Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website, variasi produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap minat beli konsumen pada pengguna marketplace Bukalapak di Kabupaten Demak. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang dipilih adalah pengguna atau pelanggan marketplace Bukalapak di Kabupaten Demak. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis datanya mengunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dimana datanya diolah melalui SPSS versi 25. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kualitas website memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Variasi produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Serta persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen

Full text linkOne non-organic waste that is used extensively in daily life is plastic, particularly for food packaging vendors and as a raw material for toy manufacturers. Waste will result from the vast amount of plastic that residents of Medan Krio use and discard after consumption. The goal of the research program's implementation is to enable locals to recycle waste materials to create valuable products. The village of Medan Krio Village has a high population density, which has led to the development of waste management issues. The village has traditionally disposed of waste by burning it and throwing it beside the street, which is why there is a garbage stench. which has a strong odor as a result of careless trash dumping. In light of this issue, Ecobricks may offer a way to lessen plastic waste and turn it into products with a positive economic impact. Method: PAR (Participatory Action Research), which is study that identifies issues and then offers potential solutions. Findings: The Ecobrick technique is being used in Medan Krio Village to make use of plastic waste. Full text linkHuman resources are the most important capital and wealth in every human activity, meaning that a company cannot function properly without human resources. Employees have a role as planners, implementers and supervisors who always play an active role in realizing company goals. The success of a company greatly influences the performance of its employees, because employee performance is a very important starting point for the success of the company.
This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. XYZ This research design uses a quantitative research design. The population and sample size in this study were all 68 employees of PT XYZ. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Partical Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software.
The research results show that; work discipline, leadership, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance; work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant effect on motivation; and work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant influence on performance which mediates motivation

Full text linkThis study aims to investigate the influence of macroeconomic factors on the performance of the maritime business in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. Utilizing a literature review approach, this research analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on maritime businesses and its relationship with macroeconomic factors. Prior to the pandemic, the maritime business experienced stable growth, driven by macroeconomic growth and increasing international trade. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the landscape of the maritime industry by causing a decline in trade volume, increased operational costs, and changes in trade patterns. Macroeconomic factors such as economic growth and market demand dynamics also affect the operational conditions and business strategies of shipping companies. The implications of these findings underscore the need for adaptation and innovation in maritime business practices, including investment in technology and infrastructure, as well as international collaboration to address the challenges faced. Future research can deepen understanding of changes in international trade dynamics and identify more effective adaptation strategies for shipping companies in this post-pandemic era. Thus, this study makes a significant contribution to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by the maritime industry in the future

In the Pancur sub-district, the wooden household furniture industry is very easy to find because almost every village has household-scale furniture production. In carrying out household furniture industry production, education and work experience are pending factors in the production process. Low levels of education and work experience in the furniture industry can be a problem in production. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how work experience and education level influence the production of home furniture industry in Pancur sub-district, Rembang district. The quantitative descriptive method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the level of education does not have a significant impact on furniture production. furniture in the home industry, on the other hand, work experience influences the production of the home furniture industry. However, together the level of education and work experience has a significant influence. This is because the level of education can strengthen the level of work experience

Full text linkA comfortable and good work environment is a collection of processes that encourage employee behavior and encourage the achievement of company goals. The work environment is things related to the workplace itself and can influence the way he does his work. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Bandar Bakau Jaya. This research used a questionnaire method with a Likert scale which was distributed to 37 respondents. The variables studied include work environment (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and employee performance (Y). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and data quality testing through validity and reliability tests. The research results show that a good work environment, such as adequate lighting, appropriate temperature, and good ventilation, has a positive influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Most respondents agree that the conditions of their work environment affect productivity and the quality of work results. This research suggests that companies continue to improve working environmental conditions to increase employee satisfaction and performance

This business was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and at that time only the company implemented a take away strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. This study uses a type of Quantitative research. The population of this study were customers / visitors of Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. The sample collection method used is Non-Probability Sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling approach method with the hair formula and a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. The results stated that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and then simultaneously product quality and service quality affect purchasing decisions

This research method is quantitative research. The population of this study was 44 regular donors and 9 orphan guardian donors with a total of 53 donors and the sample in this study was 53 donors using a census sample. The data source in this research is primary data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The statistical tool used to test the hypothesis is regression with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the analysis show that the variables of transparency and accountability have a significant effect on the level of donor trust
Analisis Perilaku Ekonomi Generasi Z Muslim dalam Berbelanja Online di E-Commerce dari Sudut Pandang Islam di Kecamatan Mamuju
Full text linkThis study aims to analyse the economic behaviour in online shopping of generation Z Islam in Mamuju District from the perspective of Islamic consumption behaviour. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through interviews with generation Z Muslim informants from five groups/communities in Mamuju Sub-district to explore their experiences in online shopping in e-commerce and how it is analysed from an Islamic perspective. The results showed that based on an Islamic perspective, the informants' consumption behaviour can be explained as follows: 1) They choose products based on cleanliness, quality, and authenticity. 2) Informants buy goods based on rating, price, description, user reviews, and bestseller status so that online transactions become transparent and honest. 3) Informants shop simply, according to their needs and financial capabilities, and shop 2-3 times per month on average. 4) Informants do not buy goods that are prohibited in Islam and help the economy. 5) They avoid impulsiveness by putting items in the basket first before buying, and the majority use the pay-on-site (COD) and ShopeePay methods to comply with religious rules. The conclusion of this study is that the majority of informants behave in accordance with consumption ethics in Islam, although there are a small number who are not yet in accordance due to the influence of changing times and lack of self-control in making economic decisions
