Full text linkThis study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Kab. South Buton. (2) The Effect of Work Involvement on Employee Performance at the Kab. South Buton. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees at the South Buton District Transportation Service Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 68 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results it is known that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the t- statistic value of 4.381 with a P- Value of 0,000. While the variable Work Involvement has a positive and significant effect on performance as shown by the t- statistic value of 4.369 with a P- Value of 0.000

Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hasil penerapan Sistem Pengendalian Intern terhadap Kinerja Moneter. untuk menyelidiki informasi digunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum Toko UD REPARASI MANDO dalam pencapaian laba sebagai live of performance dalam perusahaan meningkat sebesar 82,02%. peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja operasional sebagai tolok ukur tindakan kinerja bagi perusahaan telah tumbuh secara positif atau cerdas.

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to review the market place of PT Tokopedia in maintaining the image and trust of consumers after the leakage of customer data. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data I use is in the form of writing I & I, not numbers. I have reviewed this data. Based on Ijournals, my mother, Iwebsite, and other official documents, PT Tokopedia informs about user data leaks. Tokopedia requires the necessary policies. Utilizing a new data security method, namely blockchain, as well as establishing special laws for the protection of personal data, is necessary to minimize the amount of business personal data. a significant impact on consumer confidence thereby influencing consumer purchasing power for sales made on the PT Tokopedia marketplace.

Full text linkPrice Book Value adalah rasio yang digunakan untuk menilai apakah harga saham dari suatu perusahaan termasuk murah atau mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Size, Return On Asset, Leverage dan Sales growth terhadap Price Book Value Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di BEI baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 34 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini data diolah menggunakan program software SPSS. Adapun hasil dar hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini untuk membuktikan bahwa secara parsial Size, Leverage, dan Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap price book value, dan untuk hasil uji - F membuktikan Size, Return on asset, Leverage dan Sales growth secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap price book value

Dalam riset ini peneliti melakukan penelitian guna mendapatkan hasil tenntang hal ang ingin diteliti terkait dengan penggunaan digital marketing dalam meningkatkan pendapatan para pelaku UMKM, dimana peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana teknik yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penararikan kesimpulan. Dimana dampak positif dari Media sosial itu sendiri yang bisa memudahkan manusia untuk menyebarkan berita dengan mudah dan cepat, memperluas pergaulan, memudahkna dalam melakukan bisnis dan sebagainya.

Full text linkRegional autonomy can indeed bring about positive changes in the regions in terms of regional authority to self-regulate. Tax is a source of state or regional revenue that is paid by the community as a collection fee that can be imposed by the government based on applicable regulations. The aims of the research are a) to find out how effective the revenue from the restaurant tax sector, hotel tax, and street lighting tax are Regional Own Revenue in Langsa City, b) to find out what factors are inhibiting the revenue from the restaurant, hotel, and street lighting tax sector as income. Original area and government efforts to overcome obstacles in the restaurant tax revenue sector, this study uses a qualitative approach. The effectiveness of tax revenue from the restaurant sector, hotel sector, and the tourism sector from 2016-2020 from the results of the data that the researchers obtained, there were still achievements in accordance with the targets set by the government, such as from the tourism sector, this was due to the constraints of the Covid-19 virus outbreak so that there is implementation on a large scale so that the tourism sector does not get a nominal amount as Regional Original Income. In its application, there are inhibiting factors, including the names of restaurants and hotels that have not been recorded by the Regional Original Revenue Service, so that the effectiveness in receiving both types of taxes is not fully maximized

Full text linkThis research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Work discipline tends to be good and employee performance is high, so work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency 4). Competence, motivation and work discipline tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence, motivation and work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.
 
PENGARUH STRATEGI REKUTMEN, SELEKSI, DAN PENEMPATAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. YANGTZE OPTICAL FIBRE INDONESIA
Full text linkSetiap perusahaan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya, dengan harapan tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai. Untuk mencapainya membutuhkan sumber daya yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rekrutmen, Seleksi dan Penempatan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang. Metode yang digunkaan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20 dan tehnik analisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas,uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik di mana terdiri dari uji normalitas data, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan regresi linaer berganda, uji hipotesa yang terdiri dari uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia sedangkan penempatan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pimpinan PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia haruslah lebih memperhatikan perekrutan dan seleksi bahkan penempatan karyawan, agar kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat.

Full text linkTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan strategi financial resilience pada UMKM dalam mengatasi masalah ancaman resesi ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kec. Menganti, sampel dari penelitian berjumlah 4 informan dari 93 UMKM dengan jenis usaha yang berbeda. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa strategi financial resilience memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan perekonomian UMKM di Kec. Menganti, karena dengan strategi financial resilience yang baik dan benar dapat menjaga agar keuangan usaha tetap berjalan stabil. UMKM juga diyakini mempunyai ketahanan ekonomi yang kuat sehingga dapat menjadi penopang bagi stabilitas sistem keuangan dan perekonomian
