Pengaruh Ritualistic Dan Consequential Terhadap Perilaku Konsumen Pada Modest Fashion : Studi Pada Mahasiswi Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka
The purpose of this Study was to determine: (1)Ritualistic influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka).(2)Consequential influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka). This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all female students at the University of nineteen November Kolaka with a total sample of 110 respondents using purposive sampling.Testing research instrumentusing validity and reability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analisis technique used in this research is Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) bades on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that the ritualistic variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavioras indicated by a P-Value of 0.000 and the Consequential variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior as indicated by a P-Value of 0.00
Pengaruh Gaji Dan Insentif Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya
The aim of this research is to analyze the simultaneous significant influence of salary and incentives on employee work productivity in the Promotions Division of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya. Salary has a significant partial influence on employee work productivity in the Promotions Division of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya, while Incentives also have a significant partial influence on employee work productivity in the same division. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a causal associative analysis approach. The research sample consists of 39 employees of CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees in the division. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis conducted using SPSS 25.0. The research results indicate that Salary has a classification of Very Strong, Incentives have a classification of Very Strong, while Employee Work Productivity also has a Very Strong classification. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the influence of salary and incentives on employee work productivity in CV. Lentera Galuh R Tasikmalaya and offer recommendations to the management for enhancing employee performance and productivity

Poverty is a serious problem that is always faced by a country that must be overcome immediately. In addition to being a problem, poverty is also a benchmark for socioeconomic conditions in measuring the success of development carried out by the government in a region / region. On the other hand, the Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the important indicators to measure success in efforts to build the quality of human life, and has an important impact on economic growth. Economic growth is the spearhead considering the correlation between HDI and poverty. This research was conducted to determine the influence of the human development index variable and poverty as the independent variable on economic growth in East Java as the dependent variable. Pengaruh Brand Awareness, Tingkat Kepercayaan, Transparansi, Akuntabilitas Dan Tingkat Pendapatan Generasi Milenial Terhadap Pembayaran Zakat Melalui Lembaga Baznas Secara Online: (Studi Pada Generasi Milenial Sumatera Utara)
The millennial generation is very techno minded, where they interact using gadgets in their daily activities, so they have the potential to become muzakki, especially in online zakat payments. There are several perceptions of the millennial generation in paying zakat online, namely awareness, level of trust, transparency, accountability and income level. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness, level of trust, transparency, accountability and level of income on online payments and to determine the most dominant independent variables in online zakat payments. The type of data collected was primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to the millennial generation, totaling 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and assisted with SPSS 20. The research results show that brand awareness and the level of trust have a positive and significant influence on online zakat payments. Transparency, accountability and income level do not have a positive and insignificant influence on online zakat payments. Pemerintah menerbitkan UU tentang OJK untuk menunjukkan bahwa mereka benar-benar berkomitmen untuk menindaklanjuti lembaga keuangan yang tidak dapat diandalkan oleh anggota mereka, yang berdampak negatif pada anggota terutama mereka yang kurang memahami dan memahami lembaga keuangan yang baru didirikan. Artinya, pengawasan OJK pada koperasi open-loop itu baru akan efektif dimulai dua tahun setelah UU P2SK diundangkan atau Januari 2025. Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Anggeraja Kabupaten Enrekang
This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The variables of this research are Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) as the independent variable and Performance Volume (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 25 employees at the home office of the sub-district head of Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang Regency who were also the samples. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the research results and discussion, the conclusion in the research is that Motivation (X1) has t count 6.429 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can be interpreted as meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The higher the employee's motivation at work, the better the employee's performance in carrying out their duties. Leadership (X2) is 2.699 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees who have a leadership attitude both in leading themselves and their subordinates and co-workers can have good performance at work
EVALUASI PENGENDALIAN LINTAS SEKTOR TERHADAP KUALITAS PRODUK AIR DEPOT ISI ULANG (Studi Kasus Depo Isi Ulang di Kabupaten Sumbawa)
Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang (DAMIU) hadir sebagai solusi praktis dan ekonomis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air minum. Peran pengawasan kebijakan lintas sektor menjadi pintu utama bagi pemerintah dalam melindungi konsumen depot air minum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi pengendalian lintas sektoral dan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat evaluasi pengendalian lintas sektoral dalam menjaga kualitas produk air depot isi ulang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara holistik. Hasil penelitian evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan dan lintas sektor terkait depot air minum di Kabupaten Sumbawa sudah dilaksanakan namun belum optimal. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh terbatasnya kendala dalam melakukan pengawasan, kurangnya ketersediaan data terkini dan kurangnya kesadaran pelaku usaha DAMIU dalam mematuhi ketentuan mengenai baku mutu air minum yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumbawa sebagai otoritas bersama lintas sektor terkait diharapkan terus melakukan pengawasan untuk memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap sanitasi dan kualitas produk air minum isi ulang serta mendata kembali jumlah DAMIU di Kabupaten Sumbawa karena masih banyak DAMIU yang belum mengantongi izin atau melakukan pengujian produk air isi ulang (sertifikasi) secara berkala

The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does competence and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Banjar City Archives and Library Office?
The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 46 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows.
The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.
 
Pemikiran Ekonomi Al-Ghazali Terhadap Ekonomi Modern
Al-Ghazali's views regarding economics and business are not only limited to the philosophical realm, but are a synthesis between realities that occur in a society that has philosophical principles supported by reasonable reasons. Al-Ghazali based his theory on the school of Sufism in relation to business economics, which is reflected in his work, the book Ihya 'Ulum al-Din.
Al-Ghazali considered many commercial and economic aspects of society, including the hierarchy1 of utility4 and its characteristics6 in determining social tasks related to welfare (mashlahah). He emphasized that individual behavioral intentions that are in harmony with Divine rules in every economic activity have the value of worship. Apart from that, Al-Ghazali views safety as the ultimate goal.
His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.

Professional zakat is a type of zakat which is specifically related to income or earnings obtained from certain jobs or professions in the Islamic economy. This is a form of zakat given by individuals who have income from their work or business. Professional zakat is one of the topics of contemporary jurisprudence that is still debated and not yet fully agreed upon by scholars. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature studies and observations. The aim of this research is to provide information related to professional zakat.
