Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023
This study aims to determine whether CR, DER, and ROA affect changes in profit. The data obtained using the quantitative descriptive method with the criteria (1) Consumer Goods Industry Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and consistently exist during the 2019-2023 research period, (2) Consumer Goods Industry Companies that provide financial report data during the 2019-2023 research period and consumer goods industry companies do not generate negative profits. The results of the analysis show that the data used in this study meet the classical assumptions, which include: no symptoms of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, and normally distributed data. From the results of the regression analysis shows that the most influential on the independent variable of profit growth is the profitability ratio. With the results shown that the profitability ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth
Efektivitas Simulasi Monsoonsim terhadap Pemahaman Perdagangan Internasional Pada Mahasiswa
This study evaluates the effectiveness of MonsoonSIM in enhancing the understanding of students in the International Trade Program for the ASEAN & China Region at Politeknik APP Jakarta regarding international trade concepts. A quantitative method was employed, using purposive sampling to select two student groups: Group A (semester 1), who had not used MonsoonSIM, and Group B (semester 3), who had experienced the use of MonsoonSIM. Data were collected through a quiz consisting of ten questions covering essential aspects of international trade, such as business management, supply chain, marketing, and demand forecasting. The results were analyzed using a paired t-test at a 5% significance level. The analysis revealed a t-value of 8.25, significantly exceeding the critical t-table value of 2.262, indicating a substantial improvement in students' understanding after using MonsoonSIM. Furthermore, semester 3 students demonstrated better comprehension compared to semester 1 students, confirming that MonsoonSIM effectively enhances not only theoretical understanding but also analytical and decision-making skills. This study concludes that MonsoonSIM is a superior simulation-based learning tool compared to traditional theoretical methods, making a vital contribution to the practical and applicable development of international trade education
Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Penjualan Serum Hanasui
The cosmetics industry in Indonesia continues to experience rapid development, especially with increasing consumer preferences for local products. Hanasui, as a local cosmetic brand, offers quality facial serum at affordable prices which is available on various e-commerce platforms. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing Hanasui serum, including product quality, price, online reviews and social recommendations. Referring to previous research, factors such as social class, reference groups, product knowledge, and online customer reviews are known to play an important role in cosmetic product purchasing decisions. The findings of this research are expected to provide in-depth insight for manufacturers and marketers to formulate more effective marketing strategies, increase customer loyalty, and strengthen Hanasui's position in the local cosmetics market.
 
Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Produk Wardah
This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Wardah, a leading cosmetic brand in Indonesia. The main focus of the research is to identify the effectiveness of Wardah’s marketing strategies in boosting sales and customer loyalty. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are Wardah consumers. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to describe the relationship between marketing strategies and consumer behavior. The findings reveal that digital-based marketing strategies, product quality, and Islamic brand image significantly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for depeloping more effective marketing strategies.
 
Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Finansial Teknologi, Dan Sikap Keuangan Terhadap Minat Belanja Di E-Commerce : (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Pengguna Aplikasi Shopee)
This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial technology and financial attitudes on shopping interest in e-commerce (case study of students at the Faculty of Ereconomy and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, users of the Shopee application). Quantitative Research Method and for the sample in this study the author used a purposive sampling method. The sample size used in this research was 96 respondents and focused on Shopee users who were also students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta.
The analysis method uses the Multiple Linear Regression method and the research scale uses a Likert scale. The results of this research show that partially the Financial Literacy variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping (Y) of 3.787 > 1.986 with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05), the Financial Technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping Interest (Y) is 2.610 > 1.986 with a significant value of (0.011 < 0.05), the Financial Attitude variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping (Y) of 5.097 > 1.986 with a significant value of (0.000 < 0.05). Then simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on Shopping Interest with a result of 33,670 > 2.70 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05
Peran Kewirausahaan Dalam Memajukan Perekonomian Bangsa
This research aims to give stakeholders access to assessment resources so that entrepreneurship can provide the best thing for the progress of the nation's economy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The data collection technique used by the author in this research is a literature study taken from google scholar. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship plays a role in encouraging the economic activities of families, communities, companies, and countries. The dynamics of these business activities can encourage economic growth and improve people's welfare. The number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still small compared to the population so efforts to increase entrepreneurship must continue. Empirical evidence indicates that entrepreneurs significantly contribute to enhancing the standard of living of people, communities, and nations. Another factor that determines the development of a rich nation and society is entrepreneurship
Pengaruh Brand Ambassador dan Flash Sale Terhadap Impulse Buying Consumer di Marketplace Shopee Pada Generasi Z
This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Ambassadors and Flash Sale on Impulse Buying in the Shopee marketplace. The sampling technique in this study is Generation Z who uses the Shopee application. The instrument for collecting data in this study was a questionnaire with 120 respondents. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that the Brand Ambassador (X1) and Flash Sale (X2) variables have a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying in the Shopee marketplace. In the coefficient of determination, the brand ambassador and flash sale variables have an effect of 36.4% on impulse buying consumers and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study

This research aims to determine the influence of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Province Environmental Service. In this research, researchers used quantitative methods with research hypothesis testing carried out using outer model and inner model tests in SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 program which is useful for analyzing the effect of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service using 150 respondents who were distributed through questionnaires in the Integrated Waste Management Unit area of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service. The results of the research that has been carried out are as shown in the following brief explanation: (1) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y). (2) The Job Satisfaction variable (Z) influences employee performance (Y). (3) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y). Konstruksi Portofolio di Bursa Efek Indonesia ( BEI ) Dengan Metode Markowitz: Studi Empiris Kompas 100 Periode Desember 2014-September 2023

Investment development is currently very rapid. Ownership of 2 or more items can called a portofolio.Investments will experience increases and decreases in the portofolio. This research aims to understand the level of return of portofolios formed through Markowitz and also a comparison between portfolios returm with market capitalization and weighting. The shares in the portfolio are shares listed on the Kompas 100 Index. This research uses end of month data for the period December 2014 to September 2023.The results of this research found that 61 shares included in the portolio did not have a negative weight.the next result of this research is that the market rate of return portolio (IHSG) Significantly influences the rate of return of the portfolio that has been formed based on market capitalization significantly 1% Other macro variables US Dollar exchange rate.Interest rates and oil prices do not significantly affect the rate of return portfolios formed based on Market Capitalization
Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perpajakan, Motivasi Sosial, Dan Motivasi Karir Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Dalam Mengikuti Pelatihan Brevet Pajak
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of tax knowledge, social motivation and career motivation on students' interest in participating in tax brevet training. This research is quantitative research by collecting data using survey methods. The sample for this research was 77 accounting students who were actively registered at Yapis University, Papua. Sampling used simple random sampling technique. The results of this research indicate that tax knowledge has a significant effect on interest in participating in tax brevet training. Meanwhile, social motivation and career motivation do not have a significant effect on interest in participating in tax brevet training
