Respon Petani Lorong Pelaksana Urban Farming Terhadap Pengembangan Agribisnis Cabai Di Kota Makassar
Get PDFUrban farming in Makassar City is one of the government programs called Lorong Garden where the people who carry out this activity are called alley farmers and they do chili cultivation to fulfill their daily needs and also as additional income. This study aims to identify the response of alley farmers to the implementation of chilli urban farming. This research was conducted in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. The selection of this location uses a purposive sampling technique based on the consideration that all districts in Makassar are the executors of this urban farming program. Respondents in this study are urban farming actors, namely the aisle farmers. To find out the description of the implementation of urban farming in Makassar, a qualitative descriptive analysis was used to see the activities of the executors of urban farming starting from land preparation, planting, maintenance, harvesting to marketing. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with respondents in the field in order to provide the information needed. It was concluded that the response given by the urban farming aisle farmers was very good at this activity, it was seen that the community was active in training, increasing household income, killing healthy and nutritious community food, improving the environment and the potential for chili agribusiness development.

Get PDFPenelitian ini memilki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap minat beli Green Product pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa FEBI angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020 sebanyak 100 mahasiswa sebagai sampel. untuk memperoleh data peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuisioner skala likert kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Green Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat beli Green Product untuk kemajuan teknologi juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli Green Product dan juga memiliki pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel minat beli Green Product yang berdasarkan dari hasil uji F, untuk besar pengaruh dari variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel minat beli Green Product berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 38,4% dan 61,6% lainya dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Adanya perubahan ke arah digital memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk dapat menjual serta memasarkan produknya secara online dengan digital marketing. Problematik yang dihadapi usaha itu yakni yaitu kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran produk. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwasannya pelaku usaha belum mengerti, akan adanya pemberdayaan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran produknya secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan adanya edukasi serta pelatihan agar pemahaman digital marketing dapat terealisasikan secara optimal.

Employees are not satisfied with what they receive from their co-workers who cannot work together and the lack of opportunities for employees to get promotion opportunities and the amount of bonuses received is not yet in line with expectations because the bonuses made by the company are not maximized with employees who have worked optimally. The population is 129 employees and the sample in this study was 98 employees. The sampling technique used is sample random sampling. The technique of collecting data is by pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. PENGARUH LAYANAN FITUR BERBAGI ZISWAF TERHADAP PREFERENSI NASABAH DALAM MENYALURKAN DONASI DI BSI KOTAWARINGIN TIMUR
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh layanan fitur berbagi Ziswaf terhadap preferensi nasabah dalam menyalurkan donasi di BSI Kotawaringin Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 67 nasabah yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan batas toleransi 10%. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel layanan fitur berbagi Ziswaf berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi nasabah dalam menyalurkan donasi. Artinya semakin baik layanan fitur berbagi Ziswaf ditingkatkan, maka akan meningkatkan preferensi nasabah dalam menyalurkan donasi pada BSI Kotawaringin Timur
