Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Ekuitas Merek Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen PT. Sinar Sosro Pamanukan
Sinar Sosro is a company that produces various beverage products. Product quality and brand equity in this company have been carried out well, in line with the development of market share and strong competition to always develop in making products that are attractive to consumers so that consumer satisfaction will always be well maintained.This type of research is a quantitative research. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study was 110, sampling used a combination technique of accidental sampling and purposive sampling, using the Slovin formula to get a sample of 88 respondents. The analysis uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 22 software.Based on the results of this study there is a partial influence between the variable Product Quality (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) which is significant. we can conclude that t count, 5.292 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of the product quality variable is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that product quality (X1) partially influences consumer satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected. H1 is accepted. Based on the results of this study, there is a partial effect between Brand Equity (X2) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). which is significant. We can conclude that t count is 4.251 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of Brand Equity is 0.000 <0.05. This means that Brand Equity (X2) partially influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Based on the results of the study, there is a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect between the variables Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) on Consumer satisfaction (Y). Statistical data analysis shows. The simultaneous significance value of Product Quality and Brand Equity is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 57.997 > F table 3.101. This means that Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) simultaneously affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y), then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Based on the output results of SPSS 22, there is a coefficient of determination or R square of 0.577 or 57.7% . This shows that the independent variables studied (product quality and brand equity) have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction by 57.7%. while the rest is influenced by other variables not studied

This research was conducted at Apotek Pelangi Farma Subang, because during the Covid-19 period pharmacies became a very vital business field and were the spearhead between the interests of pharmaceutical supply and the interests of the community to obtain medicines or all kinds of needs to support health. The purpose of this study is to determine the determination of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and how much gross profit is obtained, and whether the profit is optimal. This research uses Descriptive Analysis method by calculating quantitative data and analyzing financial statements and expressed with qualitative data to interpret the results of data calculations. The results of this study indicate that gross profit is a change in deduction from sales minus cost of goods sold. While the cost of goods sold is a calculation of the initial inventory plus purchases minus the final inventory, so that the cost of goods sold from 2018 to 2020 has increased and the profit obtained is optimal
PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSET, LOAN TO DEPOSIT RATIO, DAN CAPITAL ADEQUACY RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM
This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy Ratio on stock prices. In this study using stock prices as the dependent variable, and with three types of independent variables, namely Return on assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy. The population in this study are all conventional banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and as many as 24 companies were selected as samples. This research model uses a causal design and multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data types. The program used in this study uses the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25 software in processing data. From these results it can be concluded that Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy simultaneously affect stock prices. Partially, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and negative effect on stock prices, and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect on stock prices. Further researcher are expected to consider other variable related to stock prices or other sector and update research period for future period
Kenaikan Tarif Ojek Online Berdampak Inflasi dan Penurunan Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB): Increase in Online Ojek Tariffs Impact Inflation and Decrease in Gross Domestic Product (GDP)
Pada Agustus 2022 inflasi sudah mencapai angka 4,69, dengan adanya kenaikan BBM dan diikuti dengan kenaikan tarif transportasi bisa mengerek inflasi jauh lebih tinggi lagi. Indef telah menghitung jika kenaikan tarif ojek online bisa memicu kenaikan inflasi hingga 2%, maka secara makro akan mengurangi PDB hingga Rp1,76 triliun dan menyebabkan gaji atau upah tenaga kerja nasional secara riil turun 0,0094%. Keputusan kenaikan tarif ojek online tertuang dalam Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan (KM) Nomor KP 564 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pedoman Perhitungan Biaya Jasa Penggunaan Sepeda Motor yang Digunakan untuk Kepentingan Masyarakat yang Dilakukan dengan Aplikasi. Penyesuaian biaya jasa penggunaan sepeda motor yang berlaku mulai 10 September 2022 akan mendorong inflasi, selain itu kenaikan tarif ojek online juga akan mendorong masyarakat pengguna ojek online pindah ke moda transportasi lain atau bahkan kendaraan pribadi. Faktor Pengaruh Nilai Perusahan pada Perusahaan Transportasi yang terdata di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015 - 2020
