This study explores the various challenges faced by Sharia banking in the digital era, such as data security, technology integration, and regulatory adaptation. In addition, this article also discusses the opportunities that open up for the development of Sharia banking in the digital era, including the potential to increase financial access for the community, the development of innovative products and services, as well as the strengthening of relationships with customers through digital platforms. Analisis Pengaruh Ekspor, Nilai Tukar, dan Inflasi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Indonesia Tahun 1993-2023
Full text linkThe focus of this research is how exports, exchange rates, and inflation affect Indonesia's economic growth. For 30 secondary data, the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model is used. The results showed that there was an insignificant positive relationship between exports and economic growth, and that increased export activity could have an insignificant positive effect on economic growth. In addition, the depreciation of the rupiah exchange rate increases the competitiveness of domestic products in the international market, so that the rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies also has a significant impact on economic growth. However, the results of the study show that inflation also has a negative impact on economic growth. The economy can be disrupted by declining people's purchasing power, stunted investment, and high inflation

Full text linkIn developing more advanced human resources it is very important, proper employee management can realize human resources or improve the performance of skilled workers and help agencies achieve their goals. West Bekasi District is one of the state administrative bodies responsible for coordinating government administration, serving and empowering the surrounding community. There are several problems, namely a lack of supervision from the leadership, so that there are still employees who arrive late and do not come in without explanation and the facilities provided are inadequate so that employee performance is still less than optimal. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 37 respondents from the West Bekasi District Office. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data processing uses SPSS 22 to carry out multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially or simultaneously leadership and the work environment have a positive effect on employee performance

This research is qualitative with descriptive approach. The data collection method used was observation and interviews with five key informants. Data analysis techniques in this study using Miles and Huberman model with steps such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the competence of employees in Biscuit Division Warehouse Department still needs to be improved, including the recruitment process. Indicators of competence in this research were taken from Spencer, they are knowledge, skills, attitudes, personality, and motives. Some employees have good competence, but some others must continue fostered and directed by trainings, the application of reward and punishment, emotional approach, etc

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to determine the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the ratio of liquidity and profitability of own capital in 2017-2019. The liquidity ratios used in this study are the current ratio, the quick ratio, and the cash ratio. And the profitability of own capital. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, and uses the type of secondary data which is data that has been processed in the form of financial reports sourced from PT. Pajjaiang Indah which consists of a profit and loss statement and balance sheet from 2017-2019. The results of the analysis of the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah Makassar, in terms of the liquidity ratio aspect from 2017-2019, using the Current Ratio calculation, the liquidity level shows an average of 1.82 times or 182% of the standard 2 times or 200%, this means the level of liquidity at PT . Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Current Ratio (Current Ratio) is declared illiquid. Meanwhile, in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect, it shows an average of 1.69 times or 169% from the standard 1.5 times or 150%, this means that the liquidity level of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect is declared liquid. And viewed from the aspect of the Cash Ratio (Cash Ratio) shows an average of 0.24 times or 24% of the standard 1 time or 100%, this means the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Cash Ratio aspect is declared illiquid. From the description of the three aspects of the liquidity ratio, it can be concluded that the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 – 2019 was low. From the results of the analysis of the profitability ratio of its own capital, PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 - 2019 obtained an average calculation of 24% from the standard 40%, it can be concluded that the average level of profitability of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 – 2019 was low

Full text linkThis research aims to examine the influence of service quality, Atmosphere Store, bundling product and point of purchase to Impulsive buying through Corporate image as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on Alfamart Members in the North Ciamis Region. Sampling is carried out using techniques propotioned stratified random sampling, with a total sample size of 210 samples, spread across 16 Alfamart stores in the North Ciamis Region. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that, 1) Service quality is in good condition, whereas Atmosphere Store, Bundling product, Point of purchase, Corporate image and Impulsive buying in very good condition; 2) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase positive and significant effect on Corporate image; 3) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying; 4) Corporate image positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying; 5) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase influence on Impulsive buying through Corporate image as an intervening variable.

Full text linkInflation is a complex economic phenomenon and has a broad impact, including on a country's import policy. When inflation occurs, domestic prices of goods and services increase, thereby increasing production and consumption costs. As a result, producers must increase product prices to maintain profit margins, which can reduce domestic demand and increase demand for imports because local prices become more expensive than imported goods. In addition, inflation also weakens the value of a country's currency, increases the demand for foreign exchange to pay for imports, and worsens the exchange rate. Countries with high inflation rates often experience trade deficits due to a surge in imports and a decline in exports, which in turn depletes foreign exchange reserves because they are needed to pay foreign debt and import goods that are needed but can no longer be exported. To overcome inflation, countries can adjust their strategies. import with more effective measures. Several steps that can be taken include: (1) Optimizing the Import List, namely prioritizing essential goods that are difficult to re-export; (2) Negotiation of Import Tariffs, with the aim of reducing import costs and increasing trade flexibility; and (3) Investment in the Local Manufacturing Sector, in order to reduce dependence on imports and increase domestic competitiveness. With this strategy, import policies can be anticipated and prepared proactively to be more effective in dealing with inflationary conditions. Full text linkEquitable economic development in Indonesia is an important strategic issue to improve people's welfare. The purpose of this study is to examine how equitable development can reduce regional economic disparities and improve people's access to essential services including infrastructure, healthcare, and education. The research methodology was a qualitative approach with a literature review, which involved collecting and evaluating information from various academic sources and government records. The findings of this study show that equitable development enhances local economic growth and job creation in addition to improving living standards for populations in less developed areas. In addition, equitable development contributes to social and political stability, reduces conflict due to inequality, and strengthens national unity. This research provides recommendations for more effective and sustainable development equity policies, involving the active role of local governments and communities to achieve equitable and inclusive economic growth across Indonesia
