Full text linkThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch

Full text linkEmployee performance in an organization cannot be separated from experience, motivation and leadership style. The Ministry of Religion of Cilacap Regency really needs effective leaders, who have the ability to influence the behavior of their subordinates in increasing motivation in order to increase their work experience, so that they can improve the performance of their employees to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to determine the influence of experience on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on performance and the influence of experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is an influence between experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. This means that the more employee work experience and the higher the employee's work motivation and the better the leadership, the better the employee's performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Full text linkThe aim of this study is to examine the interconnection between financial distress, audit tenure, and profitability concerning the endorsement of the going concern audit opinion, with earnings persistence serving in a moderating role. The method applied in this study is descriptive statistical analysis with a numerical methodology. The findings of the research suggest that the duration of audit tenure and the level of profitability negatively exert an impact on approval of the going concern audit opinion. Conversely, financial distress has been demonstrated to possess a substantial impact on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions. Furthermore, the persistence of earnings intensifies the impact of financial distress and profitability on the approval of the audit opinion regarding the entity's ability to continue its operations, whereas it diminishes the impact of audit tenure on the approval of the going concern audit opinion

Full text linkThe aim of this research is to analyze the determinants of poverty, including economic growth, human development index (HDI), and Gini index. in West Java province 2008-2022. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data and is a form of time series data. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, economic growth has a partial positive and insignificant effect on the level of poverty in West Java province, while HDI has a partial negative and insignificant effect on poverty in West Java province and the Gini index has a partial negative and significant effect on poverty in West Java province. Simultaneously, economic growth, HDI and Gini index have a significant effect on poverty levels

This condition make banks have to change their traditional methods of customer service to adoption of information technology.Customers today require more personalized services at any time and any place. Mobilebanking is one of advanced information technologies that can employ to achieve a high level of customer services and emerging technology that permits conduct of banking transaction through mobile phone. For bank’s customers, this application will support their banking transaction if they think it has a usefulness and easy to use. The important one is customer trust to mobile banking application. This research purposes to test the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust to use of mobile banking. A survey was conducted at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru Collected data analized with multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust tend to have effect on use of mobile banking And There are still many customers who make transactions directly to the teller even though there is mobile banking
