    Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada CV Firjhi Karya Group

    This research aims to determine the effect of training and development on employee work productivity at CV FIRJHI KARYA GROUP East Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents and the data was processed using the SPSS.21 application. Results Research shows that training has a partial positive effect and significant to employee work productivity, as evidenced by the T Test obtained from The calculated t value is 4.544 > greater than the t table 2.051 and the significance value is 0.000 < smaller than 0.05. And partial development has a positive effect significant impact on employee work productivity, as evidenced by the T Test results obtained from The calculated t value is 6.582 > greater than the t table 2.051 and the significance value is 0.001 < smaller than 0.05. Then Training and Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This is proven based on the F Test results obtained from the calculated f value of 103.510 > greater than f table 3.34 and a significance value of 0.000 < smaller than 0.05

    This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality of M Banking KB Star on customer satisfaction at PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Bekasi Branch. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is 3.016. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects were consumers of Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Bekasi Branch. The results of this research show that the product quality and service quality variables partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on the consumer satisfaction variable

    Social media has become an essential tool in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in this digital era. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in supporting the growth and success of MSMEs. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the various benefits obtained by MSMEs from the use of social media, including increased visibility and market reach, more intensive customer interactions, and enhanced brand awareness and business image. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced by MSMEs in leveraging social media, including limitations in digital knowledge and skills, as well as managing limited time and resources. Based on these findings, this study concludes that it is important for MSMEs to equip themselves with the necessary digital knowledge and skills, and to develop targeted and sustainable marketing strategies through social media. Additionally, support from government and non-profit organizations in the form of training, resources, and technical assistance can also help MSMEs harness the full potential of social media for their business growth. By overcoming these challenges, MSMEs can maximize the benefits of social media in supporting the growth and success of their businesses in an increasingly digital market

    This research aims to identify factors that influence tourists' interest in revisiting the Aslan Hill natural tourist attraction. The methodology used is to use a quantitative approach with data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to the sample (research respondents) totaling 96 people. Through quantitative analysis with the help of Smart PLS software. 4, this study found that although the three independent variables (tourism facilities, price perception, and destination image) had a positive relationship with revisit intention, only price perception and destination image had a statistically significant influence. Apart from that, this research also confirms that the mediating variable is visitor satisfaction in the relationship between price perception and destination image and interest in visiting again, where satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of tourist facilities on interest in visiting again, while satisfaction can mediate the relationship between price perception and destination image on interest in visiting. return to the Aslan Hill Nature tourist attraction.     This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation on employee productivity at CV. Sumber Jaya Springs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies. The results show that both external and internal motivation have a significant impact on employee productivity. Financial incentives such as bonuses and allowances, as well as recognition and appreciation from management, are proven effective in increasing employee motivation. Additionally, supportive leadership styles and conducive work environments also play important roles in enhancing work productivity. This study provides new insights and practical recommendations for companies in their efforts to improve employee productivity through effective motivation management. &nbsp

    The aim of this research is to discuss innovation in marketing management of village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through social customer relationship management (SCRM), digitalization and technological guidance assistance. The method used is a systematic literature review method. Systematic literature reviews are used for the process of identifying, evaluating and interpreting research results relevant to research objectives that include research questions, topic areas and related phenomena. One of the main reasons for conducting qualitative research is because the research is exploratory in nature. Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that social customer relationship management is defined as a business philosophy and strategy, supported by technology platforms, business rules, processes and social characteristics, which are designed to involve customers in collaborative conversations to deliver mutually beneficial value in a trusted and transparent business environment. Micro, small and medium enterprises need to maintain good relationships with customers and increase their loyalty through knowledge and fulfilling customer needs quickly and precisely. One of the keys for micro, small and medium enterprises to survive in today's competitive business world is through business digitalization, where micro, small and medium enterprises can take advantage of this to develop business performance.     This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, compensation and work environment on performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on employees at the Branch Collection Unit & Recovery Asset Sales of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling technique, with a total sample size of 123 samples, which were spread across 10 offices of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that, leadership style, compensation, work environment, motivation and performance, in very good condition. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership style, compensation and work environment affect performance with motivation as an intervening variable. &nbsp

    E-commerce is the main driver of the digital economy in Indonesia at 77%. The 2020-2022 Covid-19 pandemic is increasingly encouraging changes in consumer behavior from direct stores to online. This research was carried out to determine the comparison of offline and online Meccanism fashion sales as an effort to attract consumers. The method is descriptive statistics and the Run Wald Wolfowitz comparison test. The result is that there are significant differences in fashion Meccanism's online and offline sales methods as an effort to attract consumers. Average offline sales are greater than online sales. This means that consumer preferences prefer offline purchases compared to online for fashion Meccanism. However, both methods are equally important to attract consumers. Suggestions for business actors to implement a mix of offline and online sales strategies as an effort to attract consumers and increase sales. The way to do this is by understanding consumer behavior online and offline in shopping.
