finance through inclusive and efficient digital platforms. Fintech contributes to carbon footprint reduction by adopting digital-based technologies to replace traditional resource-intensive financial processes. In addition, fintech also encourages green investment by providing services such as crowdlending for renewable energy projects, green asset tokenisation, and sustainability-based portfolio monitoring applications. Collaboration between fintech, regulators, and the traditional financial sector is key in creating an ecosystem that supports the transition to a low-carbon economy. This article discusses the strategic role of fintech in driving sustainable transactions and global green investments, the challenges faced, as well as the future potential to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs)

Full text linkShariah banking has developed rapidly over the past few decades, but the development of shariah banking services is still not optimal. This article aims to analyze the development of shariah banking services from the perspective of Maqasid Syariah. The research findings indicate that the development of shariah banking services must be based on the principles of Maqasid Syariah, namely protecting religion, life, intellect, progeny, and wealth. This article also finds that shariah banking services that meet the principles of Maqasid Syariah can increase public trust in shariah banking and improve community welfare.. Therefore, shariah banks must develop more innovative services that meet community needs based on the principles of Maqasid Syariah
