Analisis Pertumbuhan Sepeda Listrik dan Upaya Pencegahan Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas di Indonesia
This research analyzes the growth of electric bicycles and efforts to prevent traffic accidents in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study to collect and analyze data from various sources. The results show that stricter regulations, supportive infrastructure development, and traffic safety education are needed to reduce the risk of accidents. Consistent law enforcement is also key in reducing the number of accidents involving electric bicycles. With these steps, it is hoped that a safer driving environment can be created for electric bicycle users in Indonesia

This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the influence of transactional leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable in car variations in Jambi City and to find out whether there is a mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of leadership on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique uses Structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS program. The results show that transactional leadership and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a mediating role
Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Produk Kosmetik Judydoll
This study aims to identify the key factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions for Judydoll cosmetic products, focusing on social recommendations and online reviews. Data was collected from 97 respondents, mostly females aged 18-23. The results indicate that social media (69%) is the primary source of information, and factors influencing purchase decisions include product quality, affordable pricing, and attractive packaging. Recommendations from friends/family (57.5%) and online reviews also significantly impact decisions. The majority of consumers are satisfied and intend to repurchase. This study suggests that Judydoll should continue utilizing social media, maintain product quality, and pay attention to pricing and packaging to enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty
Kontribusi Perusahaan Multinasional terhadap Pengembangan Sektor Ekonomi di Indonesia
indonesia, the world's 15th largest economy, receives less foreign direct investment than any other developing country, both within and outside its region, with a population of 270 million people and abundant natural resources. According to Indonesia's Central Bureau of Statistics, the country's BPD at that time stood at US$1.49 Trillion. Over the past ten years, foreign direct investment into Indonesia has continued to increase. Multinational companies are companies that consist of various other companies that provide foreign investment opportunities and conduct activities that increase the value of the entity. In addition, multinational companies also have an important role in the global economy and are also leaders in various industrial sectors. The purpose of this research is to find out Multinational Companies that have an important role in the Indonesian economy. This research method uses a qualitative method by collecting research data from previous researchers as a reference. The results of the research we found show that the role of multinational companies has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact for Indonesia is that they give Indonesia the opportunity to develop its economy through foreign exchange, besides that Multinational Companies also develop digitalization technology for the Indonesian economy. In addition to the positive impact, there are also negative impacts of MNCs, namely, dependence on foreign technology and components, limiting the development of domestic industries, limited technology transfer and development of local companies, decreased domestic investment due to the oligopolistic nature of MNCs, the last is environmental degradation and social inequality caused by MNC operations
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Donsu (Donat Susu) Cibaduyut
Choosing a specific brand from a variety of brand options is a purchase decision. In this study, Product Quality and Service Quality are considered the two main factors influencing the purchase decision of milk donuts at DONSU Cibaduyut. The purpose of this research is to analyze how these two factors affect the purchasing decision. The research was conducted at DONSU Cibaduyut, involving 96 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling method, with an unknown population size. Data were collected through closed questionnaires with a rating scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. This study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis of the data obtained. To analyze the data, regression analysis was used, and hypothesis testing was carried out using T-tests and F-tests. The results of the study revealed three main findings in line with the proposed hypotheses: 1) Product Quality does not significantly affect the Purchase Decision; 2) Service Quality significantly affects the Purchase Decision; 3) Product Quality and Service Quality together influence the Purchase Decision
Dampak Kebijakan Pembangunan Ekonomi terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kota
This study aims to analyze the impact of economic development policies on income inequality and the welfare of the community in Medan City. Using a qualitative method, this research examines how the economic development policies implemented by the local government affect income distribution and social welfare among the city’s residents. The data used in this study were obtained from 10 interviews with respondents consisting of community members, community leaders, and relevant local government officials, as well as regional economic statistical data. The analysis identifies the relationship between the implemented economic policies and changes in income inequality and quality of life, and explores the factors influencing the success or failure of these policies. The findings indicate that, although there has been progress in economic development, income inequality remains significant, with many of the less fortunate citizens still not fully benefiting from the development policies. Therefore, this study provides recommendations for the local government to formulate more inclusive and equitable policies to reduce economic disparities and improve the welfare of the community more effectively. This research is expected to contribute to the formulation of more targeted policies aimed at addressing social and economic disparities in the future

This study aims to determine the effect of net profit and cash flow on stock prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023. This research approach uses an associative research approach. The population in this study are companies engaged in the pharmaceutical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023, totaling 10 companies. The sample that meets the criteria in this study is 7 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023. The data collection technique in this study is a documentation study. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing including t-tests, f-tests and coefficients of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially net profit does not affect stock prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023, partially cash flow does not affect stock prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023, then net profit and cash flow simultaneously affect stock prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023
Peran Human Capital dalam Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Indonesia, Sebuah Analisis Deskriptif
In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, the role of human capital has become the main focus of economic development in various countries, including Indonesia. Through descriptive qualitative analysis of various existing literature, this study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between human capital and economic growth in Indonesia. The research shows that investment in education and health can drive economic growth, with high human capital going straight to the level of economic growth in Indonesia. Countries that align human capital development with labor market needs tend to benefit more
Analisis Faktor Internal Nilai - Nilai Perusahaan Tembakau yang Terdaftar di Bei Periode 2019-2023
This study aims to analyze the impact of Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), and Earnings Per Share (EPS) on firm value in the tobacco sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results show that a high ROE, as seen in HMSP, reflects efficient equity management and positively contributes to increased firm value, while low ROE in GGRM and ITIC indicates inefficiency. ROA analysis reveals that all four issuers have very high average ROA, indicating efficiency in utilizing assets to generate profits. Regarding EPS, the increase in ITIC and WIIM reflects improved financial performance, whereas the decline in EPS at GGRM and HMSP may reduce investor attractiveness. Overall, the study concludes that ROE, ROA, and EPS are important indicators influencing firm value, although they should be considered along with other external factors for a more comprehensive understanding
Transformasi Pembayaran Internasional: Peran CBDC dan Integrasi dengan Ekosistem Fintech
This article discusses the transformation of international payments that continues to develop along with technological advances and increasing needs for efficiency, speed, and security in conducting cross-border transactions. This development is marked by the innovation of international payments with the existence of CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) and its integration with fintech, as a digital currency issued by the Central Bank. In this study, the research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Where data can be obtained through informal group discussions, literature studies, and from various sources of information related to the transformation of international payments, CBDC, and the fintech ecosystem. The results of the study show that there has been a transformation of international payments that started from manual or cash transactions, until now it can carry out digital payment transactions using CBDC payment innovations. However, there are challenges or risks in using CBDC, namely related to data security and privacy, new financial technology regulations, changes in consumer behavior, and financial stability risks. This article is expected to provide insight for industry players to be able to utilize the potential of CBDC and fintech in building a more modern and sustainable international financial system