This study aims to prove the effect of firm size, capital structure, and solvency either partially or simultaneously on firm value in the transportation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period used in this study is 6 years, starting from 2015-2020. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative approach. And the sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. So that the sample in this study amounted to 22 companies that are in the Transportation Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2020 period. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, partially capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value, then partially solvency has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Analisis SWOT digunakan dalam penentuan risiko bisnis pada UMKM Kedai Kopi. Melalui analisis ini, kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari bisnis ditentukan, sehingga dapat diidentifikasi risiko yang mungkin muncul dan diambil tindakan untuk mengatasinya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengetahui informasi melalui wawancara dan observasi kepada pemilik usaha UMKM imami kopi. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat faktor strength dan opportunities dari usaha UMKM imami kopi yang dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi UMKM agar dapat mengetahui manajemen risiko pada operasional UMKM agar dapat bertahan dalam menjalankan usaha yaitu pendapatan usaha masih stabil serta sudah memiliki segmentasi pelanggan yang tetap. Analisa risiko dari faktor weaknesses dan treats adalah pada proses pembayaran yang masih menggunakan pembayaran langsung, media pemasaran yang belum menerapkan pemasaran digital dan penambahan kursi bagi konsumen. Dari hasil analisis risiko bisnis maka dapat direkomendasikan strategi bagi usaha UMKM yaitu penambahan fasilitas bagi konsumen, baik fasilitas tempat duduk maupun fasilitas untuk alternatif pembayaran secara online khususnya penggunaan dompet digital dan QRIS
Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa
The formulation of the problem in this research is whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. The research population is employees of PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa has 679 employees and the determination technique uses accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data can come from data that has been documented. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the multilevel regression analysis are Y = 7.831 + 0.323X1 + 0.408X2 + e which shows that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.928 > t table 1.989 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 4.764 > t table 1,989. So 71.6% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely compensation and work environment in the model, can explain the variable job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model
Pengembangan Hotel Syariah di Indonesia: Tantangan Yang Dihadapi Hotel Sofyan - Jakarta
This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the Sofyan-Jakarta hotel. First, the challenge of human resources, second, the challenge of literacy related to sharia hotels. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source was obtained from Mr. Riyanto Sofyan as the Owner of the Sofyan-Jakarta Hotel, and Dr. KH. Surahman Hidayat, MA as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Sofyan Jakarta hotel. Secondary data sources were obtained from the literature. The data collection method used by the researcher was the interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, first, the human resource challenges faced by the Sofyan hotel are; the lack of employees who have the ability to manage hotel operations on the one hand as well as mastery of sharia knowledge on the other hand and do not have work motivation as employees on the one hand and as preachers on the other. Then the second challenge is the lack of literacy related to sharia hotels so that the public is not yet able to recognize and distinguish between sharia and conventional hotels. Therefore, researchers recommend that routine weekly, monthly and quarterly training should be conducted for all employees. In addition, there must be cooperation with academics from various universities and Islamic mass organizations such as NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, etc. in order to increase literacy related to sharia hotels
Pengaruh Store Atmosphere, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Customer Experience Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Bhineka Muda Merdeka Denpasar
In order to find out indications of the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, and customer experience on consumer satisfaction at Bhineka Muda Merdeka, a study using a population, namely all consumers from Bhineka Muda Merdeka Denpasar, took a sample of 120 people. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the indication of store atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with the results of t-count 3,425 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,001 <0,05. Another indication is that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, with the results of t-count 2,699 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,008 <0,05. The last indication is that customer experience has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, with the results of t-count 2,910 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,004 <0,05. Broadly speaking, there are indications simultaneously between store atmosphere, service quality, and customer experience on customer satisfaction of 34,9%
Dampak Motivasi Usaha Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Pada Industri Kulit Sukaregang Kabupaten Garut
There has been a lot of rapid growth in Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in recent years. MSMEs are critical to the overall health of the national economy. They are responsible for creating jobs and generating profits, which in turn helps support other parts of the economy. The development of MSMEs is hoped to reduce the unemployment rate, which will result in an increase in people's purchasing power and growth in the country's economy.
The purpose of the study is to see an overview of how business motivation and performance and the impact of business motivation on the performance of business actors. The population is 461 business actors. The sampling technique using the Slovin Formula was obtained by a sample of 81 people. The analysis method in this study uses descriptive and verificatif analysis consisting of regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination.
The results of the descriptive analysis show that business motivation has a score of 81.36 which means that business actors have excellent business motivation with the lowest score on the expectation indicator and the highest score on the intensive indicator. As for the Business Performance variable, it has a score of 69.52 which means that business actors already have good business performance with the lowest score on the indicator of increasing sales and the highest score on the indicator of increasing profits. The results of the verificative analysis Business motivation has a significant effect on business performance in the Sukaregang Kulit Industry Center, Garut Regency. Good business motivation is needed to support business performance
